    I am curious to know the root cause of #rogersoutage. If you are telling me that it is because of an upgrade, you have the most incompetent networking team in the world. It is utterly baffling to see this kind of outage without extreme external factors. @Rogers

But think about those whose lives and businesses are damaged because of this strange outage. It was not a natural disaster. It could be avoided.

    @IronOmie @dm_tats @Rogers It's why Rogers is investigating it and seeing where the issue lied. It could be a maintenance issue, software issue, etc. Once they find out, they might let the public know, but more likely everything will be handled in house. The person blamed is never outed publicly.
