@RogersHelps No, I tried to reach out regarding few extra GB for this month because my home rogers was not working so had to use my phone internet. Wasted my two hours on call. No one helped.

@RogersHelps It appears to be working today, but that would be the first clear day since the shutdown. I have all my tech through you. If you refund 5 days of what I pay for WiFi, then you shortchange me. We had no computer, no TV, limited everything else, even issues with home security.

This is unacceptable and frankly rude of the rep to automatically assume that I required a Chinese speaking line— and to assume my ethnicity and background. Do better! @RogersHelps

@RogersHelps Lol are you kidding? My aunt literally almost died because of your 9-11 being down. A service you guarantee to work! A service we pay for! Rogers is a monopoly that needs to be demobilized. We want better results! We demand answers!

@RogersHelps I actually had one of them try to tell me the 'Ignite' issue was unrelated to last Fridays outage (Per a DM I received no less than 24 hours after I messaged them)...The problem is the culture of lies that start with the CEO, I hope the @Rogers board fires the entire C-Suite...

@Bob_Allan1 @AboutRogers @Rogers I completely agree. I wish I had NEVER changed! At the end of the day is Bell any better? For what we get the cost is ridiculous!

@RogersHelps I am on my sixth day of lack of service on my TV and significant slowdown on internet. 5 days aren’t nearly enough for me or others. It seems to me that you needs to start with a month of refund.

. @Rogers offering credit for 5 days of service? How about being regulated to realign prices and plans with Europe and the US? You can't claim poverty about how expensive it is to maintain services when you made $1.56B fleecing Canadians last year. #rogersoutage #cdnpoli
