    Hey @RogersHelps what’s with cel service in Port Elgin. My phone shows LTE and I have full bars. But can’t send or receive texts, make calls or use my data. Not the only one either.

    @RogersHelps I feel like it was some technicians who were in charge of bandwidth that fixed it. Like what happened was my data stopped working and my @Bell wifi DSL was oddly slow max speed I got was 100kbps/5mbps download the upload speed seemed fine due to it already being 800kpbs max.

    Just curious @Rogers was this data issue caused by the amount of people up here? because I am at my cottage and I’ve noticed signal slowdown and still have like 35GB of max speed data left. I’ve noticed a slowdown of data during this pandemic. @RogersHelps it’s back up now.

    Surprise @ChiefBillHunter @RogersHelps always willing to be there when you finally pull the trigger to change companies. #TooLate I've also tried instore to upgrade my phone and met the same results. Glad you finally got the service you needed.

    @RogersHelps Idk if I’d was a band or frequency thing because my moms iPhone 6s Plus worked perfectly fine when my iPhone XR wasn’t working I restarted the phone I reset the network settings. I feel as if it was because of all the people coming up. It was like the raptors parade all overagain

    If @Rogers ever has to give you a refund for something, good luck. 2 months, 5 customer service reps, hours on the phone later, confirmed refund approval 3x, yet no refund given still. This is beyond frustrating. #dobetter #rogers

    @RogersHelps Apparently they are on their way between 8-11. Just not feeling very good if this is going to be a long term issue

    @Rogers certainly cared to get me back through loyalty dept offering great deal but once I was back with them, they never bothered. 20+ days +6 ph calls yet no one has solution to fix the issue of me seeing the right offer on my account which was promised while bringing me back!

    @RogersHelps So this is the thing before confirming order I had asked to proceed only if I am getting the deal I was promised - she told me she raised case and once i get phone the mktg team will fix the difference. Now everytime i call @Rogers they req for call back bc as they dont have ans

    I called their customer support line a total of 4x that day, constantly being told to wait for a technician. However when finally speaking to a @Rogers manager, I was told there would be no technician and that they made an error. (I recorded all of the calls) @CP24
