@RogersHelps Idk if I’d was a band or frequency thing because my moms iPhone 6s Plus worked perfectly fine when my iPhone XR wasn’t working I restarted the phone I reset the network settings. I feel as if it was because of all the people coming up. It was like the raptors parade all overagain

Just curious @Rogers was this data issue caused by the amount of people up here? because I am at my cottage and I’ve noticed signal slowdown and still have like 35GB of max speed data left. I’ve noticed a slowdown of data during this pandemic. @RogersHelps it’s back up now.

@RogersHelps I feel like it was some technicians who were in charge of bandwidth that fixed it. Like what happened was my data stopped working and my @Bell wifi DSL was oddly slow max speed I got was 100kbps/5mbps download the upload speed seemed fine due to it already being 800kpbs max.

Hey @RogersHelps what’s with cel service in Port Elgin. My phone shows LTE and I have full bars. But can’t send or receive texts, make calls or use my data. Not the only one either.

Surprise @ChiefBillHunter @RogersHelps always willing to be there when you finally pull the trigger to change companies. #TooLate I've also tried instore to upgrade my phone and met the same results. Glad you finally got the service you needed.

@RogersHelps Yeah, phone is displaying LTE+ but won't load or do anything. Useless brick to me unless connected to WiFi. Your "bill credit" better include more than one day of disrupted service.

@RogersHelps We are on day 3 and calls are dropping. Still not full service. Brutal. 3 days to fix an issue is unacceptable.

@Rogers should do a new tv commercial calling themselves "Canada's decrepit network". It seems they only upgrade hardware when it fails completely and causes a major outage. Even then, they don't fix things properly, leaving customers with an unreliable and unstable internet.
