    @RogersHelps 3 service technicians approx 2 hours and I’m still attempting to get it resolved. This is on top of 1 hour from my original request

    @StefanM411 @RogersHelps Yep! They are literal psychos. I know it’s their automated systems; but whoever programs those systems obviously has zero clue about customer retention.
