    @startca when I call because the neighbourhood Internet keeps going up and down all afternoon, so a @Rogers issue AGAIN, do NOT tell me to reset my modem just put the damn ticket in. Whole area keeps going down. Just DO IT!!!

    So 11 days after installation was started, and 96 hours after I was last told it would take 48 hours to fix the problem, no update from @RogersHelps and no Ignite TV. Really tired of hearing that you understand how frustrating this is #ignitetv #rogersfail #rogersconcierge

    On the phone for an hour with @RogersHelps just to be told to go to the store. Guy at the store looked pissed off to have to open the door for me (locked for security reasons) then was so rude I ended up walking out. It shouldnโ€™t be this hard to try and purchase an Apple Watch!

    Sorry @IndyCar. Looks like you're losing a fan. Thanks to the horrible TV deal u made with @Rogers and @Sportsnet. I refuse to pay $30/mth for a specialty channel in which the only thing I'll ever watch on it is racing. What a horrible way to treat Canadian racing fans. #IndyCar

    @Rogers Great to see Rogers cheering on Team Canada. ๐Ÿ‡จ๐Ÿ‡ฆ It would also be great if loyal customers trying to cancel a line didnโ€™t have to sit on hold for over an hour. Customer service should be as strong as our team. @RogersHelps

    @MactelecomN @Rogers That's actually considered a tripping hazard, tech should of booked it in as special request order to direct bury, if direct bury can not be done then they are usually required to direct bore a duct under the paved areas or concrete if they don't want to cut it. The Op manager for that area likely doesn't care or want to budget for it, the local contractors won't touch it or put it in the ground until the orders are given and $ given out by corp. Realistically they should of denied service to this home until one of those things could be done, unless it was to replace an existing working service line that is. I worked for Eastlink in the Martimes for almost 15 years, we had some strict standards on this sorta thing.

    @RogersHelps going on 24 hours now with no Rogers/Shaw internet service and ZERO updates from your side as to when service might be restored. Second time in less than a month - this is not customer service ๐Ÿ˜  Looking for other carrier options!

    @Rogers Iโ€™ve been transferred between 3 Rogers agents for hours with no resolution. My internet drops multiple times daily, I have to manually reboot the modem 4+ times a day because it wonโ€™t reconnect on its own, and itโ€™s affecting my work from home.

    @RogersHelps @towerguymatt Why? YOU should know when YOUR service is down. It should NOT be on the customer to notify YOU about YOUR OWN BUSINESS!!! The level of laziness within this industry is embarrassing to the human race.

    @RogersHelps why donโ€™t you take some of the people who have time to call me a million times a day for home security (which Iโ€™ve declined a million times) and train them to do customer service - because Iโ€™ve been on hold for an hour this is ridiculous.

    @RogersHelps how long does it take for outages to be reported? there is nothing listed for my area despite being told there is an outage by your support staff. I've been without the service I pay for for over 6 hours now
