    @RogersHelps my husband is a man of principle. He has spent months trying to reverse a stupid interest charge on our bill. A charge that someone keeps telling us will be adjusted to zero but magically appears on our bill every month. Basically fed up

    @RogersHelps I’m shocked this is how you treat paying customers for years. Cutting my brand new driveway for my neighbours cable even after u said no. The worst part is you said on the phone you would send out another company to see if they could dig around my driveway
