Guy at the store looked pissed off to have to open the door for me (locked for security reasons) then was so rude I ended up walking out. It shouldnโt be this hard to try and purchase an Apple Watch!

Bonnie Lee (@stitchlady) reported@RogersHelps the batteries in my remote were down to 56% so I put new batteries in but it still says 56%. I used brand new batteries. Iโve had this happen before with remotes. I even restarted my TV box. Why doesnโt it show the batteries at 100%?

Call volume is too high to answer, waited online for a "live agent" who couldn't help me, then I finally got through to a customer solutions and the call disconnects. It is unacceptable client service!
