@RogersHelps It's a matter of multiple channels not being recieved at all (blank screen). Your reps said 50% of customers have to report it before you will consider it widespread. Which is ridiculous. Please fix the issue.

@RogersHelps @braecl It is widespread. I am having the same issue. I spent quite a while on the phone this morning with your tech department. I also was told you won't consider it an area issue until 50% of customers report. I was told a tech would come Friday. No time. Just Friday. 😞
