Sandy 'Captain Typo' Stuckless (@SandyRStuckless) reported from Orangeville, Ontario
Sorry @IndyCar. Looks like you're losing a fan. Thanks to the horrible TV deal u made with @Rogers and @Sportsnet. I refuse to pay $30/mth for a specialty channel in which the only thing I'll ever watch on it is racing. What a horrible way to treat Canadian racing fans. #IndyCar

@RogersHelps I have replied to your reply. I’m down again.

Nancy Claridge (@NancyClaridge) reported from Orangeville, Ontario
So 11 days after installation was started, and 96 hours after I was last told it would take 48 hours to fix the problem, no update from @RogersHelps and no Ignite TV. Really tired of hearing that you understand how frustrating this is #ignitetv #rogersfail #rogersconcierge

Kriztoper 🇨🇦 (@kriztoper1978) reported from Orangeville, Ontario
@RogersHelps @rogers sending slimy, rude, & aggressive sales people to my home is a shit way to keep costumers. Can’t wait until my cell phone contract is up.
-
Cobyisme (@CobyBudgell) reported from Erin, Ontario
@RogersHelps please give me a timeline for service restoration. Postal code N0B 1T0. I am assuming it will be up and running for the next Leafs game. That is Saturday BTW.

I switched to @RogersHelps ignite 3 months ago and I regret that decision. Basic cable was so much better, never had issues.

@vote4robgill @Rogers Hahahaha, what you guys think your gonna get rich cause your phone was off for a day. Time to get back to basics for awhile and put down the phones.
-
THE BLAY (@THEBLAY17) reported
@RogersHelps do you really think a credit for 2 days worth of service is proportionate to the level is disruption this had on everyones lives? Ppl were with without phone, internet, access to emergency services, couldn't use debit/credit, couldn't take out cash, lost a days wage
-
EGS Enthusiast (@egs_enthusiast) reported
@DossierCom @MichelleS_68 @Rogers It's not just Rogers that needs to account for BCP, small businesses and large business also needs to have BCP set up, internet outages can happen. If a business fails due to a single day of outage, it means they kept no failsafes or even bothered to have back up plans.
-
Mr.Morningstar (@TheMattHatter99) reported
@vote4robgill @Rogers 3 dollars? Do they have any idea what this outage cost most people? business closures, lost clientele, data overages on the other networks, etc. I had to use my bell phones data to run an entire days operations let alone what small business owners lost. #rogersoutage

Genevieve Crabe (@GenevieveCrabe) reported
Dear @RogersHelps Still no home Internet service, I’m in St. Thomas, Ontario. Guess I’m not part of the “vast majority”. 🫥
-
Dave (@sdcctnj) reported
@SamHersh01 @RogersHelps @VassyKapelos This guy couldn’t fix squat. He is an executive. It’s the senior technicians that actually fix things.
-
Ann Corsini (@Bibbles619) reported
@RogersHelps @Rogers My TV watching freezes. Recordings are freezing as well. Is this still getting fixed? Tried to reboot modem, but didn't fix. Anyone having these issues?
-
Alan Wong (@alankcwong) reported
@RogersHelps @anonurse1 PR advice, strike out the words "We have now restored services for the vast majority of our customers and". Unless you provide some clear visibility with an outage map of where folks are down and where things are being worked on, people are just gonna treat these statements as BS

@RogersHelps @c_lphillips Done that numerous times, not working. Honestly, you don’t think that’s the first thing we try? How stupid do you think we are? No, don’t answer that
