    @RogersHelps I just spoke to a telephone agent. We had a power outage after a hydro poll was snapped a couple of KM away. Prior to this the cable was fine.

    @RogersHelps Tired of taking a closer look. Nothing wrong with my modem. It just doesn't crash out consistently on its own at the same time every other day. Your service however. Consistently drops every single day here in West Mountain Rogers ignite.should be called failure to launch

    @RogersHelps are we having another mass outage? All devices in home are down and my router is blinking orange…..hate to say it but two big outages just might mean we have to look for another provider…

    @RogersBiz Rogers should focus on providing a good core basic service first. Getting tired of the constant dropped calls, slow service and excuses.
