    the charge and keeping my daughter’s number, the @Rogers rep just didn’t mention it when we called about how we might go about this. Well shit, @Rogers you just lost yourself four multi-decade customers. Thanks a whole bunch.

    Lost my internet connection again. 11 months and Rogers still can't fix it. If you live in an area with old Rogers infrastructure, go with a different company. I've given up on their useless support, where they send a tech who knows nothing of the ongoing problem @RogersHelps

    @Rogers I am so done paying for a service that I can’t use. Your internet has been crap for a month and yet I am still paying full price. I am about to switch providers after 11 years. This crazy how many times the internet has gone down in the last month. So frustrated #.

    @RogersHelps @Rogers I am longtime customer and more recently Ignite user. The costs seem to outweigh the benefits and have been offered a much more competitive and economically viable bundle from your competitor. Perhaps a Rogers Ambassador would be interested

    @RogersHelps You disabled (accidentally) my h phone, t.v. and internet I spent 4 hours this morning trying to reconnect them as of now my h phone is STILL not active I have to wait until Friday for a tech to fix it, & I missed my morning meeting for work.

    @Rogers pretty ridiculous that there are “no promotions” available for my senior parents. You did this with my in-laws last year, and now with my parents. Absolutely terrible that you think it’s ok to charge anyone these prices, let alone people on pension.

    @RogersHelps can i ask why if i cancelled the service in october youre still charging us in march without allowing us to disconnect unless we pay it in full??????????

    @EdmontonOilers @Rogers I’d really appreciate it if the Oilers or Rogers could help figure out what’s going on with this pick em. 2nd time recently where the points i should’ve got for my answers didn’t equal the calculated total. This week I my points total up to 16,628 and somehow my total was 10,163.
