It's also impossible to get a customer support agent to answer the phone, and the online support chat queue just randomly disconnects you and doesn't save your place in line, making that also basically impossible to use. Probably going to switch providers when I move in a couple months, because this is terrible.

Now they don’t want to declare there was an outage but your backend team is still gathering information ~22.5 hours out when this situation happen. I have records of Roger’s telling the CRTC it was by police direction. Maybe I wasn’t clear on that point? Either way, I never authorized a device protection program with Rogers. They activated at the insistence of cops with an agenda

Stubborn not to declare an outage, but we got a tech call for Saturday afternoon, and the 2nd chat agent diagnosed a lack of speed to the modem. This should be a must-do for TODAY, not Saturday.
