    @startca when I call because the neighbourhood Internet keeps going up and down all afternoon, so a @Rogers issue AGAIN, do NOT tell me to reset my modem just put the damn ticket in. Whole area keeps going down. Just DO IT!!!

    So @Bell doesnโ€™t bring internet to our neighbourhood.. just @RogersHelps .. but weโ€™re done losing service during work hours.. Maybe @starlink is the way to go..

    On the phone for an hour with @RogersHelps just to be told to go to the store. Guy at the store looked pissed off to have to open the door for me (locked for security reasons) then was so rude I ended up walking out. It shouldnโ€™t be this hard to try and purchase an Apple Watch!

    So 11 days after installation was started, and 96 hours after I was last told it would take 48 hours to fix the problem, no update from @RogersHelps and no Ignite TV. Really tired of hearing that you understand how frustrating this is #ignitetv #rogersfail #rogersconcierge

    Sorry @IndyCar. Looks like you're losing a fan. Thanks to the horrible TV deal u made with @Rogers and @Sportsnet. I refuse to pay $30/mth for a specialty channel in which the only thing I'll ever watch on it is racing. What a horrible way to treat Canadian racing fans. #IndyCar

    We keep on losing @RogersHelps during working hours at home. Not helpful. @Bell doesnโ€™t service our area. Maybe Starkink through @SpaceX is the way to goโ€ฆ

    @Rogers @RogersHelps - hello claiming โ€œFalse Chargeโ€, then shutting down is peak โ€œarroganceโ€. I called d helpline again, opted for a callback - callback was promised in around 1 hr it came back after almost โ€œ2 hrs 20 minutesโ€. Where is governance?

    @RogersHelps Yes I did after almost 3 hours. They mentioned it was network related issue and it got fixed after 12 hours! Surprisingly my wife and neighbors who are all on Rogers have no issues at all! Its my business phone and I lost 12 hours of work without satisfactory explanation. Thanks
