    Hey @RogersHelps what’s with cel service in Port Elgin. My phone shows LTE and I have full bars. But can’t send or receive texts, make calls or use my data. Not the only one either.

    Just curious @Rogers was this data issue caused by the amount of people up here? because I am at my cottage and I’ve noticed signal slowdown and still have like 35GB of max speed data left. I’ve noticed a slowdown of data during this pandemic. @RogersHelps it’s back up now.

    Surprise @ChiefBillHunter @RogersHelps always willing to be there when you finally pull the trigger to change companies. #TooLate I've also tried instore to upgrade my phone and met the same results. Glad you finally got the service you needed.

    @Rogers A tech was supposed to be here 2 hrs ago to fix an internet outage for a string of houses that's been out since 10:30 including home phones for seniors. Terrible Customer service even though your ads say "Helping keep people connected during these trying times" tic toc

    @RogersHelps My internet down again. I have now been told I can no longer work at home bc of internet outages. This adds 2 hrs per day commute time + gas etc. When will Rogers ever be accountable for their terrible service?
