    @Rogers I’m subscribed to Sportsnet through my Cable TV package. It doesn’t matter though. Rogers routinely doesn’t get it right. I’m ALWAYS getting pushback (instead of assistance) from Sportsnet+ support when your service constantly errs & I report it.

    @RogersHelps I have done that twice. I have waited hours on the phone. You removed in store help. You removed Sunday calling (the biggest lol - it’s the only time people have time). There is literally no appeal of a bad “rogers helps”

    @Rogers crap service, tv/internet outage for months. Numerous calls/tech visits, plus many area issues. Finally found out a broken wire coming into our apartment. Weeks, still not fixed, outages continue. WTF are we paying for? Still a year left on contract, not like this!

    @RogersHelps In a garbage bag. I can’t believe how Roger’s has treated me. Bad enough I have my dad’s death to deal with but I have Roger’s on top of things. I was told his balance would be written off after we return the equipment. I have spoken to people on the phone and online and given up

    @Rogers 2 hours on the phone with people who have issues speaking English! Oh I am canceling. I am so pissed that I don't want anything to do with you anymore! Serve Indians with your crap service! We Canadians deserve better and I chose to spend my money elsewhere!
