Whats up? Nearly 24 hours without ability to make phone calls. All calls are dropped. No 911 calls? Can’t find anything about a service disruption. Able to get on internet and text but no phone calls. Everyone in our trailer park is having the same issue. @RogersHelps @Bell

  • sydenhamkennedy Colin Kennedy (@sydenhamkennedy) reported from Loyalist, Ontario

@TraceyHache @Rogers I’m not even a customer and I’m super annoyed at this whole mess.

Once again having to deal with @Rogers because it’s not having to overpay (applies to all Canadian providers). You also have to put up with bad service.

@RogersHelps Is there a outage in Orangeville? Haven’t had internet or tv since I woke up

  • pozpiggy86 Chris P Bacon (@pozpiggy86) reported

Thanks @Rogers for sending a #DependableHomeTech once again. As usual, they have given me yet another explanation for what is wrong with my internet and have done nothing to solve the problem. Perhaps it's time I went @Bell for their Fibre service.

  • TheDrewHoward Drew Howard (@TheDrewHoward) reported

@Rogers phone wait time when I was first put on hold was approx 7-11 minutes... It has been 33 and still listening to this ****** jazz hold music. This happens EVERY👏SINGLE👏TIME👏 WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.

  • SimBasra16 S ♡ (@SimBasra16) reported

@Rogers has the WORST customer service

  • JP36719646 JP (@JP36719646) reported

@RogersHelps Why do I have a $125 charge for a home internet service that I never activated, initiated, or used and cancelled within 21 hours of first creating the account? 2 of your agents assured me I would have no charges once I called to cancel.

  • StewardShrewd The Science (@StewardShrewd) reported

@breakfasttv @Rogers How about we don't even worry about all this and we just stop locking our children down and not letting them play anything
