    @Rogers bad customer service waiting for a call from supervisor for last 10 days and called them today and found, the supervisor does not want to talk and the rep has to fill form for manager to call. Such a bad customer service.

    @Bell the worst server provider I transferred from @Rogers for a better deal and I got was stress and headache. I transferred 4service to @Bell the biggest mistake I ever made. I ordered the service from July 25 and received it august 11. They screwed the bill and over charge me

    Does anyone know of any good @bell deals? I'm tryna update my service agreement with @RogersHelps and the agent system crashed on me twice - they told me to call back in an HOUR!? 😩 bad enough their internet isnt even stable .. I should leave

    Hey @Rogers ..so disappointed in your biz service. Previously when one of our boxes blew, I could pick up a new one at your stores. Now you no longer carry them in your stores and you send them via Purolator in 3 to 5 biz days. So without 2 tvs until it gets here. #seriouslybad

    @Rogers I talked with customer service on phone but they said "overall in full month you use more than limit so you have to pay". They are not listening my argument about data usage dispute. They should have to listen customer atlest properly and then reply. Not just say what they know.

    @RogersHelps 5G (with three bars) getting no or very disrupted data. Also tested on an LTE device and a 3G Fido phone. All having same data issues.

    @RogersHelps I still have no internet… almost 2 days. No ETA either, apparently my neighbours had their issue resolved. Can I have my situation escalated and a technician sent before Friday? How’s that ok… ?

    @gersandelf So you're on the Rogers network so your phone won't stop data, but it's technically roaming so you automatically get charged. Like... **** you, @Rogers
