They told me it was an issue in the area that was being worked on and opened a ticket on my account and assigned it to the master ticket and I will get a text when it’s fixed. I find the live chat most helpful!

Marc M. (@marcmys) reported@SportsnetPR @Sportsnet @Rogers The TV app went from being able to rewind up to two hours (even before the point of joining the stream) to not being able to rewind AT ALL. Nothing. Nada. Just the pause button and that's it. Never seen an app take such a giant step backwards. Smh
