@RogersHelps really disappointed with the service. I switched to Rogers thinking I'll get better service but unfortunately I received worse service. Waited to get a customer rep after 2 hrs 14 mins, only to be transferred and then dropped. #RogerCustomerService #CustomerService

Imagine being a loyal customer since the 80’s and having to over 3 hours (and counting) to talk to customer service… oh and finally getting someone at the 2.5 hour mark and they say hold on a minute and put you back in the queue!!! @RogersHelps

@RogersHelps That’s pretty lame to ask me to direct message you when I directly stood in front of your Rogers employees in a Rogers store and flat out refused to help out a Rogers customer with receipts of services I PAY FOR and you provide. The manager was hiding in the back. Fairview mall

@Rogers almost an hour on hold to schedule a move because it wasn't done right the first time even after waiting/holding/talking for over 4 hours. The new area doesn't have Rogers service. There is nothing either of us can do about that. Just let us move.
