@aridler @RogersHelps @Rogers I bet you were never poor enough growing up, telling your parents you didn't want any birthday presents in case they were behind on the rent.

  • Zach_Fleisher Zach Fleisher (@Zach_Fleisher) reported

Wanna give a big shout-out to @RogersHelps for the $2.81 bill credit for their 15 hour outage yesterday. FYI, they made $1.59 billion in profits last year and Canadians continue to pay some of the highest rates for cell service in the world.

  • Neilkotadiya Nilesh Kotadiya (@Neilkotadiya) reported

@Rogers Stupidity at it highest peak. You should learn from other developing countries communication network system. And by the way nothing has been restored to majority costumers in Alberta. So keep lie by yourself .

  • ChibiLenne Chibi Lenne - Dice Goblin 💖💛💙 (@ChibiLenne) reported

@Rogers @RogersHelps Any word on how we'll be compensated for 16-ish hours without service? 🙃

  • TotallyAFlareon TotallyAFlareon (@TotallyAFlareon) reported

@RogersHelps so, I have service again, it's just my mobile data is super slow any idea what's going on there?

  • PeterRaynham Peter Raynham (@PeterRaynham) reported

@gilloism @Rogers I thought the whole idea of the internet ("inter-network") was to have multiple paths and redundant routers so that there was no single point of failure that could bring down the network.

  • roadtoserfdumb spectres be haunting (@roadtoserfdumb) reported

@Zach_Fleisher @RogersHelps I'd also accept an explanation of the massive outage that didn't simply shift the blame onto a software vendor, what they'll do differently in future etc, but two bucks is fine i guess

  • captphilevans Phil Evans (@captphilevans) reported

It must have been hard for all the folks @rogers trying to talk to each other on their own phones during the outage. How did they do that? How would they know what numbers to call?

  • ValCosio Valerie (@ValCosio) reported

@Rogers Where is the email apologizing and telling us we don’t have to pay for a day that we didn’t receive service at all ?

  • Merla_Mel Merle (@Merla_Mel) reported

@AboutRogers @RogersHelps Still no service here! I hope you are still working for the ones who don’t have service
