    @RogersHelps on the line with Rogers for business trying to get a new phone. This has taken hrs. and a month. need to send the broken phone I got back. i am going forth and being on hold. not getting the right person. Third hold at present.

    not really happy with @Rogers for business. It has been over 3 weeks that i have been trying to get a new phone. now the 1 I was sent was broke. I need to get a new one & never used this one. Service & equipment suck.

    @CheriDiNovo From last report from @Rogers their network throughout Canada could be down until Monday which is costing businesses billions of dollars every day. I can't use my debit card or take out money to get anything unless you have a credit card.

    @Invest23TELL @imgrund @RogersHelps Why isn’t it important? We all pay A LOT of $ for a service we expect to have from a multi billion $ company. It’s our right to know what’s going on. Did they get hacked? Our personal info compromised? Why wouldn’t u want 2 know. Almost 30 hours & still not fixed. Ridiculous!

    @RogersHelps Everything is on and working but my home wifi is extremely slow and it stops working sometimes for a few minutes hopefully when service is fully restored it’ll be fixed
