    Hey @RogersHelps what’s with cel service in Port Elgin. My phone shows LTE and I have full bars. But can’t send or receive texts, make calls or use my data. Not the only one either.

    Just curious @Rogers was this data issue caused by the amount of people up here? because I am at my cottage and I’ve noticed signal slowdown and still have like 35GB of max speed data left. I’ve noticed a slowdown of data during this pandemic. @RogersHelps it’s back up now.

    Surprise @ChiefBillHunter @RogersHelps always willing to be there when you finally pull the trigger to change companies. #TooLate I've also tried instore to upgrade my phone and met the same results. Glad you finally got the service you needed.

    @RogersHelps doesn’t help all Rogers services. Please pass along to the decision makers that Rogers Smart Home Monitoring needs to be included and update needs to be available online when the system is SNAFU. I am regretting going with this service.

    @RogersHelps my internet keeps going in and out. Is there an internet outage? Because this has been going on from last night from 9pm to now, which is currently 4:51pm. I rebooted and nothing is working.

    @Rogers I am not going to sign another 2 year contract and pay $20+ per month extra just to return the phone after 2 years. Grow a brain! The 2 year contract IS your payment for the damn phone!

    @RogersHelps Is Internet down in the Dawes / Halsey area? Our internet has been down since this morning and have already tried resetting the modem several times.
