@RogersHelps power out eastern ontario. trying to use cell phone & cellular data. Hard to get pages to load or refresh. Slow. fluctuating changes to LTE, 5G and 3G. Bad service and I’m stationary in my home

@RogersHelps Ignite tv services still freeze, sound mutes occasionally, some channel searches take minutes to load and some channels can’t be found .. postal code M8Z … and your technical help phone lines 3 hours and more wait time .. beyond ridiculous

I still can not login to @PlayStationCA network through my useless @RogersHelps supposedly fiberoptics internet. I also can not upload vids or pics on twitter? I would need to switch to data on my phone to do so. Bottom tier provider. Switching asap #rogersoutage #Rogersinternet
