@RogersHelps power out eastern ontario. trying to use cell phone & cellular data. Hard to get pages to load or refresh. Slow. fluctuating changes to LTE, 5G and 3G. Bad service and I’m stationary in my home

So officially 24 hours now we have had no internet service via @Rogers. They wont provide an update, answer dms and the phones lines are packed. Maybe post a little update lads?

@RogersHelps what’s gonna happen when service comes back? Is @Rogers going to compensate subscribers for the time lost? It’s not legal to charge for a service that wasn’t provided.
