    @RogersHelps This was more a complaint that blackouts still happen... it needs to stop. We pay for a service and then don't get to use it. It's total BS.

    @Rogers @rogers emails that the outage is cleared. I called, they said no. Asked to wait another 24 HRs. No response to DM. Already 1 day w/o service. No cable, net, home phone. Im WFH Im told I cant use my rogers cell data and get reimbursement. @Bell its about time I make the switch

    @RogersHelps your pinned tweet about service interruptions leads to nothing 🙄. There is no information is not easy to navigate. Service has been down in Waterloo, ON for hours.
