@Rogers @RogersHelps why can no one explain extra charges on my bill. No break down regarding extra cost&where it came from. Husband was on hold for an hr while it was being looked into&still no answer. You can charge us more but your staff can't even figure our bill out?

@Rogers is so **** it’s not even funny. 1.5 hours on the phone to activate a new phone and SIM and they hung up on me three times. Break up the monopoly. Complete trash. You can be damn sure I’ll be suing you for the outage last week now after this. 100k lost in business.

@Bianca_Millions @RogersHelps I also highly doubt the Rogers acquisition of Shaw will ever go thru, so Shaw should be safe given Rogers was already in deep water before this and now Rogers being the ONLY Canadian carrier to have had a nationwide outage in the past 5 years (and Rogers has had 3 😬)
