It took me months to find someone within Rogers to help me cancel my Mom’s Rogers account after she passed. It was terribly frustrating. Otherwise, you may end up being billed for a service you already cancelled and returned the equipment for.

I’ve checked on my offers page after clicking the “get offer online”. I can see what offers are there. If this offer was there, I wouldn’t have called or posted here.
