    the charge and keeping my daughter’s number, the @Rogers rep just didn’t mention it when we called about how we might go about this. Well shit, @Rogers you just lost yourself four multi-decade customers. Thanks a whole bunch.

    @Rogers I just wanted to say that I personally didn't care about the outage, I didn't even notice it because I'm not glued to my phone like a zombie.

    The time to strike Canadian oligarchs like Telus and Rogers is now AMERICA!! All you’d have to offer is a $60 unlimited data within North America and you’d wipe Rogers and Telus off the map. Thus opening up the internet scheme they run. I don’t even care if the coverage is that great, I can’t even get 5g service on the plains of Sask with @Rogers dog **** service.     Remember when Rogers offered buyouts to half their staff? Well, now, when Rogers customers call in to speak to support, you now get AI ASSISTANTS! Not even live agents! If it was an hour of frustration on the phone before, it's 10 times worse! UNACCEPTABLE! @Rogers

    I swear @Rogers is the worst phone provider in world and I’m taking legal action against them Every employee there is a joke They all lie , endless charges I have to dispute Since switching to a business account I’ve only gotten worse service I just paid them almost 1000$ to get my bill to zero Confirmed my next bill is 60$ tax in and that will be in going forward My bill is at 0 for awhile , I screenshot wondering what’s happening , then 160$ gets added to my bill They said 80$ suspension fee was added 💀 Rogers I’m coming for you

    @RogersHelps So 45+ minute wait times are normal at all times of the day? So either you have a very big problem, or a very big lack of employees. I have been a customer since 2001. This has never happened, unless I'm calling at like 7pm when people were adding Crave so they could watch GoT.

    @RogersHelps Good morning! Yes I have, a week or two ago. The person reset our modem on your end and said that should help. It did for a bit but I’m back to unplugging my modem to get things to work.

    @RogersHelps Automatic puts me on t-mobile which is awful and connecting to the good one “AT&T” takes so long. It’s annoying when it used to be a smooth transition after landing in the US
