And you're preventing them from earning an income! Internet access is a right, not a privilege! In 2016 the UN declared internet access a human right.

    Anyone else have Rogers Ignite? It sucks right? Am I wrong? My wifi goes down EVERY SINGLE DAY and it’s the most frustrating thing!!! Then I contact @RogersHelps and they want me to unplug it and do all this stuff that I really feel isn’t my job. #wishIdidntswitch

    @RogersHelps I ask that you spend the money required to update your infrastructure in Brampton and give people what they pay for. Stop the delays and excuses, fix it! You have been aware of this for 6 months, is that not enough time to address it?

    @RogersHelps This issue has been documented in your system multiple times. I have spent hours speaking with reps about it. I am at the point where this needs to be public that your internet lines are too congested and people are getting ripped off. I know how my internet should work

    @RogersHelps spoke to someone an hour and a half ago about an outage in London. No wifi which also means no ignite tv. When will this be resolved? I’m home with a broken arm and you’re really limiting the activities I COULD do.

    @RogersHelps My wifi pod that Rogers gave me is constantly disconnecting while I’m using it is there anyway to fix this happening
