    @Rogers not sure when it became acceptable 4 U leave a senior citizen who pays her bill without a phone& then proceed 2 pretend to look into fixing it but it’s NOT ACCEPTABLE! If something happens 2 her & she can’t call r help **** will fly! I have now been on hold for over 1H 😡

    @RogersHelps I've talked to 3 different people now and none of them can fix the @NHLLive app so that I can actually watch the games on my phone so glad I paid money for this
