Best part of my day? Eight calls to @TELUSsupport because my Telus tech showed up this morning to do an install and left without getting in the building. Apparently, he’s the only person in the world unaware that the @rogers network is down and you can’t reach people by phone.

So Canadians have some of the most expensive phone plans in the world yet @RogersHelps can't maintain service... American plans range around 25 bucks a month for true unlimited data etc.

Way to go @Rogers - I received my e-bill yesterday with an OVERCHARGE of $520 for equipment I returned 3 months ago! And am now on hold for 30 minutes. Awful customer service and respect.
