@RogersHelps Been there, done that. Itโ€™s easy to solve - reset the router several times a day which is of course unacceptable. Funny thing is that I never had an issue before Rogers took over Shaw.

@RogersHelps Iโ€™m done chasing Rogerโ€™s and if I get harassed about a balance owing not only will the issue be escalated , but a lawsuit will follow

@RogersHelps Your outage page doesn't work. I haven't been able to do my job all morning as I have no internet. Please address, and credit my account accordingly

@RogersHelps A customer should not have to act as a bridge between your customer care and business teams. The constant back-and-forth feels like being treated as a football rather than a valued customer.

@Rogers Shaw cable terrible feed for the US PGA - broken picture. Is there a solution? Happens way too often.

@RogersHelps TV's are all fine. It happens on all the TV's I have. It is definitely a Rogers issue. To rectify the problem I have to unplug the ignite box and reconnect it and then it reloads and works. Sometimes I have to it multiple times.

@Rogers ChatGPT has pointed out another available ISP that is cheaper than your ridiculous $145.50/month (150gb). to "keep me satisfied" & keep me as a customer, match $45/month (equipment included) for unlimited 120gb wifi & lock-in the rate for 5 years, or else i bolt ๐Ÿ‡

@RogersHelps I have spoken to them on more than one occasion and there has been no resolution.

@RogersHelps Haha funny. You may care, but the company that employs you doesn't care. Over the last 6 weeks I've probably spend over 10 hrs on the phone with your employees, every time i think the issue has been resolved, only to find out nothing has been resolved. It's rinse n repeat.
