@RogersHelps ET is on Global (3) and NBC (17) right now. The sound in Global is fine. There is no sound on NBC. Rogers is having a problem with anything fed to Global. Previously the Global sound was distorted since end of August. Sound distortion seems fixed. Now a feed problem. Ticket open

@Rogers @RogersBiz @RogersHelps (2/n) I called your customer service to assist me with moving my internet service to Vancouver (from Mississauga) and after 30mins of chitchatting they said, “#Rogers doesn’t exist in that location. I am afraid you’ll have to cancel the account.”

@RogersHelps During Drew at 3 pm there was sound on Global and no sound on CBS. There is a problem when Global feeds from a US station.

@Rogers @RogersBiz @RogersHelps (3/n) I asked if there was any other option, they refused. They said cancellation is the only option unless I’d like to keep my services active at a location I am not living in (which was a little rude, I understand it’s Rogers, they don’t care)

@Rogers Ya your company doesn't put your customers first. You claim to care but when offering a credit will turn around and make some payment up and add it to the customers bill and say it was to adjust why we gave you a credit. Worst customer service and company.
