Had @Rogers internet now for about 3 months and I’m very dissapointed. Paying for 1G service and getting less than 200M hardwired is ridiculous. Never thought I’d start thinking about going back to Bell but here I am. @RogersHelps

  • Teecehere
    Reece (@Teecehere) reported

@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Bell also - when I changed providers I thought I was being scammed because the customer service rep sounded nervous. I asked her 'what location she was working from' and she said The Philippines.

  • karynteresa
    KarenC (@karynteresa) reported

@Rogers 1 hour 46 mins on hold with no sign of an agent Is this expected service!?

  • AngieM16
    Angie (@AngieM16) reported

@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Telus union isn't even allowed to say out loud the number of employees they still have in Canada, it's lower each contract negotiation even though number of errors by offshore reps is significantly higher

  • MaahirMomtaz12
    MM ꕥ  (@MaahirMomtaz12) reported

@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Rogers has outsourced their call centres for years. They preach Canadian but most of their customer service is foreign

  • KimmyG6
    Kimmie G (@KimmyG6) reported

@Mayathabee @RogersHelps Sit on hold for an hour. That’s @Rogers “customer service”

  • JustMeJamie64
Just me - Jamie (@JustMeJamie64) reported

@CognizantBeing @Rogers I will admit I received good service today, but it took over an hour of my time. The wait time to speak with someone was only 5mins. It was the amount of times I was put on hold while she “was checking” things. They must improve their service levels for call time as well as bring back more Canadian call centres. I haven’t even touched on privacy issues. @Rogers

  • iCruiseify
    Donna (@iCruiseify) reported

@cookiegigan @RogersHelps @Rogers They did, the call dropped twice and they called back, unfortunately when it dropped the third time... So one of two issues solved at least.

  • MyPetMonster
Richard Ra | Pizza Topping 0.01% | Bong (@MyPetMonster) reported

@Rogers you're customer service is the absolute worst in Canada. Looping AI bots that you can't even contact a person. Some issues can't be resolved by your AI Bots. and it's offensive to treat customers like that.

  • kdd2904
    Kdd2904 (@kdd2904) reported

@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Yes I am trying to call Rogers for days to cancel part of my plan and as soon as they hear cancel either they cut the line saying all of he agents are busy call later or keep on pushing you on to different agents, no they don’t handle cancellations you have to talk to customer se

@Ady_Co @RogersHelps Forget Roger's, they're useless. I have Starlink here in Windsor. I can take it anywhere! It's never been down. More expensive, but you get what you paid for!
