@RogersHelps I’ve been without service since 10:30 this morning. I’ve received emails stating that things are up and running but it’s still not working. This is unacceptable during these hard times when people need internet services for their work from home jobs.

Maybe less so with the current financing model, but that is one of the problems with having meaningful competition only at the top end of the market.
