It’s nearly a daily occurrence when our home internet with @rogers doesn’t work or hugely lags…like right now. It was increasingly bad prior to the recent outage but has been especially terrible ever since. Why doesn’t the federal govt offer satellite internet across Canada?

@Rogers Rogers just billed us for service we cancelled 2 months ago. Cancelled because they couldn't give reliable service and lied about it being an issue in the house. Tech showed up and couldn't do anything - systems were down. I was out for 5 days, couldn't work. They offered $7. BS
