Techie (@techie_in) reportedWhether AI hasn’t been implemented properly or AI adoption has failed, an increasing number of customer care services are being destroyed by a lack of care and support! This is the second day I've spent over an hour on the phone with my service provider (@Rogers) addressing call-dropping connectivity issues. No one has picked it up yet. Whereas Rogers used to have amazing customer service and calls were getting connected very fast. 😢 I request Rogers to take a look!

ec87 (@chuter87) reported@RealDonBradshaw @BlueJays @Rogers Are you this stupid in real life or only on here?
-
Larry Matthews Jr. (@WantHeat) reported@RealDonBradshaw @BlueJays @Rogers Brain is rotted. Seek help.
-
Dimitri (@dimitrigeorga) reportedAbsolutely the worst customer service experience @Rogers For what we pay you in Canada it’s ridiculous. As much as you’d like to get rid of paying people your AI “agents” are terrible. Your customer service was awful years ago and it’s gotten even worse.
-
Andrew Campbell (@pokerleaffan) reported@CanadasLeafs @Rogers Recently had a house fire. Wanted to tranfer internet and cable from the one that burnt to a rental property. Literally 2hrs on the phone. Like i didn't have enough **** to deal with.
-
Bruno Alexandre Vieira (@victor95) reported@CanadasLeafs @Rogers It was so stupid when they changed that.
-
Solid Shatner (@KarlMagnonMan) reported@RogersHelps That’s irrelevant. I’ve followed all the steps (no dashes or box #’s etc) and it’s just not recognized (according to YOU) by Canada Post, and yet I get mail w/o issue. The PROBLEM is trying to speak to a live operator to correct this and I can NEVER get through.
-
Mike Jones (@Mike_Jones_1) reported@lamphieryeg @Rogers @RogersHelps Customer service in telecom companies in Canada is practically nonexistent, their monopoly allows it. The threat of taking your business elsewhere is a joke and they all know it.
-
Fringe Truth (@TruthFringe) reported@bdmolnar @Rogers I thought "**** OFF!" and a door slammed in their face was nice enough?
-
Joe Ferreira (@JoeFerr50679872) reported@CanadasLeafs @Rogers Terrible service always
