Stacks_₿s (@stacks_sats) reported@Rogers @Fidomobile WHY IS YOUR CUSTOMER/TECHNICAL SUPPORT TEAM SO BAD!? NOBODY SPEAKS FLUENT ENGLISH AND IT TAKES DAYS TO GET A CALL BACK. Ridiculous. Slap in the face to customers who have been with you for years. I'm switching.

Simos (@CMAK_R) reported@Rogers your AI phone response system is incredibly frustrating to get help. Rather than making more efficient and quicker it’s become a method of torture for anyone that needs to get a hold of a Custer service rep for assistance. Your system sucks and go back to real humans.
-
Cristina Aiello (@caiello2) reported@RogersHelps There was no outrage just a technical employee who didn’t want to go the extra mile to help me. TV is fine once I rebooted. Thanks
-
Landon Creasy (@landoncreasy) reported@Rogers @RogersHelps you remain the impossible company to contact for help, which is odd for a communications company. I need some actual help as you have misplaced a phone I returned. Please contact me.
-

DNA does not lie! (@dnadoesnotlie) reported@Bell_Aliant @Rogers As an unusual homebase customer, I happen to have Rogers TV and Internet and cellular service and I love their cellular service and their TV service is excellent I also happen to have Bell TV service, Internet service and landline service I do not think you will ever find that many customers who have those services from both companies so I can honestly give you a true opinion on them both The one thing about Rogers is that the majority of their employees are Canadian that means that they keep the Canadian dollars that are paid for their services in Canada. Keep Canadians employed and paying Canadian taxes. Bell, on the other hand has a majority of their employed staff outside of Country. They are sending Canadian dollars that are paid for a service in Canada to other nations and other citizens and other countries and other countries taxes that means those two dollars away from Canadians and away from the Canadian taxpayers when most honest Canadian people have to keep paying, however, the companies get around it Also, very unacceptable
