@Rogers we recently got Roger's but decided to cancel within the 10 days grace period. So I am guessing the bill of nearly 400 for 9 days service is a mistake.

Wondering how @Rogers can have customer service agents who delete clients account, if they are not sure how to help the customer. This is absolutely ******* pathetic, forced to wait over an hour on hold with little updates. It was confirmed that a CS rep deleted the account.

You know internet service is a monopoly based on lack of customer service. I have been trying for 6+ weeks to cancel my @Rogers internet because I was eligible for another service *with Rogers* and after several full days on hold over that period they are now double charging me🙃

@RogersHelps Why are network upgrades or connections not worked on or done overnight so you don’t disrupt hundreds of people and their work during the day? Internet has been on and off all morning. UNACCEPTABLE given this is a service we pay for. Please advise. Thanks.

I’m so frustrated. Why am I paying 7k a semester, am forced to work from home due to covid, paying for good quality internet but not getting it? @RogersHelps id love a refund of my tuition since it’s been greatly paralyzed by your terrible service.
