@RogersHelps I was supposed to receive an e-transfer on Saturday and apparently its in limbo. How do I get it???? AND we still don't have fully functioning service for our TV. So that's 7 days you owe us!

Sorry @Rogers but my bank has anno outage and you're gonna have to wait until the problem is fixed to get payment. Sorry we're doing all we can and I'm sure you understand. No ETA.

@Rogers is so **** it’s not even funny. 1.5 hours on the phone to activate a new phone and SIM and they hung up on me three times. Break up the monopoly. Complete trash. You can be damn sure I’ll be suing you for the outage last week now after this. 100k lost in business.

@RogersHelps Yes I am. It’s actually getting worse. I did speak to a person at tech support today, finally, and they couldn’t fix it. A technician is scheduled to come to my house on SUNDAY! Big fail I need to change providers
