@RogersHelps but, again, these are calls that 'supposedly' come from inside the network but are routed through these outside channels. The caller id is established AND the routing is known - and they don't add up, so... .

@RogersHelps Thank you so much for responding! Luckily I have got my phone working again. Yesterday was a little frustrating. I went through my Rogers on my computer and used the inline chat. That's when I was given a link to State what my problem was. Sadly, they wanted me to call them

@ShawnSluman @Rogers I have an open ticket that was opened on January 14th. Every so often I get a phone call telling me that they are still working on it. It is NOT your phone. Rogers is aware of the problem, now the quest is... how much longer is going to take for them to resolve it.
