@RogersHelps @RogersHelps I had absolutely zero service from 5AM for 2 days … starting July the 8th and lost approximately between 2.5-3.2k that day and you want to refund me back 5 days ? Please review your manners of respecting your customers and how to deal with your customers.

  • DPSingh56810896 DP Singh (@DPSingh56810896) reported

@Rogers @RogersHelps It has been few days your infra broke but still my internet isnt working. R u guys going to fix or not as my work is suffering every passing day. Called many times and stayed on for hours with no luck with any fix. Its so frustrating I regret moving to rogers

  • asideofpees Matthew (@asideofpees) reported

@RogersHelps If @Rogers wants to keep its vast majority of customers, they should really sit down and credit everyone who was affected a full month. Crediting 5 days is a slap in the face to everyone affected. It’s an easy decision when it comes time to renew contracts #switchnetwork

  • Karen48355222 Karen (@Karen48355222) reported

@RogersHelps Considering the outage affected people who aren't Rogers customers as well, Rogers should be compensating EVERYONE affected by the issue! A little transparency as to WHY this happened would be nice as well. Being a little vague there Rogers as to the readon for the outage.

  • May2Leeanne Leeanne MAY (@May2Leeanne) reported

@ContryLover96 @shelly05328985 @RogersHelps I heard Bell was next to go down.

  • NayantaraTalki1 Nayantara Talkies (@NayantaraTalki1) reported

@RogersHelps If someone looses one day salary then your 5 day credit is not worth it. My husband lost hundred of dollars due to outage. You have to credit for full month otherwise be prepared for lawsuit.

  • jgvanides Jim Vanides (@jgvanides) reported

@RogersHelps - More details: We are AT&T customers who roam while visiting Montreal. Whenever the Telus signal was stronger, our phone would switch to Telus and work. During a one-brand outage, customers need to be able to manually choose which signal to connect to!!

  • whoisrbkn Rob Ξ (@whoisrbkn) reported

@RogersHelps It should be a month not five days what a joke. I was awaiting your response but now I am definitely changing to another operator. What kind of greedy business people are you? Five days isn’t worth 17h outage for someone working from home! #rogersoutrage #rogersdown
