Before entering I had to scan QR code for my turn to enter, show ID, and was then asked to pull down my mask and look at the camera. WTF? I also wasn’t allowed to open the door on my own. There were unresolved issues in my postal area/many households impacted. All fixed now. Tech support folks have been beaten up. Be a gentleman. It helps!
