    the charge and keeping my daughter’s number, the @Rogers rep just didn’t mention it when we called about how we might go about this. Well shit, @Rogers you just lost yourself four multi-decade customers. Thanks a whole bunch.

    @Rogers Two BS Telemarketing Scams in one day. Both the same Robocall from Two different numbers. I blocked & reported to your USELESS SCAM REPORTING VIA TEXT SERVICE. It has been the same ******* for TWO YEARS CALLING! Get this Crap Fixed before I switch providers!!!!

    @kristinaennis @RogersHelps AirPlay is proprietary tech to Apple. It has nothing to do with Rogers. Apple only offers Airplay on Apple products. You will never be able to use airplay from your iPhone to a non-Apple device. Invest in an Apple TV if you want to use Apple technology.

    @RogersHelps Just called and discussed with an agent at Rogers (to price match Koodo’s $67 20GB unlimited plan) Rogers agent said they can’t do it. Been a Rogers customer for 23 years, no reward for loyalty whatsoever.

    @Rogers improve your customer service!! Spent a total of 10 hours on the phone over 1 week trying to resolve a process issue! Explaining the issue to every single person, being passed from dept to dept! Time to switch to another provider!! #frustrated

    @RogersHelps Incredibly frustrated that I get charged $12 (Roam Like Home) on top of $90+/month plan for @apple #iPad b/c was told Share Ready Access Plan (Use my minutes in US/Canada) doesn't 'work' on that device. Never an issue before. Why now, #Rogers? 30 yr customer.

    @Rogers Not to yell at whoever runs Rogers' Twitter, but why is my internet down for an hour and a half 3 nights a week? I call to find out and Rogers says, "There's a problem in your area." Yes, but for a month and change? What's happening at Vic Park and Ellesmere?
