    How is it possible to represent yourself as a communication company @rogers when you make it as difficult as possible to communicate with you. I'm now an hour and fifteen minutes and no tech yet. Please fire your head of customer service and hire any street vendor or squiggy kid.

    @RogersHelps @faisal_ I waited an hour and a half on support and never did get an answer. Had to hang up because my phoneโ€™s battery was drained. Still have no resolution to my issue. Youโ€™re not the only one Faisal.

    @RogersHelps You don't actually but if you want to hear me in the ohine, its recorded. I have been calling you guys for 2mths now. Evening, weekend, middle of the day, morning, online, & twitter. No one answers for 45mins. I have NEVER had this problem before. Is everyone replaced with AI?
