I pay nearly $200/mo for sub-par service. In Canada, the internet is an essential service. Imagine getting power or natural gas 60% of the time. @CRTCeng @TELUS

@SteveThePylon @dailytechnewssh @TELUSsupport @TELUS @Rogers I also used to use Shaw. Had to reboot my modem if I needed to work for an hour without lag. When I called to cancel, they tried to sell me some sort of speed boost service. Nope. They should've just never slowed it down.

@Rogers I’d like to believe that, but I can’t. A huge percentage of takeovers and mergers result in the junior partner in the deal shedding staff at some point. Just give me better, more reliable and affordable service than Shaw, and I’ll be quiet, I promise.

@yegventures @Rogers @fluenthome If power is cut your WiFi won't work so there must be a eSIM in your security system that is on the Rogers network. U have WiFi so you'll be good. If both were to go out you'd have a problem but that highly unlikely.

@RogersHelps We got new service for Sheppard village 10/12 nursing home. Not working. Today we called, they said it showed inactive. More than 2 hours wait, the CS setup a new account, then he said we have to call acct...then another 20mts wait..ridiculous services
