@a_darkcorner @vote4robgill @Rogers Agreed! It’s only via something like that that service reliability will start to improve, since CRTC is perpetually asleep. I hope those who lost wages and custom launch a suit if there’s any legal basis to do so

@rogers answer is “.. failure following a maintenance update in our core network, which caused some of our routers to malfunction” Code for an inability to fail over to a disaster recovery site in <12 hrs & no process to test updates before they go live. Don’t be fooled.

@RogersHelps @ctvottawa I have no Internet here in Ottawa K4A since Friday 4H00AM! This issue is not fixed aa the CEO reported! Lots of people are still reporting Internet issues and I cannot reach Rogers support because there are overwhelmed.
