    Words to the wise: CHECK YOUR BILLS CLOSELY. Turns out Iโ€™ve been charged the โ€œbusinessโ€ rate for my home #Internet. Disappointed in myself for not noticing earlier. Mad at #Rogers for selling me the wrong service. Hopefully, I can get this resolved. ๐Ÿ’ธ๐Ÿคฌ @RogersHelps

    So 11 days after installation was started, and 96 hours after I was last told it would take 48 hours to fix the problem, no update from @RogersHelps and no Ignite TV. Really tired of hearing that you understand how frustrating this is #ignitetv #rogersfail #rogersconcierge

    Sorry @IndyCar. Looks like you're losing a fan. Thanks to the horrible TV deal u made with @Rogers and @Sportsnet. I refuse to pay $30/mth for a specialty channel in which the only thing I'll ever watch on it is racing. What a horrible way to treat Canadian racing fans. #IndyCar

    @startca when I call because the neighbourhood Internet keeps going up and down all afternoon, so a @Rogers issue AGAIN, do NOT tell me to reset my modem just put the damn ticket in. Whole area keeps going down. Just DO IT!!!

    On the phone for an hour with @RogersHelps just to be told to go to the store. Guy at the store looked pissed off to have to open the door for me (locked for security reasons) then was so rude I ended up walking out. It shouldnโ€™t be this hard to try and purchase an Apple Watch!

    Anyone in the Alliston area that sees this, curious if you have Bell Fibe internet and what itโ€™s reliability has been.. Iโ€™m currently with Rogers and over the past few weeks (since that service black out) service has been spotty & slow. @FibeBell @RogersHelps #internet #Barrie

    @RogersHelps I am a new customer. The QR code I received didnโ€™t connect properly. My account from my previous carrier is disconnected so I canโ€™t make or receive calls or texts. The salesman who set up my account with my nickname and not Patricia (my legal first name. /1

    @RogersHelps at it again. No one in my household can currently not receive or make phone calls. Can't even call @Rogers for tech help because the call just drops. Service at it's finest
