Noel O Brien (@headaball1) reported from Cox's Cove, Newfoundland and Labrador@Rogers we recently got Roger's but decided to cancel within the 10 days grace period. So I am guessing the bill of nearly 400 for 9 days service is a mistake.

Is there a way I can bring the modem down here while the my parents/landlord is gone away? The girl in the other room is getting annoyed also. @RogersHelps please!

CanadaSam53 (@canadasam53) reported@RogersHelps It took over an hour at 10 pm to get help it’s normally 25-30 minutes
-
🐻❄️ Dave Sandford 🦌 (@Dave_Sandford) reported@RogersHelps how is it that I can't get through to Roger's wireless on the phone? Just ai crap and each time it says "we'll transfer you to a specialist" I'm told "we are experiencing higher calls than usual and we can't take your call" and then disconnects. Customer service 0/10

🍏🇮🇱🇨🇦 Georganne Was Right 🇺🇸🇮🇱🍎 (@georganneb) reported@RogersHelps I have a review number and I have information from the customer service team. This billing was done in error and I won't pay it.
-
Dimitri (@dimitrigeorga) reportedAbsolutely the worst customer service experience @Rogers For what we pay you in Canada it’s ridiculous. As much as you’d like to get rid of paying people your AI “agents” are terrible. Your customer service was awful years ago and it’s gotten even worse.
-
This is getting out of hand (@MaestroVas) reported@RealDonBradshaw @BlueJays @Rogers Are you stupid?
-
Georgiana Balanica (@GeorgianaB83826) reportedHey @Rogers you need to do a much better job at dealing with your customers! I’ve been waiting for more than 15 minutes today to be transferred to talk to a supervisor after dealing with a customer service representative for more than 30 minutes that couldn’t understand my request for a service upgrade! You can’t put customers on hold for that long without resolution so I had to drop the call! Train your employees and train them how to properly help customers meet their needs! I know I’ve been working in this industry for over 15 years! I’ve started in customer service however it’s not what it used to be! Now it seems you want to get rid of customers as fast as possible instead of helping them and ensuring they remain loyal to your business!

Nadalie (@nadaliebardo) reported@RogersHelps It was down for 12 hours on Sunday. Now the middle of a Thursday. How can anyone depend on you? How can I schedule calls and trust I can even be there?
-
Jeff Jones (@thewiredserf) reported@RogersHelps We’ve spent hours queuing to speak with your teams in the last week. We’ve had two technicians come by and leave without resolving our issue. How do we escalate today without waiting 2 hours to speak to someone and then wait another day for a tech to arrive?

Hugh Sturdy 🇨🇦 (@SturdyHugh) reported@Dave_Sandford @RogersHelps I had the same issue with Bell back when I lived in Toronto. It boggles my mind when companies that are all about communications fail customers who want to communicate with them. It’s basically their one main job.
