What is the Rogers SLA? One 9? Outages are far too frequent, connection is down now for 40 min, no WFH. Time to repair the infrastructure?

Iβm requesting that the overpaid amount be refunded back to me, not kept as account credit. Iβve also filed a complaint with the Commission for Complaints for Telecom-television Services (CCTS)
