@RogersHelps Yes and the transfer fee of $80 is completely RIDICULOUS! How would I know if they did it by mistake. I CLEARLY asked him AND my son as well. He responded on more than one occasion “ YES NO PROBLEM” Yet he did. So he is now a @Bell customer & will be joining him. “Sorry 2cu go”

@Rogers @TSN_Sports @CBC Soooo….Rogers, you’ll be carrying the NHL games and playoffs for free then? Just as all Canadians have been used to for 70 years? You wouldn’t take that away from us, would you? That would be bad form. And bad for your reputation.

Good news we finally got on the phone with @Rogers and they created another ticket #. And maybe someone will contact us in the next couple days with a resolution. Could you imagine if a small business took 2 weeks to resolve an over night shipping issue?

    Yagya Sachdeva (@YagyaSachdeva) reported

@Rogers I opted for a temporary suspension of service for a month as I’m not in the country and now you’re charging me for the suspension AND MY whole bill? Why is there even a temporary suspension option if that is the case. Your chatbots are useless. You can’t be reached.

Had to delete @Rogers, not putting that rainbow **** on my phone with your app.

  • x_4lyfe

@Rogers took the time to change their app logo to pride colors. How gay. Focus on better customer prices and support.

@RogersHelps since last year Rogers support is gone down. You can't get hold of them. Time to move out of Rogersc

@Rogers I’ve never been more dissatisfied with any service as much as yours. I’ve been on hold for 45 minutes with literally no response. The way you treat your customers is abysmal.

@Rogers @Sportsnet needs our $ to survive but they know people won’t cancel their subscription and services. Anyone who gives these clowns $ should call right now and cancel.

Are we surprised? @Rogers is the worst.
