Kimmie G (@KimmyG6) reported@Kevin1141531 @RogersHelps Same!! Thanks for the advice. They literally confirmed my call back number in case we get disconnected and then I get a hang up. Just awful

Laura Brown 🍁 (@thatgrrl) reported@Darth_Pingu @Rogers Labour (customer service staff included) is not cheap in Canada. They also require benefits, pensions, and so on and so on. A lot of costs to have employees in Canada. A business needs to make money beyond what their costs are.

Jeff Jones (@thewiredserf) reported@Rogers how to we actually get a technician to help with a surge damaged drop? It’s been 7 days now and 2 technicians with no resolution. Have to wait on the phone for 1.5 hours to have support tell us they can’t send someone for another day.
-
openhbar (@openhbar) reported@RealDonBradshaw @BlueJays @Rogers Wtf man, another crazy take.
-
Solid Shatner (@KarlMagnonMan) reported@RogersHelps That’s irrelevant. I’ve followed all the steps (no dashes or box #’s etc) and it’s just not recognized (according to YOU) by Canada Post, and yet I get mail w/o issue. The PROBLEM is trying to speak to a live operator to correct this and I can NEVER get through.

darren b (@fatfitman) reported@RogersHelps The stores I visited have said to call. That they do not provide for exchanging broken or worn remotes. That they used to but no longer. I would never have called if walking into the store was an option
-
Ria Riaz (@RoastedKeyboard) reportedOut of all the telcos @Rogers by far has the worst customer service. Consistently
-
Barbergs (@Barbergs) reported@RogersHelps where is everyone at Roger’s? Did everyone quit? I’ve spent 3 weeks on hold to advise of a move tmrw morning without getting a live person that I’m told I have to. Wtf rogers?
-
Cha Plow (@VishPTG) reportedHey @Rogers @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions You can't just change the monthly phone plan prices whenever you want. We agreed on a set price that doesn't change for as long as we have It. We don't care about your investment in 5G network that you've trained your reps to tell us.
