@RogersHelps…you need to employ more people to answer incoming Customer Service calls and Live Chat. Volume is only higher than normal any time some one tries to contact Rogers due to lack of staff.

@TakeoffFox @RogersHelps Middle of the ocean and you are using satellite service from the cruise ship to get those texts and yes they are very steep charges as I have made the same mistake in the past. Hoping Rogers will cut you some slack.

Rogers gotta be the worst company of all time. Only wifi carrier in my apartment, been waiting for 12 days for them to install wifi, 2 technicians, 8 hours on hold later and still nothing. Just empty promises that I'll have wifi in 24 hours. Can't even post beats... BS @Rogers
