    Having an internet connection with @Rogers is pretty much like gambling. You will lose all your money and If you’re lucky you might win a week of uninterrupted service but the chances of that are pretty low.

    @Rogers disconnected my cable, internet & phone at midnight. I called & they said its cus I'm going to another provider!!! I had complained about my internet being so bad and said I needed it fixed or I'm leaving. They cut me off before I had a chance too. Pathetic. @RogersHelps

    @RogersHelps weird intermittent outage in M4K: first TV all black; then internet went out, TV okay. Rebooting AC modem fixed data briefly, then off again. TV on, 3rd party VOIP on, but data off now.

    And the frustration with @Rogers continues. Called to change the user name on one number on my account. Found that they did it with a typo. Called back to fix it and found then that they replaced my name overall on the account instead. I wonder how many more calls it will take.

    @S_dF @Rogers @RogersHelps Thanks Steve. True that. We pay enough in Canada as is. Story is a fibre cable was cut. Two entire area codes have been down since 2pm yesterday. No ETA on when the repair will be done. Hey, accidents happen. The timing sucks though.

    My @Bell wifi is down, and my @Rogers LTE is barely getting a signal. This is the telecom gov’t-mandated oligopoly in Canada: excessively expensive and terrible quality.

    @althiaraj @RogersHelps I’ve never seen “Rogers” and “help” used together before. While I’m at it, what about Canadian Tire “associates”. They always run away when you make eye contact with them.

    @RogersHelps Thank you. It’s now days later and 1 of the 3 I requested came through. 1st chat - service schedule and no transcript, 2nd chat - service was not actually scheduled and needed to schedule new time. 3rd confirmed schedule and finally get a transcript. Sorry but your system fails.
