    @RogersHelps I finally got a hold of a customer service agent and he just transferred my call without getting my permission frome. I was on hold for 2+ hours and I suspect it will be another hour before I can talk to someone. Your customer service is some of the worst ever!

    @sportshall @Rogers Watching FIFA.. waited 4 years…who ever is the Moron at Rogers Cable who decided it is a good time to interrupt the game ( France vs.Denmark) and do 30 minute update….. unbelievable… just seriously can’t believe..you are the worst service provider!!!

    internet is still down after four days. @RogersHelps cable network is ‘degraded’ in my area apparently, but the company refuses to help or provide information. My ISP @TekSavvyBuzz gets no information from them at all. Unacceptable service quality. #oligopoly @CRTCeng

    @Sportsnet @Rogers Your sportsnet now service absolutely sucks! You have ruined a great service that NHL Live was since you taken it over. Not being able to select the broadcast of the team you want to watch is complete B.S. You should be showing the home teams broadcasters.

    @Rogers Now I know they have better plans on the top shelf. I've been their customer for decades and "pay more" is the best they can do. So I guess I'm asking any mutuals in toronto, whats your plan? who are you with? Bell? Telus? Fido? Koodo? etc?
