Rogers Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • supergeegs pickled biscuit (@supergeegs) reported

@Rogers We've sat on tech support for several hours to no avail. When countless customers in the same area all experience the same issue, why haven't you tried to fix things at the source? We've been with rogers over 20 years, truly embarrassing the lack of support in the new year so far

  • luminousskyettv Skye (@luminousskyettv) reported

@Rogers get your ******* **** together idk why we even pay you if you're not going to maintain stable gigabit internet that is all.

  • alexreino Alex Reino (@alexreino) reported

@RogersHelps my internet service has gone down for the fourth time in the past month, what’s going on here? This is in midtown Toronto.

  • adnelson87 Andrew Nelson (@adnelson87) reported

@RogersHelps Ignite box has cut out 14 times since 4 pm, box has been restarted 5 times and still no improvement, gotten worse as a matter of fact.

  • 7cebreaker 7cebreaker (@7cebreaker) reported

Was forced to give @Rogers my credit card number for automatic payments. Their billing system and customer service are like always terrible. So they charged me like $80 with interest because they screwed up over a year ago. Pay or no service. What can you do, #monopoly wins.

  • 416Connection 416 Connection (@416Connection) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@CRTCeng @Rogers @RogersMediaPR I would like to know how in 2022, Rogers is blatantly refusing to unlock older devices for non customers. In fact, if you call them, their managers refuse to speak to you and agents refuse to help you.

  • jessiburk jessi burk (@jessiburk) reported

@RogersHelps lose our subscription (seemingly a problem with those of us who purchased the early bird package). Chat support continues to tell us we don't have an account. What gives?

  • iNichoIas Nicholas (@iNichoIas) reported

@RogersHelps When I called the dedicated number it asks me to press 1 for upgrade from cable to ignite TV, Press 2 for Billing and Payment Inquiries, and Press 3 for Technical Support. Which one do I press??
