    @RogersHelps Absolute nightmare dealing with this company!! All ignite services have been down since Friday at 2pm. Tech doesn’t show today but calls and when we call back claims he has been sent to another call. Now may not be fixed till next week. Ever heard of Customer Service!!

    Eh. Missed an appointment because my @madebygoogle Pixel is set to pick up the time zone from the network and didn't pick up the daylight saving change. @RogersHelps is this Android's fault not to poll/check the network or did Rogers fail to push an update?

    Hey @Rogers I’ve DM’d you again... you still have not fixed my billing issue from January, even though I’ve spoken with three people now that tell me it will get fixed on “next billing term.” Please stop wasting my time and fix it.
