    And they don’t care, because neither @Rogers or the @NHL are customer driven businesses. They own a monopoly and customer satisfaction is at the bottom of the priority list.

    Finally got hold of an agent who was extremely helpful. Not only did he resolve my issue, he reduced my bill too. While the wait time was excessive, the response was more than expected. Thank you @Rogers
