@RogersHelps @mvannie My Rogers internet also went out in Kitchener. (Orange flashing light on modem) unplugging and plugging it back in fixed the issue.

@TekSavvyCSR 36 hrs without internet and counting, closed ticket n didn't solve the issue, nobody knows what's going on or give me an answer, maybe @RogersHelps can solve my problem! I've lost 2 days of work worth $5k... r u guys going to cut me a cheque??? I need answers now

You can always rely on @RogersHelps to ruin gaming whenever possible! They might not be reliable with support, providing services, providing just about anything... but boy are they reliable for garbage service all around! Just trying to enjoy genshin and the update, but nahh 😴
