    the charge and keeping my daughter’s number, the @Rogers rep just didn’t mention it when we called about how we might go about this. Well shit, @Rogers you just lost yourself four multi-decade customers. Thanks a whole bunch.

    Venting frustration with @RogersHelps ..just chatted online with Rogers as my promo is ending..instead of extending, was offered a promo where I would pay an extra ~$35/mnth...very disappointed..seems Rogers doesn’t mind losing a loyal long-standing customer..real sad 😔

    .@RogersHelps I am very frustrated to be in the phone with customer retention for over an hour and then get cut off!! They put me on hold and then the line hung up. Not happy!!!

    @Bell_Support @BellMediaPR Bell Canada has the most inconsistent support ever. Every single time I talk to them I am told something different. @RogersHelps if you will cover my cancellation penalty (1 more year....counting the days) you can have me back.
