Guy at the store looked pissed off to have to open the door for me (locked for security reasons) then was so rude I ended up walking out. It shouldnโt be this hard to try and purchase an Apple Watch!

I had to call the sales department and get her to put me through. After support answered, he wasnโt helpful at all. I asked to pass me on to the cancellations.
