@RogersHelps power out eastern ontario. trying to use cell phone & cellular data. Hard to get pages to load or refresh. Slow. fluctuating changes to LTE, 5G and 3G. Bad service and I’m stationary in my home

@Rogers I reinstalled it twice. Ever since you changed the app to the **** it is now, it logs you out automatically each time. Now you have to relogin every use, and it's still throwing errors.

@RogersHelps Considering I’ve yet to get through to agent despite the multiple phone calls, I do still need help, thanks! My bill has gone up by $60+ and I’m ready to switch if I can’t find a more affordable option with Rogers.
