    @RogersHelps Hey Rogers! You customer service is seriously degrading day by day..Wanted to change my plan and i was on call for more thsn 50 minutes 3 different times with representatives who can barely speak proper english..Such a waste of time.Filled with sheer frustration

    @SherOnHealth @Rogers I've mostly used VOIP with mobile phones/tablets/computers over Wi-Fi/cellular. No issues with sound quality on either end. My experience with other VOIP providers (Vonage etc.) and HW is 10+ years out of date. There are adaptors that allow RJ11 phones to connect to VOIP routers.

    @cuducos @Rogers Terrible day today, I live in Vaughan Ontario, I work from home, Internet was off at about 8 to 8:30am, 12 to 2:30pm, and happened again at 4:50pm, don’t know when it will come back, I have a critical work need to be done today.

    @RogersHelps I was able to call at 5:30am this morning, waited for 30 mins and finally got through. I was helped quickly to resolve the issue. FYI to anyone having this issue. Call first thing.

    @RogersHelps I don't need a bot or an automated response. I went through three Customer Service calls today, all of which were time-wasting and pointless. HOW ABOUT YOU PROVIDE THE SERVICE I PAY FOR AND FIX THE PROBLEM?
