    Whats up? Nearly 24 hours without ability to make phone calls. All calls are dropped. No 911 calls? Can’t find anything about a service disruption. Able to get on internet and text but no phone calls. Everyone in our trailer park is having the same issue. @RogersHelps @Bell

    Is it just me or is anybody else’s #Rogers #Ignite constantly disconnecting? It’s so annoying. I should journal when and how long and get my money back for the time it’s out. Cause it’s literally EVERYDAY. Fix it @RogersHelps.

    @RogersHelps I’ve spent hours over several days on hold trying to get a 4K PVR box and no answer. Last night after 3 hours on live chat, the third person to chat to me told me to buy a 3rd party PVR box. Happy to share screen shots! Please help

    @GrimConch @WomanCorn @RogersHelps What I was *told* by Rogers customer service at the time was that it was cancelled by a direct phone call to Rogers customer service from someone they believed was me on the basis of "Voice ID," which is "what the banks use."

    @RogersHelps See another foreigner reading off a webpage. None of your workers are informed and at the store or at head office they all say the website is a lie and you don't do courtesy phones. That's the point your all backwards and upside down and do nothing to fix it when get complaints.

    @Rogers worst service! Tech issues unsolved, sent to sales pushed upgrades, sent to retention no help, tried cancelling bundle to only keep internet & told I’ll be charged more at 120/month . Theyre website offers internet for 60. But they want to charge me 120. 3 hours on hold!

    @_mcderpy @Rogers Honestly I just hung up. They are the worst ever ! Multiple people. I should send them a bill for my time. Garbage service

    Something I've noticed is that @RogersHelps techs will cancel service calls for @TekSavvyCSR cable customers on a whim without actually trying to reach the customer. No possible way to contact Rogers directly, need to go back and start the service request process again 1/2
