    @Rummblestrips @vote4robgill @Rogers I'm curious what it is you do that no cell service made you lose that many clients in 1 day, when there was still internet service at most co-op spaces, coffee shops etc...

    @RogersHelps Your customer service is appalling! I really want to know why my internet/cable phone/bill went through the roof. Especially since I negotiated with one of your agents for a better deal. But it’s a 2 hour wait to get through to you.

    @MollyMiksa @Rogers CSRs I've spoken to are very polite, nice people. But the system is ridiculous. Customers should be able to order the products (cable, internet, phone, etc.) online, like almost all other retailers. Contacting a CSR should be the last thing a customer needs to do, not the 1st.

    @RogersHelps Thanks for the offer, but no need. I called customer service an hour ago & heard a recording confirming that there was an outage in my area (this is the 3rd straight day with an outage). I just want a reliable product that works, especially for one as expensive as yours. Cheers.

    @RogersHelps I’m fed up, I don’t know what to do anymore. I have a reoccurring issue and your techs just run us around and around with the same stuff every time we call. It’s NOT on my end. It’s yours. Stop blaming the customer, I am not stupid, my partner is in IT. #fixyourshit
