@melansondt @Rogers We’ve been trying to cancel something since November 24th. First time got transferred to several different people all who said they couldn’t do it. Finally got transferred to a French line who hung up on us. That was 2 hours wasted. Since than we’ve spent a combined 6 hours

@RogersHelps Nope. Still getting daily calls from Rogers, now transferred AGAIN to customer service...THIRD day of trying. Another 2 hour wait. No one seems to help. My credit rating has probably been affected too. So upset at getting the run around and being harassed. Do I need legal help?

@RogersHelps Long wait times weren’t my issue. My issue was the long wait time only to be hung up on by customer service and then having to do the long wait time again once I’m not agitated from being hung up on.

@RogersHelps I’ve been trying to cancel my internet for 2 days now (constantly on hold). And with it being so difficult to do since you don’t allow any other option to cancel, but through a phone call. I cannot wait until I’m no longer a customer.

@Rogers Worst customer service from Rogers. They've messed up my account, and when I tried to discuss this on their online chat with a live specialist, she vanished partway through the conversation. They make it impossible to speak with an actual person by phone.
