    Whats up? Nearly 24 hours without ability to make phone calls. All calls are dropped. No 911 calls? Can’t find anything about a service disruption. Able to get on internet and text but no phone calls. Everyone in our trailer park is having the same issue. @RogersHelps @Bell

    @RogersHelps My issues with Rogers internet is not resolved still and not getting proper support for your customer service department. I should be working now, instead trying to chase you guys to get my internet back working. My call was just keep transferring to multiple team.

    @RogersHelps Internet. I know the password. I got the smart tv to work with the password. But not the tower. I tried the password on the modem, the password for the network and it won't work.

    @Rogers …you guys are ridiculous. Few weeks ago we get an email congratulating yourselves on improving the signal in our neighbourhood. BUT since then we lose internet, TV, Wi-fi, phone, etc…; on a regular basis. Stop lying about improvements.

    @Rogers why do you still have a maximum capacity of 6 people in your stores? As far as I know this policy is outdated. Waiting in the cold doesn’t make me warm up to your services that I’m cancelling anyway because my wifi has never worked properly. Happy I changed to @Starlink

    @Rogers You people hire who ever who don't know anything I called your customer service department to get 2 sim cards and the girl who picked up the phone said she won't except my ontario ID as she doesn't know what it is and I need to give her my passport or SIN number
