@Rogers I have been calling customer support for last 3 months as i have 1Gbps plan at my residence, speed i am getting is 10-15mbps. But the issue hasn’t been solved yet they sent 2 times a technician as well. Now i have no other choice than changing internet service provider

@Rogers Once on Aug 3rd and and once on Aug21st before cancellation. Now when i actually cancelled i was charged a bomb and rep saying its a business internet.there is no business for me and I donot know what business under internet was given.Please help me in this situation

@Rogers 1 hr on phone to try to exchange my current modem for the 6 wifi one only to be told I can’t get it and that it isn’t even compatible with my ignite tv because it isn’t 6wifi. Now if I was a NEW customer I’d get it no ? Asked. So as usual your 20+ year customer gets zero

@RogersHelps Roam like home is a scam. I stopped using it before midnight PT but apparently since it was already the next day in ET I got charged 12 dollars for 0.14 MB. We truly have one of the worst telecom industries in the developed world
