@CapitaJim @Rogers @Bell_Aliant As someone who had both Bell & Rogers, I'd stick with Bell. Their customer support is worst than Bell and they have a lot of outages (even before the nationwide one recently. Depending on where you are, it's cheaper to go with someone like Koodo for a landline.

@RogersHelps For a company that claims to be listening , you really are not. Even 5 days of compensation is still an insult. Free service for 1-3 months is minimum. The impact and magnitude of the outage was huge on over 11.3 million individuals and businesses. You dont seem to get it.
