@RogersHelps My Nextbox keeps crapping out. I keep getting HDMI not connected or the remote will not change channels or access my recording list. Just called a local store to be told they don't keep the boxes in stock and I need to have a unit shipped out to me. WTF, Rogers?

@Rogers $12 off my bill for the outage is pathetic. My moms lifeline runs off the service, and not being able to be reached by her or her caregivers imposed serious issues. Better believe I’ll be changing phone companies as soon as I can.

@RogersHelps I didn’t have any services for over 12 hours yesterday. Finally started working this morning and yet again all services down again. Definitely time to say goodbye to this horrible service
