@RogersHelps Idk if I’d was a band or frequency thing because my moms iPhone 6s Plus worked perfectly fine when my iPhone XR wasn’t working I restarted the phone I reset the network settings. I feel as if it was because of all the people coming up. It was like the raptors parade all overagain

@RogersHelps I feel like it was some technicians who were in charge of bandwidth that fixed it. Like what happened was my data stopped working and my @Bell wifi DSL was oddly slow max speed I got was 100kbps/5mbps download the upload speed seemed fine due to it already being 800kpbs max.

Just curious @Rogers was this data issue caused by the amount of people up here? because I am at my cottage and I’ve noticed signal slowdown and still have like 35GB of max speed data left. I’ve noticed a slowdown of data during this pandemic. @RogersHelps it’s back up now.

Hey @RogersHelps what’s with cel service in Port Elgin. My phone shows LTE and I have full bars. But can’t send or receive texts, make calls or use my data. Not the only one either.

@alexposadzki @globeandmail Funny thing is that is still problematic. My @RogersHelps cellphone is horrible since that outage. Always cutting out. Can't wait for my contact to expire so I can move on to something better and probably cheaper.

@Rogers As I customer I read Staffieri's message and would recommend you heavily evaluate your AI investments, as while I don't know what you have in mind for reliability beyond new codecs; The possibility of an AI blackbox would exacerbate diagnosing future outage issues.

@RogersHelps I lost cable tv service Sunday night, during fav shows, on TLC for 3 hours off and on. Recordings messed up also. Typical Rogers service. Also looking for other solutions. For Rogers Communications Inc, this whole thing is Karma!

@RogersHelps Yes I realize that, so why when I'm online playing video games via LAN,my tv that's connected via wifi, stutters and buffers. In sync.with one another, you understand? I'm fifty yrs old, I have a slight background with tech, I'm not stupid, you guys say unlimited, but it isn't.
