@klrobson @RogersHelps This was my experience as well today. The agent would ask me a question and then disappear for 15 minutes. At one point he even started commenting on things that had nothing to do with my issue and then insisted that someone come to my house to fix the issue.

@RogersHelps first you do network maintenance on my friends ignite network so he had to come over to my house to get school work done and today it’s me no tv or home phone or internet. It’s spotty in Scarborough/Pickering border. People are trying to work like my mom rn.

@Rogers After being a loyal Rogers customer for more years than I am count & unable to transfer certain services to a new address I had to cancel. The harassment & colossal time suck during the process was ridiculous. Warning to others - spare yourself the headache - say NO to Rogers.

@RogersHelps It just erks me that a multi million dollar company like @Roger's cannot get their internet service back up and running within 8 hours. There should be a contingency plan for this sort of outage, instead us customers have to lose business, appointments etc. Not good
