@RogersHelps hi so I’m aware that cell services are down & as much as it sucks I get it’s out of Rogers hands pretty much but is there any idea on when the services might be up and running or if it will continue you tomorrow? #rogersoutage

@PhilBaileyRLP @Rogers Loxcel shows Rogers installed Huawei all across the country. Great risk management. So it is a serious issue during the period in which we are not releasing our "hostage" as per China's request.

  • findjohnny johnny Lam (@findjohnny) reported

@Rogers our service in YVR just came back…

  • cardinaalll h (@cardinaalll) reported

@RogersHelps y’all better not slow down the internet after today. This is bullshit.

  • cold_hungry HungryColdCat (@cold_hungry) reported

@PaulChato @RogersHelps I agree. Look, problems happen in the real world. I'm sure everyone at Rogers is super stressed and working as hard as they can. People seem to think that if they just complain and shame them more that will somehow help things.

  • Lori_Kneedash Lori_B (@Lori_Kneedash) reported

@RogersHelps It’s not wireless interruptions. I haven’t had any phone service with my business at all for 6 hours!

@RogersHelps @RogersHelps yes but wireless IS residential and business connectivity for a great many of your customers now!! Not good. We will all get a credit for today’s non-service on our next bill I presume??!!

  • chronik24 Adam (@chronik24) reported

@RogersHelps @Rogers You will continue to provide updates but 4 hours later not a phucking word .. and all day with out service.. better have service real soon or all my services will be switched over to a better company

@rcmayer13 @Rogers @RogersHelps Did you read your service agreement? If you signed it, you understood that at times circumstances beyond a service provider's control may cause outages. Your monthly contribution is nothing compared to the cost of running a cellular network. You're not entitled to anything.
