    @Rogers your technical support line is so bad. i have been trying to call you and been on hold for more than an hour every single time. Facing network issues and store was not able to help. How do i reach an agent? Its insane the wait times.

    @RogersHelps Staff more agents to answer the call volume. Having hold time longer than a few minutes is awful. Imagine you are at the grocery store or the bank and the cashier line is an hour long. Are you going to come back to that store. Are you going to be angry when it’s your turn.

    Arguably one of the worst hiring processes in the last decade league wide. #leafs are one Chayka hire away from completely loosing a portion of the fan base already on the edge. @Rogers primed to really screw this one up. All about the bottom line, nothing about team success.

    @RogersHelps i don’t know i called the customer service number showed them everything, i didn’t even know there’s a win back team and customer care. They are supposed to tell me the difference not otherwise

    @MapleLeafs @Rogers This franchise, these players, and the people all within don’t deserve a class act like Joe and all the fan support. 44 years and couldn’t provide a cup call or anything relatively close. One of the most wealthy organizations ran as a clown show for a majority of it. Embarrassing
