    @RogersHelps why is my Shaw cable box suddenly not working? I have currently spent the last 30min restarting my box over and over along with my modem. Everything was just find and suddenly the whole thing just froze for no reason.

    @TELUSsupport @TELUS cable is still A mess.Going 2 address it or just ignore upset customers and hope they continue to give you their business. @Rogers can you provide cable that doesn’t continually cut out and internet that actually works? And do this without ripping up my lawn?

    @Rogers - I’ve been on hold for tech support for a total of 6 hours now (3 yesterday and 3 today) with no light at the end of the tunnel. How does one get in touch with you? How do you not even provide the option for callbacks?
