@RogersHelps So yesterday I do an order for wireless home internet in your Chat. I get a conf# and promise of email w/i hour with appt time. No email. I call today & order was CANCELLED bc they phoned an old defunct # not the # I pay you for each month!? So they just cancel? WTF

@RogersHelps IT👏IS👏NOT👏SOME👏. Quickly would imply that it’s not going to take longer than 16 hours for “some” of your customers. It’s not an “inconvenience” this is a god damn plaque. It’s cool though, the families FaceTiming their loved ones dying really appreciate your apologies.

I currently have #Rogers for my phone service. I currently have #Shaw for my internet service. @Rogers is currently trying to but @ShawInfo If they do, I'd have ZERO way to communicate when they next go down (happens like every 2 yrs or so) Canadian government STOP THIS.
