    @Rogers @RogersHelps still no service but you are telling people everything is fine now? Hopefully you know most people arent going to accept a 3.75 credit considering this is 2 years in a row. A billion dollar corporation doesn't have a worker with brains to realize this

    Hey @Rogers when are you going to open up your tech support again? My internet didn't connect properly and my router isn't connecting at all to the gateway but I can't do anything since you guys won't pick up the phone, it's just endlessly blinking green

    @RogersHelps after Rogers outage, my Rogers shows the network at my place is working in normal condition. BUT IT IS NOT. IT IS INTERMITTENT. The video/movies/websites are just keep buffering. Fix it ASAP

    @RogersHelps So, while I have slow internet back I can only access a few local channels on ignite, can't connect to the playstation network, websites are loading slow or not at all.. I'd hardly say things are fixed
