Had @Rogers internet now for about 3 months and I’m very dissapointed. Paying for 1G service and getting less than 200M hardwired is ridiculous. Never thought I’d start thinking about going back to Bell but here I am. @RogersHelps

@RogersHelps this looks more like a Rogers Chan packaging issue. In the SJ's metro area, tsn2 is not included in sports pkgs. in central../2

@AboutRogers @Rogers Even after the Friday outage, I chose to go with @Rogers on Sunday. I had an appointment set up my home wifi on Tuesday from 12:00pm - 2:00 pm. At 3:00 pm the technician calls that he’s running late and it’s Thursday afternoon and I had to call to reschedule due to no contact

@Rogers is going to credit their customers after outage and probably charge them more to make "upgrades" so it doesn't happen again. @JustinTrudeau what ever happened to lower bills? You fraud.

With that you can buy very reasonable, not inflated above fair market value because they have a monopoly priced 5GB add on from Rogers for your mobile service! Bow to ROGERS

@RogersHelps @Rogers Ok but it is 7 days later and we are still having issues... Don't tell me to frikken reboot because we have already done it several times. Good thing my daughter doesn't need internet for homework right now. Do better Rogers or you will lose many more customers

Is there a more frustrating company to deal with than @Rogers? 45 minutes on the phone to do a simple account merge - still not done, will take 5-7 business days to complete. Merging the accounts the opposite way of what would be convenient for the customer. They just don't care

@RogersHelps Of I get no service at Brokenhead River Park Mb how am I to report it ?? @RogersHelps l can’t even check the weather. Phone calls drop can’t receive messages yet allow go to @Rogers app and report it
