    @RogersHelps After almost 30 years as a Rogers customer, I will be moving on to any option that treats its customer better than you. All over an Ignite box that I returned 2 months ago through @CanadaPosthelps that THEY lost but Rogers is charging me $109.99.

  • shlz Sheelz (@shlz) reported

    @RogersHelps is there an internet outage in the K-W area? I’ve restarted my modem 3x and still have no internet.

  • MarkStow10 Mark Stow (@MarkStow10) reported

    @RogersHelps Random. There was a Rogers service tech goofing around with the green post in front of the house a couple of days ago, when this started.

  • sylviavocino Sylvia V. (@sylviavocino) reported

    Starting an online course today and of course wifi is down @RogersBiz

  • rosscraig Ross Craig (@rosscraig) reported

    @RogersHelps Ok, so you have no news on 5G, but how about some support for areas just outside of St. John’s. I am told that we should be able to jump on Bell or Telus towers, but that doesn’t happen

  • DamSon79788559 Dam Son (@DamSon79788559) reported

    @Rogers internet down again. Fix

  • smiler2729 Peter Richard (@smiler2729) reported

    @Rogers I spent 1 1/2 hrs on the phone with Rogers today, yes they’ve issued a team to search for it, etc… that isn’t the point here, it’s been 2 months and I’ve paid $109.99 for it and demand a credit, this is now between Rogers & Canada Post, this is NOT how you treat customers
