@Rogers @RogersHelps 3 days later and no response and currently on hold 1 hour and 20 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous. After being a customer for 30 years, when I do get through to a human being it will be to cancel. @Bell picked up my call immediately yesterday....

@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Im gonna assume you are too low IQ to get the answer yourself but maybe ur just rhethorically asking. Anyway : because canada minimum wage cost more. It very easy to understand. Its also why LIMA temporary works, importing poor to work minimum wage instead of raising salary

@RogersHelps @Rogers I’m planning to move to a new address & you’re not able to same Internet service in the new location and giving me option either to downgrade or exit the contract and ask me to the early termination. For a network limitation at your end you imposing on me .

@RogersHelps internet has been down since 1AM. When is it going to get fixed? This is unacceptable

  • randfDoreen
These are the days (@randfDoreen) reported

@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers People who think the service will be better if it within our borders are delusional. The access to and for information won't be any different as everything is case by case. The fact that you are paying so much for internet, cable and cell phones is robbery.

@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Telus is just as bad plus most of their technicians are from India, completely useless and no troubleshooting skills

@RogersHelps @RogersHelps @Rogers Wifi been out since 12am this morning , outage map is not even working. when is this going to be resolved?

I’ve spent weeks trying to resolve billing issues caused after moving from Toronto to Montreal, where you couldn’t provide service. I’m being charged fees I was told would be removed, and my payment arrangement was changed without my consent. How is this acceptable? @Rogers

Not sure what @Rogers Bank execs are thinking. November changes to their credit card products remove 99% of the incentive they have provided to date to stay with Rogers telecom services. I will certainly be switching credit card AND telecom services once these changes take effect and as service contracts expire. There are more affordable providers with better service and without the financial incentive provided by the credit card there are no more reasons to stick to their mix.
