    @Rogers bad customer service waiting for a call from supervisor for last 10 days and called them today and found, the supervisor does not want to talk and the rep has to fill form for manager to call. Such a bad customer service.

    @RogersHelps Nope I’m not dealing with your pathetic excuse for customer service anymore. After waiting over a week to receive internet during my last year of school which I am now behind on, I now have had to wait 30 mins on hold to cancel a service I never even received. ******* atrocious.

    Dear, @RogersHelps, Please fix my billing. So. Much. Overcharging. Month after month after month after month. Hundreds of dollars +. With every call the next bill goes... UP!? Like... I work for you. I even do a good job sometimes. Fix and credit appropriately, please.

    Been a @RogersBiz customer for 11 years. My bill almost tripled because my term finished. Don’t look at my invoices since it’s the exact same amount every month BUT customer relations telling me well too bad you have to pay your bill and not giving a **** is a huge issue for me

    @Rogers @RogersHelps worst customer service experience. We have been without internet in Ottawa since Monday. I work from home and need reliable internet to do my job. Looking forward to switching providers since Rogers isn't up to the task.
