    not really happy with @Rogers for business. It has been over 3 weeks that i have been trying to get a new phone. now the 1 I was sent was broke. I need to get a new one & never used this one. Service & equipment suck.

    @Rogers service seems to be down again for our neighbourhood and at a certain point it’s like paying for this service is like paying for a restaurant that gives you a 50/50 chance of actually getting food.

    I’m with Fido and although it’s under @Rogers I STILL HAVE BEEN ISSUES WITH THE STUPID LANDLINE INTERNET. You guys haven’t even fixed your **** yet?? Hello? Im gonna switch to Bell or something that’s MORE RELIABLE.

    It’s wild that customer service is allowed to operate like this. I have to continually work around @rogers schedule while they charge me for a service they are not providing. Ridiculous

    I had been with @RogersHelps since 2003. They value my loyalty at $15. Nice not to be charged for the couple of MBs that went through INT roaming after not being able to use it for 23h 55min that day. Outage I’m told was <1d. I know I had issues longer. Time for a change!

    So I hear @Rogers is getting $171,000,000 in corporate welfare. So let me get this straight. My taxes pay for this, then I pay Rogers a crap ton of money to use the service. Right.
