Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Damien D. (@TsarKasim) reportedYesterday's @Rogers outage was so bad, "Avengers: Infinity War" got a new edit. On Wakanda, when Groot says "I am Groot," Captain America now says "I am Steve."
-
Celine (@mikeandceline11) reported@RogersHelps You say you will credit all customers..does that include everyone who is NOT with Rogers but still had to suffer and go without? Paying people's groceries back, paying business back their losses...what a shame Rogers. I didn't like you before because of fleecing, this didn't help

Sarah is a Bean (@oopsjustbeans) reported@RogersHelps Home internet is back, but I still had to go over on my mobile with Bell order to get anything done. So that’s money I won’t get back. This system sucks.
-
maureen (@maureen20shawc1) reported@greasypanda22 @pollyhfx46 @RogersHelps 1) Frustrating to me is there is no safety net, no backups to these systems if they go down. Imo that is a big problem! If Rogers network goes down or any other of the other networks go down, there needs to be a way they can switch their networks to another for backup.

Clint Davis (@Clint_Nunasi) reportedAt our house we still don’t have internet services and our router provided by Rogers isn’t being recognized. Does anyone else have this problem and know when it will be addressed? @RogersHelps
-
Kennedy ann (@kennedyyann_) reported@chethosahalli @RogersHelps @Rogers are u forgetting that 911 is down? it’s been down for 30 hours as if they’re not doing anything to fix it.. imagine the people who were in serious emergencies and couldn’t contact anyone because of this outage.. they say “majority” of users is back up but they’re not..
-
维尼好朋友 (@wwnnppyy) reported@RogersHelps Even can get on internet, but lots of webs can’t be opened, terrible!
-
Mr_Tuffster (@MrTuffster) reported@RogersHelps @Rogers This is why we can’t have these big telecom companies monopolizing the market. They need to be knocked down a few pegs, and smaller telcos/isp’s in the forefront. One company cripples a nation. Very sad

Kendra Louttit-Schad (@LouttitSchad) reported@LadyEvalle @RogersHelps I wasn’t effected with my phone or internet but my bank account is another thing if I can’t pay for things cause their payment system is down due to the outage obviously we need to have some stores have 2 different systems for paying just in case something like this happens again

here_queer_ningear They/it (@HNingear) reported@RogersHelps When are you going to acknowledge that you also took down Interac, businesses across the country, jeopardized people's paycheques, put people at risk through not being able to contact emergency services...?
