  • azurgrip David Erlichman (@azurgrip) reported

    @RogersHelps Bad enough that I pay for three phone lines that weren’t workIng for all of today, but also surrounded at work by fellow Robbers customers that were also out of service. Shame on you Rogers.

  • 1957chevie 57chev (@1957chevie) reported

    @RogersHelps Have a listing for a Motor-home for sale, potentially loosing thousands of dollars as cannot get a hold of us! A necessary service, what if someone has to call 911?

  • komgryphkru ☾ mama g (@komgryphkru) reported

    @FrontRowBrad @RogersHelps of course. however, i guarantee you that service provider doesn't either a) charge you out of the *** for something that barely works half of the time b) refuse some kind of credit or make up for the inconvenience. it's like paying for rent but not getting hydro on tuesdays.

  • komgryphkru ☾ mama g (@komgryphkru) reported

    @WensLJackson @FrontRowBrad @RogersHelps I've legit experienced issues with a provider before and was credited. it's not hard. don't be a **** and know what you're paying for.

  • LevonMesropian Levon Mesropian (@LevonMesropian) reported

    @AboutRogers @RogersHelps 10 million subscribers are down. 10m x $75 a month = $750 Million Rogers better fork out. Fat rich bastards

  • 709clara clara (@709clara) reported

    @CBCAlerts “Canada-Wide” JOKE! They only offer service to only a small portion of Newfoundland and Labrador. @rogers is not a viable option for wireless if you want to use your cell phone off the Avalon peninsula.

  • Pure_Hype Mike Hype (@Pure_Hype) reported

    @ayushpajith @RogersHelps Well thanks to Trudeau we will be a 3rd world country very soon. Rogers is getting network ready.

  • SandyRStuckless Sandy R. Stuckless (@SandyRStuckless) reported

    So, @RogersHelps, I expect to see a credit on my account for this full day outage for all three numbers on my account. I shouldn't have to pay for your screw-up.

  • B_Ar B_Ar (@B_Ar) reported

    @KORHAL @RogersHelps I would have said something like that exactly except for the understatement of the issues, such as "intermittent" and "congested". It was down. Their misleading verbiage upset me not the outage - although I am thankful for those who got it back up.

  • JubbeiSamuro JubbeiSamuro (@JubbeiSamuro) reported

    @AboutRogers @Rogers Stop stressing the word "intermittent" repeatedly in your public statements on this outage. My phone and everyone I know had their phones stop working completely the entire day.
