@RogersHelps Now, after this FIdo issue was referred to Rogers OVER A MONTH AGO because it’s a Rogers network issue, after several tickets have been issued BY ROGERS, they are telling me they can’t access their “sister companies” records.

@RogersBiz That's crazy that a telecommunications company can do a better job than thousands of engineers and architects lol do Calgary please Calgary roads and parking suck so bad. Some German designed it and they just keep adding. It's horrible

  • scoutkayaker Penny Baldwin-French ☮️ (@scoutkayaker) reported

@AboutRogers @RogersHelps Really?! Well it’s happening in the Carling Township, Ontario area FOR OVER 3 YEARS and you still have no ETA on when your “known issue” here is going to be fixed. So spare me the gabblespeak and actually fix your network.

  • scoutkayaker Penny Baldwin-French ☮️ (@scoutkayaker) reported

@RogersHelps Are you going to help me? Or just keep giving me the run around I’ve been hearing for three years?

  • checkout9999 Joey (@checkout9999) reported

@rogers What is going on?? I am paying for 1GB service, and only receiving 65-70 Mbps. What the hell?

  • halps75 Mark Halpenny (@halps75) reported

@RogersHelps We are experiencing Ignite TV and internet connection issues daily. TV goes blank and gives an XRE-03137 error on all channels. The guide comes up, but black screen. Internet drops out frequently. Have restarted modem and TV box several times.

  • scoutkayaker Penny Baldwin-French ☮️ (@scoutkayaker) reported

@RogersHelps Now, Rogers is attempting to refer me back to FIDO. After FIDO passed this issue to ROGERS because it’s aRovers network issue and Rogers tickets exist. For over a month. Seriously. This would make a great comedy skit if it wasn’t so nefarious.

  • NicoleTanguay2 nicole (@NicoleTanguay2) reported

@RogersHelps rogers down again for the third time in less than a week. Come on some of us work from home.
