I’ve already explained why to a representative and you’re still calling. I didn’t like the customer service provided by you guys and that’s why I decided to move. Please stop calling.

I recently upgraded my phone with a save & return option, and mailed them my mint condition used device. I was suppose to get 360$ back. Instead, they rejected my return for water damage, and let me know I would be charged $1,800 for my old device. I’ve disconnected my credit card from Rogers while I try and get in contact with them; it’s so frustrating.
