@RogersHelps asap is not good enough for the amount Canadians pay telecoms. We need a solid ETA and reason such a massive outage happened. The link which is supposed to give continued updates has no actual updates or information and this has been ongoing since 1 am last night...

Unconfirmed reports the @Rogers outage may have been caused by a tech accidentally knocking over their double-double takeaway, which has been dripping into a master server ever since & causing intermittent service faults. Experts warn moving cup suddenly could cause major spill!

@AboutRogers @Rogers What ******** was the root cause? When will the network be up and running? Information and transparency would be nice as you over charge all customers to begin with.

I don't think @Rogers staff know what the word "intermittent" means. ......"occurring at irregular intervals; not continuous or steady." Been continously sending failed texts, thanks to this steady outage for houuuuurs. Time for a new provider. #FAIL
