Update: was on hold with @rogers for over an hour, support dropped the call and never called back, to be clear 6 days, over 7 hours of waiting/talking to support, no action, no solution #cancelrogers This is how #Rogers treats its customer during a pandemic

@Rogers talking to Cr service Rep & req to speak to a supervisor&my call has been disconnected while I was on hold My issue is i was supposed to receive a Roger's $200 mastercard as promotion offer for my new Net plan which till date I haven't Now they say tht offer is not valid.

@RogersHelps Internet is down in Toronto area? Contacted Rogers chat and got automated replies asking me to unplug and replug the modem. Thanks for that surprising and insightful help that clearly I didn't try already. Then I got no help afterwards. Can I get some help?

6 days of not being able to work from home for 2 people in the middle of a pandemic, this is costing me money and @rogers doesn’t care. This would be considered an essential service and they’ve done nothing @RogersHelps

@RogersHelps @Rogers never use Rogers services, the customer support is the absolute worst, 6 days with no internet or tv and countless lies about when it will get fixed, also 6 hours of talking on the phone to people that don’t care #cancelrogers
