    @RogersHelps your internet connection is so glitchy in my area ๐Ÿ˜ก with people working from home these days you should really get your s*it together!! My neighbours and I have called to report problems many times with no resolution. Iโ€™ll be switching to another service provider.

    @RogersHelps Your Rogers worker was on our street, climbed up a pole, did something to the wire, and the wire is now hanging about 10 feet off the road. Pls advise - how do we report this. Technical support is 45-60 min wait on the phone.

    @startca when I call because the neighbourhood Internet keeps going up and down all afternoon, so a @Rogers issue AGAIN, do NOT tell me to reset my modem just put the damn ticket in. Whole area keeps going down. Just DO IT!!!

    So 11 days after installation was started, and 96 hours after I was last told it would take 48 hours to fix the problem, no update from @RogersHelps and no Ignite TV. Really tired of hearing that you understand how frustrating this is #ignitetv #rogersfail #rogersconcierge

    So @Bell doesnโ€™t bring internet to our neighbourhood.. just @RogersHelps .. but weโ€™re done losing service during work hours.. Maybe @starlink is the way to go..

    Sorry @IndyCar. Looks like you're losing a fan. Thanks to the horrible TV deal u made with @Rogers and @Sportsnet. I refuse to pay $30/mth for a specialty channel in which the only thing I'll ever watch on it is racing. What a horrible way to treat Canadian racing fans. #IndyCar

    @BauxiteBeard @mokirokio @RogersHelps You should probably read your contract with Rogers. There is a paragraph in there about their liability for outages being limited to pro-rated refunds, if it's even that generous. Yes it sucks but that is the contract you signed

    @RogersHelps Why is there no response from Rogers as to the cause and whatโ€™s being done to get it fixed. More importantly why is there no back up solution. This is unacceptable especially when we are working from home. Why is it only Rogers and nit Bell ie Telus etc...

    @RogersHelps This was not intermittent service interruption. We had total disruption of service the entire day. Get your messaging correct abd say it as it is.

    @RogersHelps Service has been out for almost 6 hours now at 90 Waller St. there are a lot of disabled people in this building that require Internet access for a lot of things in their life including some of their health related equipment etc. Itโ€™s more than inconvenient for some.

    @RogersHelps On chat, yes, not on the phone. Stubborn not to declare an outage, but we got a tech call for Saturday afternoon, and the 2nd chat agent diagnosed a lack of speed to the modem. This should be a must-do for TODAY, not Saturday.

    Very disappointed with @Rogers experience. On May 1, I got 2 prepaid SIM lines from the Rogers Longueuil store and was charged $80 activation fee per line. Later, Rogers customer care confirmed I should receive a full refund and asked me to visit the store.

    @Rogers I have been calling for the last two days regarding my bill. The wait time goes more than an hour then the CSR (mostly from India) finally attends and takes about another 40 minutes, putting me on hold in between multiple times and finally hangs up, without resolution.fyR

    The time to strike Canadian oligarchs like Telus and Rogers is now AMERICA!! All youโ€™d have to offer is a $60 unlimited data within North America and youโ€™d wipe Rogers and Telus off the map. Thus opening up the internet scheme they run. I donโ€™t even care if the coverage is that great, I canโ€™t even get 5g service on the plains of Sask with @Rogers dog **** service. INVADE THE INTERNET AND CELL MARKET @Verizon IN CANADA YOULL HAVE AN OVER NIGHT CUSTOMER
