We have so many tickets and technicians coming and trying to figure out the issue. Nobody can. There is at least one ongoing ticket. Some technical support staff are kind and considerate. Others are terrible.

Before entering I had to scan QR code for my turn to enter, show ID, and was then asked to pull down my mask and look at the camera. WTF? I also wasn’t allowed to open the door on my own. The cell phones in my house are $300 a month and the cable is about the same. So $40 credited for not being able to look at Instagram or watch CNN for a day is that bad. It’s not great. But it’s fair.
