Rogers Communications (oh the irony) has issued zero communication on their >24hr email outage. Terrible, terrible customer service. @RogersHelps @torontostar @CRTCeng #rogers #RogersOut

@Rogers it takes a lot of nerve to cancel someone's service (without being told to) then charge them for reconnecting it and then threaten them with disconnecting it again when they struggle with that bill you forced on them for YOUR screw-up.

@RogersHelps What can we do about a 70 dollar price increase that will be added to my account on April 28th? A customer since the mid 90's but this is way to much. I know ppl who have signed recently for significantly less than what I'm paying now.

@Rogers just spent two hours and 22 minutes trying to deal with some issues with Rogers. To be told that I only spoke to somebody for 10 minutes and I have no records of the last almost two half hours of conversation and then got disconnected.!!!!

@Rogers fix your internet. Don't tell me to unplug and plug it back in. This issue has been going on for 3 months, and I replaced my modem, too.

What is happening with @RogersYahoo email @RogersHelps ? Just in the past hour my mac and iPhone logged me out; and now my log in / password won’t work. Should I be worried I’ve been hacked? Is this a more wide issue?

Hey @Rogers My bill is gonna increase by $70.00 a month come the end of April. What are we going to do about it? A customer since the mid 90's that will be forced to go elsewhere if that can't be fixed.
