    @RogersHelps power out eastern ontario. trying to use cell phone & cellular data. Hard to get pages to load or refresh. Slow. fluctuating changes to LTE, 5G and 3G. Bad service and I’m stationary in my home

    @Rogers what a ****** service, I got an email about my new order in back order for 3 to 5 weeks, but i got the package to return my current phone or I will have to pay the remaining balance. And your customer service line is an AI Agent.

    @RogersHelps For about half hr at home I had no service. Switched from 5G to LTE, still no service. Tried 5G, no service The only time ppl can hear me on a call is if I go outside. What am I paying for?

    @LukeCharbonnea4 @Rogers Kinda ****. Not sure what it's advertised at but we get like 10mbs lol But it's fine for what we're doing, including streaming TV. Would NOT be enough for many devices doing things at once though.

    @Rogers @RogersHelps My internet has been down all afternoon, and I’ve been on hold for 1.5 HOURS trying to get support. This is completely unacceptable. How long are customers supposed to wait just to speak to someone? I need this fixed ASAP.

    @apasztor82 @Rogers didn’t want their cable and satellite subscribers to watch so they had it on their @Sportsnet streaming platform only and don’t offer a way to upgrade without paying for the entire service you’ve already paid for
