@Smileyyeg @Rogers no longer has humans answering the phone :/. I recently upgraded my phone with a save & return option, and mailed them my mint condition used device. I was suppose to get 360$ back. Instead, they rejected my return for water damage, and let me know I would be charged $1,800 for my old device. I’ve disconnected my credit card from Rogers while I try and get in contact with them; it’s so frustrating.

@RogersHelps Option 1: Rogers corrects the billing error and charges me only the amount that was stated in the original offer and agreement. Option 2: Rogers refunds the incorrect charges, including the connection fee. I will then cancel the service and switch to a different service provider.

@Rogers I’m tired of your Indian call centre harassing me every other week and they hang up the second you ask them not to call! Next up I’m canceling all my services. Get control of your idiot marketing team using foreign dirtbags to mistreat paying customers #bell #telus

@RogersHelps We have bulk service in our condo yet almost every day we get calls from Roger’s to upgrade our service. How can I stop these calls, take our # off the roster.

@Rogers so, this is how you attempt to keep customers? Providing even WORSE customer service?? What ******** kind of company is this?

@RogersHelps @MichaelFGittins The outage page also states Southeast Calgary. I'm in Southwest Calgary like many of the folks who have tweeted you. Also why aren't I seeing a banner in the MyRogers (Shaw) app when I sign in?

  • jenniferdrader5
    Jennifer Drader (@jenniferdrader5) reported

@RogersHelps I called in. Waited for 2 hrs, they told me they were going to transfer me to technical support. Then message came that said we have higher call volumes and hung up. No reason or timeliness given. Why is there no service update showing this is being affected

At, that's it. Have been online either through dial-up @1200 bps through 100 Mbps, giving up on a home connection. @Rogers won't replace the line they say needs replacing and they run so much interference, Teksavvy doesn't even work. Off to cancel @rogers cell.
