Sorry @IndyCar. Looks like you're losing a fan. Thanks to the horrible TV deal u made with @Rogers and @Sportsnet. I refuse to pay $30/mth for a specialty channel in which the only thing I'll ever watch on it is racing. What a horrible way to treat Canadian racing fans. #IndyCar

So 11 days after installation was started, and 96 hours after I was last told it would take 48 hours to fix the problem, no update from @RogersHelps and no Ignite TV. Really tired of hearing that you understand how frustrating this is #ignitetv #rogersfail #rogersconcierge

@RogersHelps Day 8 of no Ignite TV Recordings, Scheduled, or DVR access. I've chatted with 4 different @RogersHelps specialists, all stated issue was escalated, but not one person has ever followed up with me. I'm paying for a service that doesn't work. Thanks Joel, Vikas, Michael, Natasha

@Rogers @breakfasttv worst customer service from Rogers cell phone call center people. Tried upgrading my phone to a new device online which Rogers told me to do. Now my order is canceled & Rogers rep can't upgrade phone nor me trying an online upgrade.

@RogersHelps Both my digital boxes where not working at two different occasions. Shipped me new refurbished boxes, then insisted they couldn't help by phone sent out a tech. 2nd tech detected low signal. I got an unexpected bill for doing nothing and chatges where not discust wih me.
