We call to switch back. No luck. @RogersHelps refuses to help, citing an “old” plan that is no longer offered. My wife is transferred 4 times before the call just mysteriously drops. This is awful service.

@Rogers I’ve had nothing but terrible wifi for the past 5 days!! It’s either completely not working or when it is working it’s extremely slow and spotty. This is not normal for my wifi, I’m in the GTA please look into this issue as I know I’m not the only one in the area.

@Penman_Will @Rogers Well the phrases, "it's an older area" & "lots of construction in the area" have been used so far......these sound like descriptions for most of the area of Midtown. Is the service really that bad?

Hi @RogersHelps in just over a month I will be ending my 15 year relationship with you. It has been a one sided relationship and you continue to stoop to new lows. If this message prevents you from acquiring just 1 more new customer it will be worth it. #rogers
