    @Rogers @RogersHelps internet and tv go off every day multiple times. We’ve had senior technicians come twice and inevitably this still ends up happening. If you won’t provide a service I will not provide payment

    @RogersHelps @NewfieDecker Don't forget poor stream quality. Detroit/New Jersey stream is horrible. Boston/Dallas is fine. Columbus/Arizona could be better. There were NO issues with stream quality on NHL Live.

    This is 2022 and after few months we will be in 2023 a lot of things has changed , but one thing which hasn’t changed yet is @RogersBiz sometime they have outage or billing issues, but they did change something which is increasing the delay over the phone at billing department.
