Hey @RogersHelps what’s with cel service in Port Elgin. My phone shows LTE and I have full bars. But can’t send or receive texts, make calls or use my data. Not the only one either.

Surprise @ChiefBillHunter @RogersHelps always willing to be there when you finally pull the trigger to change companies. #TooLate I've also tried instore to upgrade my phone and met the same results. Glad you finally got the service you needed.

@Sportsnet why is this app so bad?! I know why (monopoly), but why can’t @Rogers invest any money into the sportsnet now app so it actually works when a game is on. “Unknown error” repeatedly during the Blue Jays game. Has happened all season.

@RogersHelps @therealCJR07 Except if TSN is showing the game. Then you’ll get a “not available, try later” error message. Total scam by @rogershelps. This service is not at all comparable to NHL Live.

@RogersHelps Fixing the issue isn't under your job description. You simply respond to customers tweets and do so by copying and pasting the same generic responses. Give yourself a pat on the back for a job well done though, I'm sure it's beyond what your head office expects from you
