Had @Rogers internet now for about 3 months and I’m very dissapointed. Paying for 1G service and getting less than 200M hardwired is ridiculous. Never thought I’d start thinking about going back to Bell but here I am. @RogersHelps

@RogersHelps Your website says you "proactively monitor the network 24/7", so why am I the one always telling you my connection keeps dropping? Oh right, it's marketing BS and you don't care.

@Rogers Was really looking forward to going back to your services, but your tech is 7 1/2 hours late and I've yet to receive the phone call your customer service promised I would get today... not off to a promising start.

But the thing is. 1hr on the phone already to cancel my account. What a joke bell. @Rogers can take my 84.99$/month for 1Gbps compared to your 89.99$ for 150Mbps that runs at 40-100Mbps. And even while typing this I'm still on hold trying to cancel my account

Anytime I make changes to my @rogers account I always forget the last step is spending an hour on the phone explaining to some idiot that some other idiot ****** up my plan details and now my bill is 5x too high.
