    @Rogers we recently got Roger's but decided to cancel within the 10 days grace period. So I am guessing the bill of nearly 400 for 9 days service is a mistake.

    @RogersHelps I called and a support person sorted it out for me. Seems to have been an issue with traffic that was obviously affecting a lot of people. There should have been some kind of public alert and more info. It felt like @Rogers was trying to quietly cover up a larger issue
