    After canceling one service and waiting to cancel others, they have had me calling repeatedly, kept me waiting as if in punishment. The amount of time wasted because of @RogersBiz is not even funny.

    @AndersenAngus @RogersHelps may be one of the worst companies I have ever had to deal with. Hopefully you can get it sorted out. They're certainly not very Compassionate at any time.

    @RogersHelps I was charged $2.54 extra as late payment charges for last month. But it was like two days late as it somehow got removed from my calendar. I think you should help me out here as I've been punctual throughout in making payments.

    @RogersHelps why have I had bad internet since November? I have a bad modem and no one can help. The only answer I got was upgrade (to the same speed!) for more money and then will send me a new modem. What the hell????

    @Rogers I HAVE SCHOOL, WHERE IS MY WIFI. I HAVE SCHOOL, WHERE IS THE WIFI I PAY FOR EVERY MONTH. BECAUSE OF YOUR ****** WIFI I CANT ATTEND MY CLASSES. What a **** company omg. At least give the people affected a discount. This is insane, fix your service

    @RogersHelps incredible, no help. They haven’t even tried a new modem which is at the root of the issue. Just gotta keep waiting! Haven’t had proper internet since November, yet I’m expected to pay my bill.
