MW (@marcuswaters) reported@Rogers Part 2 - Your infrastructure doesn't allow customers to reach the support due to 'excessive call volume (=everybody calling to complain re unauthorized increases. Ridiculous options to get through to an agent. AI ftw. Cost cutting at its finest. Bigger bonuses inbound

Lynn Without an E (@Moon_River05) reported@blu_kryptonian It's hard wired into the cable box. @Rogers does everything in their power to make sure their customers are unhappy. It's really quite incredible. They actually have an automated message that says "We are too busy to take your call, goodbye" when you call customer service. Goodbye is right!!!

I'm Big Ern (@MisterMcCracken) reported@RealDonBradshaw @BlueJays @Rogers You know everyone has done this when players get traded for DECADES! There's still time to take this tweet down.

CatastrophiConfusion (@canadianatlarge) reported@Rogers HELP. We are two struggling seniors, who have a CONTRACT with Rogers Cable. For the love of God, stop adding $5 to our bill whenever TF you feel like it. JFC it's a CONTRACT. One we can barely afford as is. That fraudulent $5 is a meal we have to do without. HELP

Ryan Hibbs (@rhibbsy) reported@RogersHelps This is ridiculous. I just got through to a chat specialist, and they ended the chat immediately when I tried to report the fraud. It was 2.5 hours just to contact them and they immediately ended the chat. Absolutely rude.

Darren Gudmundson (@BrianOakely) reported@RoastedKeyboard @Rogers Their actual product is also the worst. 20+ drops a day, Cable Internet, Winnipeg, for only $100 a month. They have stated their cable needs to be replaced, yet refuse to do so. "Screw you, we have regulatory capture!"- xoxo @Rogers

ambam (@ItsReallyAmber) reported@Darth_Pingu @Rogers It all comes down to money. Its costs more to have everything canada based. Which means Mr. CEO and senior executives would get less money / bonuses and we cant have that now can we?
