@RogersHelps It’s not that people won’t pay for streaming it, but when you charge and it’s a garbage product compared to the free versions, expect less customers. Most would happily pay for a good service just for the convenience, but the current stage of it is an absolute joke

@RogersHelps pretty pathetic that a multi billion $$ company can’t come up with a reliable streaming service for another multi billion $$ business. The nhl app is slow, crashes, freezes, and awful quality for $200/year. I’ve found 4 different free sites. More smooth and reliable

@Rogers there's supposed to be something done to reward good and loyal customers. But your reps treat us worse and worse each time we call when we have a problem CAUSED by YOUR technicians. So, give us a reason to stay, because so far you've only given us reasons to leave.

@RogersHelps I seem to be experiencing an outage but have a solid white light on the ignite modem. Rebooted everything and no connection. Can you confirm if there's an outage.

I am now stuck with two phones, two phone bills, and an endless number of service reps in person and on the phone who refuse to assist. @RogersHelps Why bother even having storefronts if none of the reps are able to do anything in person?

@Rogers You have to have the worst service I have ever experienced in my life. Go to the store to upgrade a line, they tell you to call. Call and they send a tech to your house for setup, the tech botches it. Call to correct the error, they tell you to go to the store. Repeat.

@levinepmc @Rogers @gmail Hi Norman, I am not an expert but as you know now you want an email platform that is independent of your provider (gmail as you mention works on any internet provider). Another issue you can have is using your internet modem which most likely has WIFI built into it.
