Hey @RogersHelps what’s with cel service in Port Elgin. My phone shows LTE and I have full bars. But can’t send or receive texts, make calls or use my data. Not the only one either.

Surprise @ChiefBillHunter @RogersHelps always willing to be there when you finally pull the trigger to change companies. #TooLate I've also tried instore to upgrade my phone and met the same results. Glad you finally got the service you needed.

Just curious @Rogers was this data issue caused by the amount of people up here? because I am at my cottage and I’ve noticed signal slowdown and still have like 35GB of max speed data left. I’ve noticed a slowdown of data during this pandemic. @RogersHelps it’s back up now.

It's criminal that Either Rogers or Bell can monopolize providing services to an apartment or condo building. @Rogers sucks but that's who's holding me hostage. I can't switch to Bell. Fix this now please @CRTCeng @JustinTrudeau

@RogersHelps WHY is the Rogers cell service in Sauble Beach ON SO terrible? Everyone complains that their data is slower than the slowest Wi-Fi & I concur. Bell cell users have high speed as one would expect from a National provider. In my experience the issue is getting worse.
