@fordnation, should I go out to find wifi for my kids to do school and for my work. You want us to stay home then get on @Rogers and @Bell ass! @fordnation and rural internet providers need to find a solution NOW! At least create a subside for us!

@RogersHelps @YakmanHuntTV Can you at least give e an explanation to your #rockethub customers as to why you cannot allow uncapped data. Perhaps you wont be as bombarded with complaints if you advise that it would cripple the cellular network!

@oxysnice @Rogers If you do switch back to Bell make sure your last bill doesn’t have Rogers owing you money, you’ll never get it back. Three months and they still haven’t paid me what they owe me.

Hey @RogersHelps I just want you to know what a rockstar you have in your customer service reps, Esther especially but Cheyenne was also very helpful. If your customer service is always that good then you’ve got a customer for life.

@RogersHelps @RogersHelps Internet down locally in Brooklin since yesterday. Elderly parents are affected they have no landline, internet or TV. They are being told they might have it back by Wednesday. This is unacceptable - especially after a multiple day outage in July.

I lost my home internet connection few hours ago, thanks to @Rogers. I called the support @RogersHelps and they're going to send a technician in 2 days. Fun part is I'm working from home. Rogers struggles to provide reliable service and support.

I have to admit that I'm a complete moron. Despite my better judgement and past experience I bought a wireless device from @Rogers. I know that their customer support is terrible and I know that their wireless service is even worse. I knew it and went ahead anyway. My mistake.
