    @RogersHelps Would still like that crave free preview now. The outage occurs and same bill you dont apply credit you can apply free preview of crave for few months though immediately

    @Trace_xOx @Rogers I'm looking around for others having brief internet drops without outward signs, modem on-line, comes back without a reboot. Rogers Ignite help said some are having issues need to roll a truck to the house. Only since the massive outage, happens daily.

    @RogersHelps Total waste of time trying to contact Rogers in this outage via DM. No response. How do I know if there is an area outage problem? Customers would leave if there is horrible service.
