    @Rogers I have an internet service with you guys since 6 years and since last year I have been getting bad service - 6+ people visiting to fix the issue - still unresolved. On Cancelling why are you charging early cancellation fee for a service level not fulfilled? #disgrace

    @ModernAgri_Tips @Bell @Rogers As much as setting up cancelations early is peace of mind that you've taken care of incidentals. The truth of the matter is you almost never want to call in order to cancel until the new services are ready.

    @RogersHelps Somehow they are not there today. Still my wasting two hours on hold is UNACCEPTABLE!!!! You say that your technical support is open 24/7 which suggests you will actually answer the call! Iā€™m seriously looking at other carriers now.
