Whats up? Nearly 24 hours without ability to make phone calls. All calls are dropped. No 911 calls? Can’t find anything about a service disruption. Able to get on internet and text but no phone calls. Everyone in our trailer park is having the same issue. @RogersHelps @Bell

@JayGenXer @Rogers Try live chat. I think you get a person that can actually communicate in English. Most allow you to print out the entire chat at the end & you can yell at your screen if they say something stupid without worry. Only way I do it now. Faster too.

    Ege Peskircioglu (@egepesk) reported

@RogersHelps Internet down 5+ hours in Toronto, Dupont Area. I’ve now been on hold 1.5 hours and live chat keeps disconnecting. My entire business depends on receiving and transferring large files to clients and I have lost a full workday. need help asap.

@Rogers @Rogers I purchased the Africa Travel Pass and it doesn’t work. I was promised an update within 24 hours and received nothing. I then waited 2 more hours for a specialist, only for the chat to be ended without resolution. Can someone help before I escalate this to the CCTS/CRTC?

@RogersHelps Can you explain why we are suddenly having huge issues w/ our cell service at our cottage? For years we used our phones without issue. Coinciding with the launch of Roger’s Satellite, now we regularly and sporadically see “SOS” where our bars should be. What gives?

  • rohitt25
    Rohit Kumar (@rohitt25) reported

@RogersHelps This is my first bill ever for this particular connection. No way, I have got time to renegotiate the increase in price or option to cancel this account. How irresponsible of business is this, where your policy is violated by system or a person.

  • Agent365
    Allan 3 (@Agent365) reported

@RogersHelps Thanks. If I could solve the problem through the AI agent, I would have already done that through the Rogers app or online. When I pick up the phone to dial Rogers, at that point it should be a human ready to help for issues that can’t be solved through the app or online.

@Bell_Aliant @Rogers As an unusual homebase customer, I happen to have Rogers TV and Internet and cellular service and I love their cellular service and their TV service is excellent I also happen to have Bell TV service, Internet service and landline service I do not think you will ever find that many customers who have those services from both companies so I can honestly give you a true opinion on them both The one thing about Rogers is that the majority of their employees are Canadian that means that they keep the Canadian dollars that are paid for their services in Canada. Keep Canadians employed and paying Canadian taxes. Bell, on the other hand has a majority of their employed staff outside of Country. They are sending Canadian dollars that are paid for a service in Canada to other nations and other citizens and other countries and other countries taxes that means those two dollars away from Canadians and away from the Canadian taxpayers when most honest Canadian people have to keep paying, however, the companies get around it Also, very unacceptable
