@Rogers you’ve been calling everyday for three weeks to ask why I’ve decided to move to bell. I’ve already explained why to a representative and you’re still calling. I didn’t like the customer service provided by you guys and that’s why I decided to move. Please stop calling.

So, one hour ago I messaged @RogersHelps - 2 hours ago and still waiting on that silly "Live Agent", and waiting on the phone for 1 1/2 hours. The Worst CSR Award goes out to #Rogers, slightly ahead of #Bell. This is shameful. Are you really that short-staffed?

@Rogers really does have the worst customer service. I just got kicked back to the queue after talking to someone for 15 minutes because they didn't want to solve my issue. They were like "ill be right back im putting you on a quick hold" 😤

@RogersHelps I’m on hold and literally have been for hours. Spoke to someone earlier that upgraded my channel package. Now I don’t get my fave channels anymore. Unable to fix online. Called back on. On hold another hour. Only to be transferred again. Currently on hold another 90m

Recently I upgraded my @rogers internet and its been a truly horrible experience, the absolute worst Ive ever had as a Rogers customer. Lost equipment, charged for fees that were specifically waived, 6+ hours on the phone, and now they are claiming I didn't return the old modem
