Even 4 days later, @RogersHelps data is slow as molasses on a cold day. If we didn’t pay some of, if not the, highest mobile prices in the world, this pill would be much easier to swallow. Absolutely embarrassing. #rogersoutrage #RogersOutage2022

@Rummblestrips @vote4robgill @Rogers I'm curious what it is you do that no cell service made you lose that many clients in 1 day, when there was still internet service at most co-op spaces, coffee shops etc...

Steve Young (@steveyoungg) reported from Essex, Ontario

@Rogers no wonder you have a 1.8 rating on BBB. Absolutely criminal how you operate. 10 years and once this contracts done you’ll never see a cent from me again.

@Rogers on hold for over an hour!!! Not acceptable- what happened to the call back feature, or customer service? #Fustrating

@Rogers an hour and half plus hold as I have no data signal is unacceptable

@RogersHelps Automatic puts me on t-mobile which is awful and connecting to the good one “AT&T” takes so long. It’s annoying when it used to be a smooth transition after landing in the US

Very disappointed with @Rogers experience. On May 1, I got 2 prepaid SIM lines from the Rogers Longueuil store and was charged $80 activation fee per line. Later, Rogers customer care confirmed I should receive a full refund and asked me to visit the store.

Rogers is down again for the 20th time in the last 3 months. What is going on with them? @Rogers get your act together. Around 1 hour wait on customer support lines. You sure you want to let 50% staff go?

  • JVDFarms

One thing for sure is that @Rogers has the absolute worst customer service. 115min waiting in a que get down to #2 only to come up chat session ended. Their wireless service in this area is absolute garbage as well

  • _RanjanSoni
    Ranjan Soni (@_RanjanSoni) reported

@stitchlady @Rogers I would if I could. It is at their end. Their system needs to re-provision my wifi. I reset my network settings (just because their 'AI bot Anna' asked me). Then Anna told me that I need to call them. Called them about 4 different times and waited each time between 90-120 minutes

@RogersHelps So 45+ minute wait times are normal at all times of the day? So either you have a very big problem, or a very big lack of employees. I have been a customer since 2001. This has never happened, unless I'm calling at like 7pm when people were adding Crave so they could watch GoT.
