@Rogers you’ve been calling everyday for three weeks to ask why I’ve decided to move to bell. I’ve already explained why to a representative and you’re still calling. I didn’t like the customer service provided by you guys and that’s why I decided to move. Please stop calling.

@AboutRogers I will be canx as soon as possible. @Rogers @RogersHelps I have been with your company for cell services since 2006 and never would expect such horrible interruption twice in the last 2 years and little to no communication, compensation, etc. You left us in the dark. Now ur turn.

@GadSaad @Rogers In my past experience with Roger's outages they automatically adjust my bill in the amount of the days outage, they're very good in that respect. There are so many negative nancy's who just like to hate all day long about something they know nothing about!

@BauxiteBeard @mokirokio @RogersHelps Rogers will issue refunds based on the duration of the outage. But how can Rogers be held accountable for what you do with their service? You’ll need to prove you lost income as a direct result of the outage. If Internet is so critical, why didn’t you have a contingency plan.

@SmrtAleks Yup. I recently switched and have been affected unfortunately. Small potatoes when I consider people went without medicine due to the outage and other necessities. No debit. C’mon @RogersBiz not making me want to subscribe to wifi or cable. #RogersOutage2022

@RogersHelps It was not only the outage but the fact that there was NO transparent communication from Rogers questions their credibility @RogersHelps

@WhogoesthereEDM @RogersHelps @Rogers That's what I'm thinking too. If they were able to at least partially resolve the issue they must have some idea what caused it, no?
