Hey @RogersHelps what’s with cel service in Port Elgin. My phone shows LTE and I have full bars. But can’t send or receive texts, make calls or use my data. Not the only one either.

Surprise @ChiefBillHunter @RogersHelps always willing to be there when you finally pull the trigger to change companies. #TooLate I've also tried instore to upgrade my phone and met the same results. Glad you finally got the service you needed.

Just curious @Rogers was this data issue caused by the amount of people up here? because I am at my cottage and I’ve noticed signal slowdown and still have like 35GB of max speed data left. I’ve noticed a slowdown of data during this pandemic. @RogersHelps it’s back up now.

@RogersHelps second outage in less that a week!!! What’s wrong with you? We have to work, we need our phones with internet. We’re paying for that, even your services are so expensive! I’m online waiting to be attended for a costumer service representative for at least 25 minutes!

One of the reason I left @RogersHelps TV was the stupidity of the technical service and having to spend hours and hours of my time on hold waiting for equipment that is plug and play

@Rogers @RogersHelps FOUR HOURS ON HOLD WITH ROGERS AND DISCONNECTED TWICE! $200 increase in bill & cannot get a live person. Absolutely ridiculous. Horrible service no wonder executives are fighting in the boardroom.
