    @Osheafan @RogersHelps Same here. Your automated assistant Anna is completely useless in this situation so please stop pushing it. A >3 hour wait for a phone representative is terrible. Please at least put up a site with all known service outages by area and an expected time to repair.

    @undercovtea Markham here and also have the same issues. I called @RogersHelps and I get a message that they are too busy and to call back later. I can't even wait in queue to speak with anyone.
