Guy at the store looked pissed off to have to open the door for me (locked for security reasons) then was so rude I ended up walking out. It shouldnโt be this hard to try and purchase an Apple Watch!

You just donโt deal with staff and consumers so callously โ no notice and crappy communication like they mean nothing. But this is the culture of Rogers under Edward Rogers and his beancounter CEO who donโt have the character and class to treat their stakeholders right.
