@RogersHelps @Rogers never use Rogers services, the customer support is the absolute worst, 6 days with no internet or tv and countless lies about when it will get fixed, also 6 hours of talking on the phone to people that don’t care #cancelrogers

Manager at support @rogers says they already started working on it which was a lie, when asked when it would be back up, another 3-4 days, when asked for a wireless hotspot so that we have internet I was told it’s not their policy #cancelrogers

@RogersHelps EVERYONE in TORONTO gets the same pricing compared to others. I'm asking ROGERS, how is that fair to everyone else? We are all getting the same type of service, no? So what your saying is, it's ok for some to pay $200 and some $50?!?

Somehow while on the phone with @rogers getting tech support for Caller ID spoofed calls blowing up my phone I managed to recommend #TedLasso to the rep.
