So 11 days after installation was started, and 96 hours after I was last told it would take 48 hours to fix the problem, no update from @RogersHelps and no Ignite TV. Really tired of hearing that you understand how frustrating this is #ignitetv #rogersfail #rogersconcierge

Sorry @IndyCar. Looks like you're losing a fan. Thanks to the horrible TV deal u made with @Rogers and @Sportsnet. I refuse to pay $30/mth for a specialty channel in which the only thing I'll ever watch on it is racing. What a horrible way to treat Canadian racing fans. #IndyCar

@the_hutchery @RogersHelps Thanks for the advice. Already did that twice last night but it seems to be some kind of outage or service issue in my area based on what they told . It could be impacting my speeds even though the wifi just normally disconnects when there's an outage

@RogersHelps this is ridiculous my new SIM card hasn’t been activated or 10 hours now and they deactivated my old one too and chat agents keep saying it’s outage. How long would take you to fix outage I can’t work !!!!
