    @Rogers 46 days ago, after months of internet issues, we were told to upgrade to ignite. Now after 16 calls and 4 visits in person from Tech support, 12 different reasons why or what we need to do, and our internet still has major issues.

    @FidoSolutions @RogersHelps 2 service outages in one week is unacceptable... Wednesday I had no internet for 3 hours. Now there is another outage, why am I paying for internet that doesn’t work? I will be looking for a new provider if this isn’t solved soon...
