Hey @rogers! Why is it my problem, and my $300 bill if I returned your modem and Canada Post/you lost it? You have dozens of stores across the GTA but you won't accept your own equipment return at the stores and forces us to go through Canada Post. @CRTCeng @cbcmarketplace
