-
rayissa palmer (@rayissap) reported from Caledon East, Ontario@RogersHelps Your Rogers worker was on our street, climbed up a pole, did something to the wire, and the wire is now hanging about 10 feet off the road. Jdklaw4 (@crazyjdk5) reported from Caledon East, Ontario@RogersHelps Why is there no response from Rogers as to the cause and what’s being done to get it fixed. More importantly why is there no back up solution. This is unacceptable especially when we are working from home. Why is it only Rogers and nit Bell ie Telus etc...
-

🎈Beloved Brands🎈 (@BelovedBrands) reported from King, OntarioOne more scam by @Rogers I have the Rogers Device Protection, my iPhone has a cracked screen on the back. They sent their protection to a 3rd party who say it’s either $300 to replace or $100 to fix, taking one week. What a scam. I’m going to upgrade to the 11. Not Rogers.

Kiran Varughese (@kiranjoyv) reported from Vaughan, Ontario@YRP @AMBERAlertONT You spend millions of taxpayer dollars to set up any system to help the community. Not burden it. Its also clear there was no coordination with @TELUS, @Bell, @Rogers, etc when developing the system since same message is delivered different number of times for different providers

sam glass (@ChefSamGlass) reported from Vaughan, Ontario@RogersHelps One problem had been solved. Working on the next one

Love My 7 Wood (@LoveMy7Wood) reportedIf you are considering (or have to due to equipment failure like me) switching from Ignite to Xfinity on @Rogers here are some things to be aware of that they do not tell you before, during or after the transition. First, a new account will be opened, independent of your previous account, and unless you call and close your previous account, you will be double billed. Second, nobody will ask you for your credit card and it won’t be transitioned from your old account so unless you go online and add it, in a month you will be getting nasty notices. Three, if you have streaming services like Crave that you buy through Rogers it will not be transferred to your new account automatically. You must call to get it added. Fourth, expect at least one of the Xfinity boxes not to work properly. I’ve done the transition now at my cottage and home and multiple service visits and equipment replacements may be necessary. Fifth, if you have Rogers/ Yahoo email or Finance accounts they don’t automatically transition and multiple phone calls may be necessary and it may take the knowledge of a supervisor to get them going again. And sixth, Rogers goes out of its way to make speaking to an actual human being virtually impossible and you have to fight with AI and may be lucky and get through to someone in a few minutes or, like me, you can waste hours and hours on hold. And finally, they are going to email you a survey on how they did. Don’t fill it in right away. Wait a few days to make sure things work and work as they should. Good luck!

FeeneyBaggins (@Feeneybaggins) reported@MapleLeafs @Rogers Hey we need to be doing better to support the @TorontoMarlies How do we help cheer them on ?!

Hank N (@HenryNg338) reported@Rogers @RogersHelps Hello Rogers, Two days ago your installation staff/contractor came to my neighbour’s house and installed a cable from your junction box and ran it over my tree on my front yard! That’s unacceptable and unprofessional. Please fix it immediately!!
-
Trizent (@Wizalters) reported@RogersHelps Problem is the Rogers team on phone didn't know there was outage even though it apparently was reported hrs earlier. Was suggested I PAY for a tech to come out Sunday AM (in 3 days) even tho I told them 100s have no service it isn't just me. Supervisor refused to listen to logic.
-
todd sams (@toddsams15) reported@RogersHelps now having internet buffering issues smarten up and get things fixed or i don't pay period end of story Capiche!!
-
Matt 101® (@MATT__101) reported@RogersHelps I did I never left the chat it ended before is was even able to start chatting with the specialist I've tried 4 time
-
Michael DelPiero (@MikeDelpieroX) reported@_berg618_ @RogersHelps You've already explained the issue. They know what you need. A representative could simply call you and resolve it in a few minutes, but they won't. Instead they're asking you to spend more hours waiting on hold. Google "AI chatbot" and learn what they do. @Rogers #Rogers

Alex Gatzos (@AlexGatzos5855) reported@LoveMy7Wood @Rogers @RogersHelps For a communications Co. it sucks at communicating with its customers
