Had @Rogers internet now for about 3 months and I’m very dissapointed. Paying for 1G service and getting less than 200M hardwired is ridiculous. Never thought I’d start thinking about going back to Bell but here I am. @RogersHelps

For one full day service interruption, @rogershelps @Fidomobile decided to give $0.5 credit on May month's bill. Blessed..!!! Two of my critical transactions which I could not complete due to 'No OTPs received' worth 50 cents. 🙏 #fido

Finally, I called @Bell to cancel service on 1st May and requested @Rogers for a new connection. They were kind enough to understand that we need to work & they sent us modem in a day & on Monday before noon we got wifi working. Hassle free process and great service by @Rogers.

@RogersHelps the mobile phone I'm currently using states security patch level Feb. 1 2017. It states it's up to date with updates. Is it secure and safe to use? What cases do you recommend to avoid scratching mobile phone screens, camera lenses, etc.? Place screen down?
