@Rogers you’ve been calling everyday for three weeks to ask why I’ve decided to move to bell. I’ve already explained why to a representative and you’re still calling. I didn’t like the customer service provided by you guys and that’s why I decided to move. Please stop calling.

@RogersHelps internet just went down...I have absolutely no signal. Help all working from home!

  • ottaross Ross of Ottawapolis (@ottaross) reported

Apparently not. No follow-up. Every time I look out to see the temperature I get angry all over again. Trying @Rogers support chat. Annoyed too that this becomes MY support-line problem, with a company I purposely dumped 15yrs ago because their support was so horrible.

  • ottaross Ross of Ottawapolis (@ottaross) reported

@daverooneyca @Rogers I'm trying a chat thing. The people are friendly once I got past the auto attendant, but I'm being bounced around, so far Toronto and Moncton. Wonder how much of my day is going to be blown on this problem caused by a company I'd rather not deal with. :(

  • ChrisHoey12 Chris Hoey (@ChrisHoey12) reported

@RogersHelps Can you tell your call centres that if they're going to call a customer to make sure they're actually on the line when the customer answers the phone?

  • dan_audy Dan Audy (@dan_audy) reported

@Rogers I call bullshit. Mergers have never created new jobs, only increased prices and layoffs.

  • paulbrandow Paul Brandow (@paulbrandow) reported

@RogersBiz Why do I have to call your customer service to correct your mistakes and stay on the phone for an hour only to be told I am wrong 10+ times and wait for a callback (within 72 hours??)

  • reikokoyama79 Reiko Koyama (@reikokoyama79) reported

Hey @Rogers could you please start supporting Samsung Smart Watches? Many of us do not use Apple, and would like to be able to have a smartwatch on your network.

  • AmeliaLeckey Amelia Leckey (@AmeliaLeckey) reported

@RogersHelps no internet service. What gives?

  • matthewharford Matthew Harford (@matthewharford) reported

@RogersHelps Are there problems in Wellesley, Ontario with Rogers Internet? We experienced outages yesterday, and now again today. Not Wi-Fi, but the modem itself is losing it's internet connection.

  • BarrhavenSpence Spencer Warren (@BarrhavenSpence) reported

I was going to rant about the horrible experience @Bell has provided us since switching to them, but what’s the point. @rogers looking like rockstars now - please take us back Rogers!!
