@halo_nothing @RogersHelps It’s beyond frustrating. I just know if you take them up on the DM us, it will be the usual, unplug router, replug, etc. After this mornings short outage, there was 1 more, I can’t remember when, think it was late morning.

@RogersHelps hi I ordered a new phone 2 weeks ago and it was shipped to the wrong address, called twice since and escalated through support 2 days ago. Still no answer....
