@RogersHelps Why is there no response from Rogers as to the cause and whatโs being done to get it fixed. More importantly why is there no back up solution. This is unacceptable especially when we are working from home. Why is it only Rogers and nit Bell ie Telus etc...

@RogersHelps your internet connection is so glitchy in my area ๐ก with people working from home these days you should really get your s*it together!! My neighbours and I have called to report problems many times with no resolution. Iโll be switching to another service provider.

@BauxiteBeard @mokirokio @RogersHelps You should probably read your contract with Rogers. There is a paragraph in there about their liability for outages being limited to pro-rated refunds, if it's even that generous. Yes it sucks but that is the contract you signed

@RogersHelps Our Rogers line got knocked down by a tree yesterday, that runs to our house. I cannot get thru via phone nor with Anna. I just want someone to add us to their list to get it fixed. Itโs also a hazard lying low across the road. Pls advise.

@RogersHelps Your Rogers worker was on our street, climbed up a pole, did something to the wire, and the wire is now hanging about 10 feet off the road. Pls advise - how do we report this. Technical support is 45-60 min wait on the phone.

@Rogers we still have problems with WiFi in my area For the absurd amount of money we pay for service these disruptions should never happens. Do you think one day credit will suffice for all the problems this is causing? Get your act together and fix this #rogersoutage still on!!

@Rogers At the very least you could notify customers you will be impacting on such and such a day do they can make alternate arrangements. Instead I'm actively working and get wiped out without warning. Terrible customer service and support.

Absolutely ridiculous @Rogers decides to do routine maintenance by digging up the boulevard down the street knocking out service for the entire area. This is a pandemic people! Most are working from home and you decide to do it during peak times? Reliable service? Ya right. #fail

@EdmontonOilers @Rogers Hopefully the programmers have fixed some glitches. I didnโt get credit for two correct answers last game. Left me short 3731 points which I think may have put me in first place for that game. Reported the technical issues but canโt email anybody directly to get an answer.
