    @RogersHelps So yesterday I do an order for wireless home internet in your Chat. I get a conf# and promise of email w/i hour with appt time. No email. I call today & order was CANCELLED bc they phoned an old defunct # not the # I pay you for each month!? So they just cancel? WTF

    @Rogers had to wait 55 minutes then call was diconnected, then called again 15 minutes call was disconnected, now again on call 50 minutes passed, no answer. Such a poor experience.

    The joys of being a #rogers customer. Lost my internet connection and watched as the modem struggled for several minutes to re-establish a connection with their network. @RogersHelps @Epiman5

    @Rogers tech isolated my home sporadic internet connectivity loss to “noise issue” at the main @Rogers box on the street - would be reported to maintenance but it’s not considered a priority - really? Teaching from home, a reliable network connection is imperative! Pathetic!
