Immad Allawala (@AllawalaImmad) reported@RogersHelps For the record Eric you were super wrong the agent was a great guy but as it turns out my address isn't set up for Rogers all something which could've been communicated in two minutes if you had the decency to just check what my issue was instead of doing nothing @RogersHelps

Rick (@Rick41514583752) reported@Berniceness @Rogers Exactly.I contacted customer service and they just go by the script in front of them. I knew it was the line outside that needed to be replaced but they wouldnโt listen or knew what to do. Finally after 3 months and 5or 6 indoor technicians it got fixed. No compensation.

Mat ๐จ๐ฆ (@DakRookie) reported@Berniceness @Rogers I agree, but for context, when Americans called Sprint/Nextel help line years ago they were actually calling me in Ontario Canada. These giant corporations just outsource everything to lowest bidder. Been going on for years.

NLSN (@itsNLSN) reported@RogersHelps Got the cord but unfortunately the modem itself seems to be the problem. We have a technician scheduled for saturday. Preciate you guys reaching out <3
-
Graig Carlson (@GraigCarlson) reportedGood news we finally got on the phone with @Rogers and they created another ticket #. And maybe someone will contact us in the next couple days with a resolution. Could you imagine if a small business took 2 weeks to resolve an over night shipping issue?

๐๐ก๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ฉ ๐๐๐ญ๐ญ๐๐ก ๐๐ฎ๐๐ซ๐ฌ๐ก๐ข๐, ๐๐ก๐ (@ModernAgri_Tips) reportedNo internet from @Bell because my installation never happened, since Jun 11. Meanwhile @Rogers cut off my service 15 days before contract end. Two telecom giants, one customer caught in the middle. Is consumer choice in Canada becoming meaningless? #ConsumerRights #Telecom
