    the charge and keeping my daughter’s number, the @Rogers rep just didn’t mention it when we called about how we might go about this. Well shit, @Rogers you just lost yourself four multi-decade customers. Thanks a whole bunch.

    @NickySemkin @RogersHelps Seeing as you're going to be the one to fix your problem, I'll tell you what they are going to say. Unplug your modem, what 10-20 seconds and plug in back in, if that doesn't work, they will give you a ticket number and tell you "our technicians are working on it, we're sorry."

    I have my cell service through @RogersHelps and they keep calling me. At least that’s what my call display says. I answered once and they wanted to talk about if I was happy with everything but I honestly don’t trust that it’s not a scam. I won’t give them any personal info.

    @RogersHelps - It been almost 48 hours of constant Internet (and Ignite) TV drops. Service has been off more than on. Rogers tells me it’s an area problem. Can’t believe we are down this much in good weather. N5P 2J8
