  @Rogers we recently got Roger's but decided to cancel within the 10 days grace period. So I am guessing the bill of nearly 400 for 9 days service is a mistake.

  Is anyone having major issues with @Rogers I've had to go upstairs 3 times already today to reset the modem. Is there a way I can bring the modem down here while the my parents/landlord is gone away? The girl in the other room is getting annoyed also. @RogersHelps please!

  @Rogers This is a real problem as I know many folks who get calls daily from fake call centres stating they are Rogers customer service offering deep discounts for phone and plan upgrades. Rogers needs to deal with this to stop these fake offshore call centres from calling us.

  @OntarioFrugal @RogersHelps Thanks but Rogers won't help me, I owe from decades ago when I became homeless and their cable box was lost. I think chatr or fizz prepaid is my best option... My credit score is the worst it can be. Thank you tho.

  @treverleblond @RealDonBradshaw @Rogers Isn’t it wild? Terrible takes and constant negativity. You know how the adage, “It’s like a car crash — it’s awful, but you can’t look away.” That’s how I feel with bozo here.   @RogersHelps Well I had no internet ALL day yesterday. Had to tether to my cellphone all day for work. Pretty obvious there was an outage. Still haven't had a call. Please resend the purolator labels and issue a refund for charging the 2 phones to my account

  @RogersHelps @RogersHelps I did not. I've been paying from my bank account for almost 10 years. If you guys have been charging my credit card that long then we have another serious problem. I tried calling you guys but as usual it said you guys were busy and hung up. Customer service 👍🏻

  @georganneb @Rogers Our old home alarm stopped working. We wanted Rogers to quote us a price for a new alarm system and monthly service fee for new system. Took weeks of calls with different people at Rogers. They don’t know what they are doing. Finally got it done.
