Hey @RogersHelps what’s with cel service in Port Elgin. My phone shows LTE and I have full bars. But can’t send or receive texts, make calls or use my data. Not the only one either.

Surprise @ChiefBillHunter @RogersHelps always willing to be there when you finally pull the trigger to change companies. #TooLate I've also tried instore to upgrade my phone and met the same results. Glad you finally got the service you needed.

A laughable response to a 25-year customer. Just received a credit from @rogers for $9.35 for the loss of their services for over 24 hours during which time I could do no business by phone or online, couldn’t withdraw cash or buy anything without it. I did save $1.22 in taxes.

@RogersHelps I've been having intermittent service since Thursday, Sept. 1. In South Frontenac Ontario 3 bars no data. Is this something 5hays known and being addressed? It's not only my phone. It's 4 others and a WiFi hotspot. All 3+ bars no data.

@Rogers hi! We had a great mobile plan with you guys until @Bell contacted me to say they're taking your customers after your outage and offered me a fake deal (which I didn't kno was fake) and scammed me into a bait and switch scheme. Any chance someone can help me out?
