I know she isn't paid enough and she is gold. If all @Rogers customer service people were like her, they wouldn't be loathed the way they are. Look to her as a model!

I'm trapped into using you because Bell doesn't serve me at all. I pay $500/month for your ******* crappy service and all you ever say is "sorry". **** off. I lost a day's work thanks to you.

She quoted me a price, 3 times...then when generating work order, she said "oops" wrong price. Asked to speak to manager and after 1 3/4 hours on the phone I WAS DISCONNECTED #baitandswitch
