@RogersHelps They keep saying we look into it and it still not working right even my next door neighbour has the same problem everyone in the area got a new modem that did not help I am cut off like 3 to 5 time a day can’t even watch a movie 🍿

@KurtCiesla @SAndersonshpk @Rogers On my Virgin plan (got through Costco) the cost of the phone per month is billed separately from the cost for service per month, and will end automatically when the phone is paid for.
