Hey @RogersHelps what’s with cel service in Port Elgin. My phone shows LTE and I have full bars. But can’t send or receive texts, make calls or use my data. Not the only one either.

@RogersHelps Idk if I’d was a band or frequency thing because my moms iPhone 6s Plus worked perfectly fine when my iPhone XR wasn’t working I restarted the phone I reset the network settings. I feel as if it was because of all the people coming up. It was like the raptors parade all overagain

Just curious @Rogers was this data issue caused by the amount of people up here? because I am at my cottage and I’ve noticed signal slowdown and still have like 35GB of max speed data left. I’ve noticed a slowdown of data during this pandemic. @RogersHelps it’s back up now.

@RogersHelps I feel like it was some technicians who were in charge of bandwidth that fixed it. Like what happened was my data stopped working and my @Bell wifi DSL was oddly slow max speed I got was 100kbps/5mbps download the upload speed seemed fine due to it already being 800kpbs max.

Be careful of the customer service at @Rogers. After screwing up my delivery time for my pro on the go TWICE they decided they didn't have to do anything to fix the solution! I talked with several loyalty agents and nothing! Hard time seeing myself with @Rogers once contact is up

@Rogers thanks Rogers for your excellent customer support... 😕 After your website didn't allow me to purchase a cyber Monday deal, and your 24/7 online support did nothing to assist in real time, your phone support the next day also did nothing since "the deal has now passed".

@RogersHelps I AM doing what is best for me and that's switching to a better service provider with lower rates, better service and people who can do simple math and who actually know how to communicate. Interesting that a communications company is incompetent at communicating.
