    @RogersHelps The issue is that I was “guaranteed” something that is no longer available for no cost as I was promised. I have spoken to a rep today who told me that this changed last September and that there was nothing he could do. Can I get my free pod? That’s what I’m interested in.

    @RogersHelps Customer Service is awful!!’ Modem is broken took it to store so we can get back up. They told us to mail it. We spend 100s per month and this is best you can do??????

    @RogersHelps my mom put her service on vacation hold with you for 4 months. Now that she wants wants it back she is informed you accidentally canceled her service and lost her phone number she has had for 55 years. She is 76. You contact me so we can fix this. NOW.

    Fxcking sick of rogers. They are charging more yet my cell service is still **** and my data network is still dogshit. They are just charging more cause they can. Maybe virgin or telus wants my business. Hell I will take a smaller company over scumbags like rogers... @Rogers
