not really happy with @Rogers for business. It has been over 3 weeks that i have been trying to get a new phone. now the 1 I was sent was broke. I need to get a new one & never used this one. Service & equipment suck.

@LarryLeBlanc Tweet them at RogersHelps. I always get a response there. I did switch cellular service because of costs but still have them for basic cable and internet.
