@680NEWS @Bell @Rogers @TELUS It’s about time. Canada has the worst wireless rates of any G20 nation. But 25% reduction in two years isn’t enough. By then the big three should easily be able to deliver far better. Let competition in from the US carriers and we will see far better rates

@Rogers Interesting because I left Rogers a year ago cause my cell phone bill was always expensive and not because I went over. This is what I’m paying with @FreedomMobile and I’m not happy with their service

@RogersHelps your internet connection is so glitchy in my area 😡 with people working from home these days you should really get your s*it together!! My neighbours and I have called to report problems many times with no resolution. I’ll be switching to another service provider.

I am very disappointed with @Rogers service, because I ordered a home wifi modem 5 days ago. They sent me a mail & mentioned 2or 3 days delivery time. But after 5 days modem has not shipped yet from warehouse even I haven’t received any confirmation email with tracking number👎.

@Rogers I was told on Nov 16 my new phone would arrive within 3 wks. I chose a diff. color than silver just to make delivery faster. I was told I would get an email when it was shipped. Hasn’t shipped. There is a Sonos deal, but I have to cancel my order to get it. Not right!

@Rogers announced its plans to tear down and rebuild the @RogersCentre , a billion dollar project, this days after laying off hard working staff on @Krock1057 here in #ygk . You're advertising dollars go to firing locals and building stadiums in Toronto, end of story.

@JDintheskies @MollyMiksa @Rogers I've spend 4 hrs mostly on hold w Rogers customer service. They switched to paperless & my promos went away at the same time. In Sept. bill jumped from $194 to $359. I kept paying the $194, so now I owe them $600. They lowered it to $206 but want the $600. Worst CS in the world.
