@leckie_sean @Maple__Pirate @RogersHelps More like $7 in the case of my family. My wife and daughter were on the road today and this outage was not only inconvenient but a safety issue. Yes, they should automatically credit everyone 1/30 of their normal monthly charges. Or give an equivalent amount after tax to charity.

@ambermac @RogersHelps Rogers seems to be back up and running again. That was probably the longest outage I’ve ever seen. Wonder what caused it? Hack? Major equipment failure? Will we ever find out?
