    not really happy with @Rogers for business. It has been over 3 weeks that i have been trying to get a new phone. now the 1 I was sent was broke. I need to get a new one & never used this one. Service & equipment suck.

    @RogersHelps on the line with Rogers for business trying to get a new phone. This has taken hrs. and a month. need to send the broken phone I got back. i am going forth and being on hold. not getting the right person. Third hold at present.

    @Rogers No one can access their historical mobile data usage. I just called customer service, and they couldn’t provide the numbers either. Are you kidding me? Why can’t I find out how much mobile data I’m using?

    @RogersHelps can you please explain to me how my neighbor has the same internet plan I have but pays one third of what I pay? @Bell_News maybe you have some good internet plans that would be better for a ‘loyal’ customer with Rogers.
