🍏🇮🇱🇨🇦 Georganne Was Right 🇺🇸🇮🇱🍎 (@georganneb) reported@RogersHelps I have done that. Hopefully they will fix this mess before my bill is due. I have no intention of paying roaming charges.

Raed Hamdan (@raedmm82) reported@RogersHelps Option 1: Rogers corrects the billing error and charges me only the amount that was stated in the original offer and agreement. Option 2: Rogers refunds the incorrect charges, including the connection fee. I will then cancel the service and switch to a different service provider.

Solid Shatner (@KarlMagnonMan) reported@RogersHelps I FINALLY got a hold of someone today - that even had English as a FIRST language. Unfortunately, I had to select options to indicate I was BUYING SOMETHING in order to speak with someone LIVE. My other FOUR attempts today were hung up on. Big “F” for Cx Service guys.

Darren Gudmundson (@BrianOakely) reported@RoastedKeyboard @Rogers Their actual product is also the worst. 20+ drops a day, Cable Internet, Winnipeg, for only $100 a month. They have stated their cable needs to be replaced, yet refuse to do so. "Screw you, we have regulatory capture!"- xoxo @Rogers

Rob Fai (@RobFai) reported@Rogers if you only knew how incredibly vile some of your telemarketers are over the phone... You can't possibly think these call centres work, do you? It's the worst branding you could possibly put into the marketplace, honestly.

Island Time (@visitorsdigest) reported@lamphieryeg @RogersHelps @Rogers I spent 90 minutes last week on the phone and was shuffled to FOUR customer “service” agents before speaking to someone willing to deal with my issue which was that my internet speed was just over 50% of what I’ve been paying for for over a year. The system is designed to fail.
