Vandana Bhalla (@vandana_bhalla) reported@RogersHelps One of the sensors is not working, a technician came and changed it, but still we’re not able to alarm the system. We’ve called so many times to no avail. Very frustrating and yes to be on hold for almost 2 hrs is a waste of my time.

Kelly (@AlbertanKelly) reportedMy internet/cable has been down for 24 hours. @Rogers (with Shaw). Never had this happen before. I actually appreciate the updates - apparently a cable was cut by third party contruction but, 24 hours is a really long time. I feel for everyone in my area who works from home. There better be some compensation for this.

Andy Obi (@kynetics) reported@RogersHelps My SMS works. The only problem is the calls which do not work. I cannot even call Rogers customer care
-
Tanyassm (@tanyalsweet) reported@RogersHelps Still on hold and now it’s an hour and 45minutes @Rogers you owe for a week of ****** service! I have to use my Starlink to make calls or drive 3 mins down the road for reception yet I’m 45secs from your tower. I reported it! (ticket I2600573957)

Frank Hood (@rocketoperator) reported@UniforTheUnion @Rogers It's BS that Roger's and Bell have been buying up radio and TV stations for years only to shut them down in the name of profits. Before shutting them down they should be required to try to sell them to new owners.

Mo (@___MSF) reported@Rogers is actually the worst!!!! They don’t help you with anything at all
-
Canadian Rositta 🇨🇦 (@wheresrosinow) reported@RogersHelps Yesterday marks TWO weeks of Intermittent service. A phantom service person was to show up yesterday. Asking said, phantom. Service hit and miss today. ROGERS HAS RUINED WORLD CUP FOR US. IT IS UNFORGIVABLE. NOW ON HOLD 45 MINUTES.

re:printed 3D (@reprinted3D) reported@3DInPhil @RogersBiz @Bell With so many companies competing in the same spaces these days, customer service will really determine which will succeed and which will fail.

The CyNick (@TheCynick) reported@stevkev1701 @rodmickleburgh @Rogers There was notice. When these stations reviewed their numbers every day or week. They would see the writing on the wall. If you’re a cook at restaurant but you get only 1 customer a day who orders a bowl of soup do you get to act surprised when the restaurant owner closes shop?

Kay (@callmeaskayra) reported@RogersHelps please connect me to an agent. It’s really frustrating when I moved 11 days ago to my new address and still don’t have home internet. I’m trying to keep calling and I’m holding for at least 45 minutes but nobody is connecting. Am I paying for this service?
