Already paid $480 appx in the name of Rogers as they asked but now asking another $333 in a separate email. It’s just a poor customer service with lack of transparency in the process and looks like a classic scam pattern when they keep asking to pay and pay. I entered in a good faith paying month to month basis and that was processed as well. But, it’s been a week they keep asking more and more even though I have a good credit history.

Anytime I call I’m on hold forever or if I try and chat I’m usually start at 99 and I don’t have that kind of time.. I was supposed to get a $200 credit and it never appeared and I’m pissed

Now I need a second tech.

Tay 💕 (@taybbfan) reported@RogersHelps internet down since 7am, it’s now 12am. 17 hours +. No update from Rogers and customer service sucks. People have important stuff to submit & we pay for the service. Don’t need to use 15 gb of data to get those things done. Please give some answers.
