not really happy with @Rogers for business. It has been over 3 weeks that i have been trying to get a new phone. now the 1 I was sent was broke. I need to get a new one & never used this one. Service & equipment suck.

@AndrewLawton @RogersHelps Iv been on hold like that for Service Canada and its like that for people daily. just go to service canada in person. Its a good 30-60 min wait before they even open and ur still waiting a half a work day.. For some even longer & others get turned away when its closing time.

@Lumeena @RogersHelps I used to work customer service/billing for Rogers (for cell service) An the hold times were a nightmare. Too many calls and not enough agents to answer them. They also pretty much took away all of our options for helping a customer. Have you been able to talk to them yet?

They are finally pouring the concrete today on our balconies. Apparently, the city shut them down for 3 weeks for reasons unknown to me. More infernal noise. Not sure what's more annoying, the hold music from @RogersHelps or a 66,0000 lbs concrete truck.
