They tell them that in order to upgrade their phone and add it to their contract, they have to pay double the amount for their plan. “Cheaper” plans don’t allow for phone upgrades. Do better, Rogers. Sydella (@newfiegirlrules) reported@RogersHelps The pictures were lost in the phone switch over. But as explained for hours in a previous call to customer service. I have no reason to send back a broken phone we pay insurance to replace if damaged. Our phones live in an otterbox or Speigen cases with screen protectors.
