  @freedomsupport You need service in more places because every time I go to a city up north or out of town it says “nationwide” or “no service” and that is a huge inconvenience when I left your competitor @Rogers because you offered a cheaper/affordable plan

  @RogersHelps @Rogers So let me understand, you work it that we cant sync a universal remote to your cable box, and ONLY your remote will work. You dont offer remotes at your stores but must be sent to us BY MAIL.
