@Rogers I just wanted to say that I personally didn't care about the outage, I didn't even notice it because I'm not glued to my phone like a zombie.

  • godless_mom 🇨🇦Courtney Heard (Godless Mom) (@godless_mom) reported from Summerland, British Columbia

the charge and keeping my daughter’s number, the @Rogers rep just didn’t mention it when we called about how we might go about this. Well shit, @Rogers you just lost yourself four multi-decade customers. Thanks a whole bunch.

@RogersHelps I had an interview scheduled yesterday but I never attended because the service I paid for didn’t give me service. It was a competitive electron apprenticeship and I have lost it due to my absence caused by my faulty data and wifi. Lost out on the start of my career. Thanks roger

@mh1982_1982 @andreamcrae @Rogers Yet you are the one calling me names. Have you ever heard of a suggestion? You should look up its definition. Yikes. Not even 24 hours without a service and you behave like someone stabbed your cat.

  • AndreaAAbraham AndreaAbraham (@AndreaAAbraham) reported

@RogersHelps Still no internet service in the Yonge and Eglinton area.

  • ShirleyPartrid7 Shirley Partridge (@ShirleyPartrid7) reported

@LeonardTorrin @Rogers Rogers is scared shirtless of the possibility of people having died because of 911 outage. Their lawyers have told them shut up until the damages are known

  • shineal32723550 shinealight (@shineal32723550) reported

@GeesPhilly @RogersHelps No that’s not just the way it is. What a stupid thing to say. When has an entire country lost critical communication infrastructure? Never. It impacted 911, ATM, debit, transfers and much more than your ability to make inane comments on the internet.

  • JohnWindisman JW (@JohnWindisman) reported

@RogersHelps Ignite TV when using the browser still flakey. Live TV stops and starts. Cannot watch recordings. When will service be restored?

  • brii_slimz Brii (@brii_slimz) reported

@Rogers @RogersHelps you guys need to be transparent and let your customers know what was the reason for the outage. I think you owe us that and that’s the bare minimum. I’ll be waiting 🙃

  • mokirokio moki roki (@mokirokio) reported

@BauxiteBeard @RogersHelps That contract you signed includes terms which outline the fact that a service may be subject to occasional outages. But I thought you had common sense

  • DGCroadguy David C (@DGCroadguy) reported

I am over in the UK right now and pretty much everyone I have spoken to today has mentioned the @Rogers outage. I answer that I know because my Cell Phone was now just an expensive camera with solitaire on it. We made the world news, and not in a good way. (and for good reason)

  • juan002021 Juan (@juan002021) reported

@chethosahalli @RogersHelps @Rogers That's right. the thing here is that we are paying for that day without service and I don't remember Rogers giving me 1 day of free service. They have to pay for the mistake.
