    @JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Some of the best technical support folks in the world today are from India. Check out Zoho support or Microsoft 365 support. Try Bell or Rogers, they are a nightmare.

    Why is the wait time so ridiculously long. I have been on hold for over an hour and a half now. This is absolutely ridiculous. Paying this much money a month for absolutely no service. @RogersHelps

    If you're a @Rogers mobile customer and take the Barrie Line @GOtransit train, does your internet just not work majority of the time once you leave downtown core? Is @Bell better? I just might have to switch coz this is pathetic

    @JustMeJamie64 @Rogers They all have their call center agents out of the country to save money but I wonder how much they save when customers leave because of the bad experience

    @RogersHelps @Rogers I’m planning to move to a new address & you’re not able to same Internet service in the new location and giving me option either to downgrade or exit the contract and ask me to the early termination. For a network limitation at your end you imposing on me .

    @JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Telus union isn't even allowed to say out loud the number of employees they still have in Canada, it's lower each contract negotiation even though number of errors by offshore reps is significantly higher
