But that BREAKS an awful lot of EXISTING device configurations @Rogers. You want to offer a new feature, great. Good for you! But to break things, at scale, by default is a very poor decision.
-
Dan (@NothingworksDan) reported from Kitchener, Ontario
@RogersHelps I have an Ignite install question, that isn't in your app, community forum or FAQ. Surprised it's not listed anywhere, can you help?

@RogersHelps Why is your On Demand service such utter trash? For how often it actually works you should rename it Rogers On Occasion. Complete and utter garbage.

@RogersHelps This was pathetic. I'm pretty bad about this. With all the technology that you guys advertise, the fact that you don't have a Call Back option is mind boggling.

@RogersHelps This is on the ignite TV app, not the Box. I can send screenshots as well. No....that always causes problems. My set top box is working fine, but can't watch on app. Not going to jinx it and risk losing my internet entirely. Thanks anyways.

@RogersHelps Not really why wasn't it credited previously, perhaps delaying Mr. Rogers aka Tony's paycheck for a month would be the same? You're loyal so called customer's are once again paying the price, this isn't right. This is not the first time Rogers dissapoints it's customer's.

@RogersHelps .BTW,its not even like u ppl care enough about me,ur “loyal”Indigenous (soon to be) former customer.U want me to delete the info shared to avoid taking responsibility for ur negligence in an issue I’ve been trying to resolve for YEARS!Pretending u care is why ur losing customers!

John Sellens (@jsellens) reported
Hey @RogersHelps why can't staff in Rogers (branded) stores actually help your customers? Why do I have to phone you, and then visit the store to return equipment? (Outsourcing for the win!)
-
Barry Greene (@BarryRGreene) reported
@atoonk @Rogers The core problem - they did not have an out-of-band network. Problems happen on a network where you cannot get to the router. The 101 for any carrier, ISP, cloud, or large network design is to have a way to get to the devices when the "network" goes down.
