-
Tobiasz Osicki (@DrJapan) reported from Winnipeg, Manitoba@RogersHelps, you can’t call your data plans “Unlimited”, when you throttle the speeds for the unlimited part to point you can’t load anything. The more time I spend loading, the more battery I use. Which means, you are devaluing my device, while I’m paying you. **** that noise!
-
Gaia Consulting Ltd. (@GaiaResearchMB) reported from Winnipeg, Manitoba@RogersHelps Then I suggest you make it better in rural Manitoba. Your coverage is awful. Your map is a lie.
-
Destini (@ohsodestini) reported from Winnipeg, Manitoba@RogersHelps Thank you! I got it fixed. But it took me having to raise concerns and question the options given. Had to speak to a manager and I was right on this process all along. We're setup correctly now. Had I not questioned this, it would have been horrible and senseless for the consumer
-
Jonathan (@jonismrnibs) reported from Winnipeg, Manitoba@RogersHelps I want to cancel this order I do not wish to be with Rogers anymore
-
TJ (@Wpgtjross) reported from Winnipeg, ManitobaOh **** off they took away the American commercials on abc feed go to hell @Rogers
-
Gaia Consulting Ltd. (@GaiaResearchMB) reported from Winnipeg, Manitoba@RogersHelps Well just so you know, you are failing at that. You can't empower us if we can't even get a signal. Phone service in rural Manitoba is getting worse. You are providing us with less, and charging more for it.
-
Brittany Greenslade (@BrittAtGlobal) reported from Winnipeg, Manitoba@davidakin @mackaytaggart @Rogers Im having no issues with my Rogers phone neither are 6 family members in BC. Such a bizarre tweet
-
TJ Connors (@tjconnorstweets) reported from Winnipeg, ManitobaIs your service down in Winnipeg, @RogersHelps? Or is this just because my perfectly good phone is due to be renwed in a couple weeks....?
-
Destini (@ohsodestini) reported from Winnipeg, ManitobaHot damn, I knew this was too easy. Bringing over a phone number and getting a new phone, assigned a temporary phone number....but now being told if I want to transfer this number... I have to return and cancel this phone?!? @RogersHelps Been on the line now for an HOUR
-
Bobby West (@Bobbywest2012) reported from Winnipeg, Manitoba@Rogers what kind of company makes you wait for a half an hour to speak to a supervisor? Also what kind of sales tactics do you use? I was told u was getting a tablet at no cost to me and then get a 360 dollar charge on my next bill. Clearly its lie to the customer to get a sale

-
Steve Porter (@stevevrporter) reported from Winnipeg, Manitoba@RogersHelps not loving that you’re charging me $10 to transfer an eSIM to my new phone. Feels like an unnecessary fee considering I’m a customer in good standing. Good for your bottom line I guess.
-
Bill Regan (@williamuregan) reported from Winnipeg, Manitoba@chatrmobile @RogersHelps @Rogers wanted to patronize you since you support hockey & basketball & city TV in my city but so far you'll never get my main line business after hazel I've had & to wait 48 hours for customer service & might need to pay you $5 for voice mail activation
-
The G.F. Liverpool™© (@gliverpool9966) reported from Winnipeg, Manitoba@howllr Call Rogers or get @RogersHelps involved and tell them to give you there fraud email address to report this issue. I do that with Shaw and Apple.
-
WillyB (@WillyBWilliams3) reported from Winnipeg, Manitoba@RogersHelps This damn near shuttered our economy and put millions at risk with no access to emergency services. A small credit to customers isn't enough of a response. Drop your rates across the board to be in par with the rest of the world and provide a full report on the situation.
-
Gaia Consulting Ltd. (@GaiaResearchMB) reported from Winnipeg, Manitoba@soilecologyUMan @Bell_MTS @Rogers When communication with employees depends on cell service it's frustrating. We pay much more than other jurisdictions for lesser service. At least it's the weekend now!
-
Paul Quaye 🇨🇦 (@paulquaye) reported from Winnipeg, ManitobaSo is @Rogers cell service down again?? Regionally or Nationally??
-
WillyB (@WillyBWilliams3) reported from Winnipeg, Manitoba@RogersHelps thanks for sending me my monthly bill. #stillwaiting in the supposed #discoubt you said would be automatically applied after your error shuttered our economy and left millions without access to emergency services.
-
Catherine #StayHome (@hockeymom1965) reported from Winnipeg, Manitoba@MattCundill @RogersHelps I broke up with Rogers years ago. Their customer service is terrible.
-
Stuart Walter (@stuart_walter) reported from Winnipeg, ManitobaDon’t you love it when “customer service” reps argue with you? Thanks, @RogersHelps. Not only did you waste my evening but you’re doing nothing to try and help.

Justin Jaster (@justin_jaster) reported@RogersHelps I have yet to hear back from you after providing proof (images). Also, rogers is no longer taking calls due to call volume. Please don't tell me this is a localized problem when it isn't. I also want my lost productivity time compensated
-
Justin Jaster (@justin_jaster) reported@RogersHelps Your outage page doesn't work. I haven't been able to do my job all morning as I have no internet. Please address, and credit my account accordingly
-
Big Dave (@oldernewbs) reported@RogersHelps All 3 boxes delivering the same sketchy service.
-
CircularLogic (@CircularLogic89) reported@laurenrjacobs @RogersHelps That's why you would need to port the number to the new service
-
DTAmerikka (@Ferreira_nszuki) reported@RogersHelps Haha funny. You may care, but the company that employs you doesn't care. Over the last 6 weeks I've probably spend over 10 hrs on the phone with your employees, every time i think the issue has been resolved, only to find out nothing has been resolved. It's rinse n repeat.
-
Bill St. Arnaud (@BillStarnaud) reported@RogersHelps For the first year RF signal from C8689 was rock solid - 4 bars on various phones, Nokia last mile, etc. Now RF signal fluctuates about every 10 minutes. I have clear LOS to tower about 1 km away. Neighbours reporting the same problem
-
shehtazruslan.eth (@shehtazruslan) reported@RogersHelps i called and asked to cancel my account at the end of the current billing cycle last month but you guys are still trying to charge me for the internet bill of this month, the modem is already on its way to be returned, whats the deal with this new scam?
-
db🦁♌️+☀️+🐅虎 (@davebissoon) reported@RogersHelps How long is the technical support line take?! I’ve been holding almost two hours!
-
speck (@pacific0__) reported@RogersHelps The payment arrangement should take priority over the autopayment. Thats how it worked with Telus and how it should be working with every network provider. However, given that you’re all the same anyways, can’t say I’m surprised. I will be exploring my options. Horrible 1st month
-
Storm Silvawalker 🇨🇦 (@StormSilvawalk1) reported@RogersHelps For me it's Connections > satellite networks If I follow Connection > Mobile Network >network operators I have to disable select automatically to view available. I don't see Rogers satellite there but maybe if I was back where I was yesterday? Do I need to switch myself?
