Free & Fair (@CanadaMate) reported@RogersHelps @Rogers what a disappointing experienced conversation with your top rep today. Never have i thought Roger's CS support level has gone to so low quality now What a terrible start of the day speaking to someone from Rogers this morning 👎
-
Peter Menzies (@Pagmenzies) reportedEven Phil Lind used to complain to me about @Rogers customer service. Lord, hear my prayer.
-
Mikeymike🇨🇦🇯🇲 (@mikeymikems3) reportedSecond month back with @Rogers and I'm already regretting it. Why have I been on hold twice for over 20 mins and can't speak to ANYONE??? So tempted to cancel my contract already.
-
Martin (@O_Grech_kin) reported@RogersHelps I hope this works because I started speaking with technical and it has sent me to the further issues I’ve been experiencing
-
Ranjan Soni (@_RanjanSoni) reported@aangelic491 @Rogers Nope. The only solution is to call them and go through the whole ordeal. They don't have a simple call back solution to prevent their customers from staying on hold (you cannot attend any other calls for hours if you are on hold) and then get 'disconnected' automatically.
-
Brad Beaumont (@BradBea18939369) reported@Rogers sitting in hold for last 37 mins waiting to talk to a customer service rep, is wild for what i pay to use your product
-
sparkytor (@sparkytor) reported@RogersHelps We can’t connect cause the account is connected to a condo corp so we are in never never land. Queue just hit 62 minutes. We can’t put in the account number and since our phones aren’t with Rogers (thankfully) it doesn’t recognize number.

starrgh (@Starrgh) reported@dhewlett @Rogers "Moving" Internet service is such a scam. It's much easier to disco and set up new! I hope you have him an earful. You know he blew up a solar system right?!
-
D (@thenameisdlo) reported.@Rogers it takes your online agents to look up when my contract ends and if there is a fee that is associated to temporarily suspending my serivces? The CS has definitely gone down hill....my god.

BrianM (@briangm11) reported@RogersHelps I hope someone calls me with positive information, but not holding my breath! The company-wide cutbacks in your service departments does not look good on you.
