    Even 4 days later, @RogersHelps data is slow as molasses on a cold day. If we didn’t pay some of, if not the, highest mobile prices in the world, this pill would be much easier to swallow. Absolutely embarrassing. #rogersoutrage #RogersOutage2022

    @Rummblestrips @vote4robgill @Rogers I'm curious what it is you do that no cell service made you lose that many clients in 1 day, when there was still internet service at most co-op spaces, coffee shops etc...

    @RogersHelps at it again. No one in my household can currently not receive or make phone calls. Can't even call @Rogers for tech help because the call just drops. Service at it's finest

    @RogersHelps Hi again, I tried calling the customer service line just now and was once again told the customer service team was too busy, I should try again later then promptly disconnected. I’ve called 3 different days at different times. I’m genuinely curious if anyone is working there

    @RogersHelps Our cell phones are not working. Cannot make outgoing and I'm not getting incoming calls from people who have called me. Our home Internet has been on and off for the last week. Can someone please reach out to me and tell me what's happening to remedy this?

    @Rogers @RogersHelps I have called companies that have 10 fold the customer base you have and never have I heard "we have too many calls, call back another time". There is no another time. You've made my decision that much more clear

    @RogersHelps I received a second Xfinity set box. I went through the setup and got error 12. Internet says the box serial may not haven tied to my account and to call support.

    @Rogers @RogersHelps very tired of losing service in my own home and it being in SOS. I’ve never had this issue until I upgraded my phone to one that has 5G. Your customer service is also almost impossible to ever reach to talk to someone about this issue.

    I better get a ******* refund on my internet bill. I’ve had no internet connection since this morning. Your ****-*** AI support hasn’t helped with anything. It has only added to my frustration. I wasn’t able to WFH today because of this @Rogers

    @RogersHelps @Rogers my Internet isn’t working, I checked the outage online and it says there’s none. I already restarted my modem and there are rogers truck in the area? So not sure what the issue is
