@RogersHelps STILL DOWN! Your gateway routers in 216.185.x.x and enterprise customer public IP blocks are still down, after being up flakey a couple of hours this morning. Please report to be looked at since we cannot get a phone call thru to tech support. Business down 2 days!

@PaulaJR34 @AboutRogers @Rogers I'm surprised at their hubris to be honest. I thought this would teach them a lesson. Clearly not. Half our services are intermittent at best. TV isn't working. My aunt's internet is still down and with it the TV and home phone. To say close to fully operational is a slap.

Am I the only one whose @Rogers service is half working? @RogersHelps Wifi works on my phone, nothing works on computer. Only netflix works on smart tv, this is wild. #rogersoutage

@AboutRogers @Rogers You think you can just say services are restored when almost everyone has no Ignite TV and slow internet. I think this is more insulting, just be honest and say you’re still working on it

@MoeG64467835 @RogersHelps Must be nice for the executives to have a Saturday off or go to the cottage while the network is down. I doubt they are “working” as hard as they can. Put down the coffee and get to work.
