My neighbours and I have called to report problems many times with no resolution. Iโll be switching to another service provider.

They warned us that the connection would be temporarily gone while our wifi upgraded, but would eventually come back. Guess whose internet never came back?? ๐ฅบ

But 25% reduction in two years isnโt enough. By then the big three should easily be able to deliver far better. Let competition in from the US carriers and we will see far better rates
