  • NancyClaridge Nancy Claridge (@NancyClaridge) reported from Orangeville, Ontario

So 11 days after installation was started, and 96 hours after I was last told it would take 48 hours to fix the problem, no update from @RogersHelps and no Ignite TV. Really tired of hearing that you understand how frustrating this is #ignitetv #rogersfail #rogersconcierge

  • CobyBudgell Cobyisme (@CobyBudgell) reported from Erin, Ontario

@RogersHelps please give me a timeline for service restoration. Postal code N0B 1T0. I am assuming it will be up and running for the next Leafs game. That is Saturday BTW.

  • SandyRStuckless Sandy 'Captain Typo' Stuckless (@SandyRStuckless) reported from Orangeville, Ontario

Sorry @IndyCar. Looks like you're losing a fan. Thanks to the horrible TV deal u made with @Rogers and @Sportsnet. I refuse to pay $30/mth for a specialty channel in which the only thing I'll ever watch on it is racing. What a horrible way to treat Canadian racing fans. #IndyCar

  • PhotoMediaGuy 𝙹𝚊𝚜𝚘𝚗 𝙼𝚒𝚕𝚎𝚜 (@PhotoMediaGuy) reported from Orangeville, Ontario

Hey @RogersHelps any idea why we are down again (almost daily occurrence) at Parkview and Lawrence in Orangeville? L9W4H7 Can we please stop these mid-day outages?

  • PhotoMediaGuy Jason Miles (@PhotoMediaGuy) reported from Orangeville, Ontario

@RogersHelps The issue isn’t the internet at all. The cameras keep going offline.

  • kriztoper1978 Kriztoper 🇨🇦 (@kriztoper1978) reported from Orangeville, Ontario

@RogersHelps @rogers sending slimy, rude, & aggressive sales people to my home is a shit way to keep costumers. Can’t wait until my cell phone contract is up.

  • PhotoMediaGuy 𝙹𝚊𝚜𝚘𝚗 𝙼𝚒𝚕𝚎𝚜 (@PhotoMediaGuy) reported from Orangeville, Ontario

@RogersHelps I have replied to your reply. I’m down again.

  • RunStumbleWalk Run. Stumble. Walk. (@RunStumbleWalk) reported from New Tecumseth, Ontario

Words to the wise: CHECK YOUR BILLS CLOSELY. Turns out I’ve been charged the “business” rate for my home #Internet. Disappointed in myself for not noticing earlier. Mad at #Rogers for selling me the wrong service. Hopefully, I can get this resolved. 💸🤬 @RogersHelps

  • Kyuhmm x (@Kyuhmm) reported

@rogers you guys are genuinely the worst ISP ever. What am i paying for you ******* morons

  • shinyolivia47 Olivia (@shinyolivia47) reported

So @Rogers, your internet service in Woodstock is literally the worst internet service in the country. I could use satellite internet and have a more reliable connection. Are you idiots running your servers on AAA batteries or something?

  • BlairingOutLowd Blair Miller (@BlairingOutLowd) reported

That’s right, @Rogers @BellMediaPR & @ShawInfo get rich off of you, but don’t try to give to the best service for that $

  • chrischessid CHRISCHESSID (@chrischessid) reported

@Rogers #problem #help told I would get a call back one week ago after a pleasant but long chat online...no call! #nothappy 20 plus year customer

  • morecowbell11 morecowbell11 (@morecowbell11) reported

@Rogers I am now 24 hours without any internet. Work from home with deadlines I cannot meet. Technician didn’t show up because missed call. You texted my mothers cell for technician updates when I gave you my cell. Never showed even though it’s for a cut line outside.

  • ms_lady_syrenne sai hadjinoor (@ms_lady_syrenne) reported

@Rogers very bad customer service and has a website that doesn’t work! Been on the line for 20mins now and counting. Urgh!

  • BlairingOutLowd Blair Miller (@BlairingOutLowd) reported

If you’re in Canada and wondering why content like #HardKnocks isn’t available, here’s why: Even though they get sickeningly rich in their media oligopoly, @Rogers @BellMediaPR & @ShawInfo are somehow too cheap and inconsiderate of their customer base to pay for the rights.

  • quietsniper5 Quietsniper55 (@quietsniper5) reported

  • _Connectivist_ The Connectivist (@_Connectivist_) reported

@RogersHelps - so it looks like downtown Toronto is down again for television and cable Internet service?
