@Rogers refunds should be issued to customers affected by this outage. I'm paying for a service I cannot use. Get this fixed ASAP. #CustomerService #rogersdown #wasteman

  • LwrJordan Lawrence Jordan - LJ (@LwrJordan) reported

@Rogers #rogersdown Maybe if the CRTC made it easier to allow more competition in the telecommunications industry in Canada instead of conceding every time the Big 3 go crying to Daddy, allowing more completion will allow better service for customers it’s called a free market

  • Rizutsuki Rizu リズツキ/誓願狂想 (@Rizutsuki) reported

I know @Rogers is having network issues, but when you go into a store, please don't take it out on the workers. They have the least amount of control and say over this. They're just relaying the info they have, just the same when Bell and Telus had their issues in the past.

@RogersHelps @RogersHelps @Rogers Not sure that "some wireless customers" really emphasizes how many of us are without service right now!

  • wfhgames Will Hopkins (@wfhgames) reported

@Rogers phone has literally no service and hasn't since this morning. how long will we be without service and what will do to correct this error. I expect reparations...you charge far too much money for this to happen.

@RogersHelps Its 3 PM and still not update or solution to the problem with Rogers wireless data and voice. So if an emergence had happens to my child or wife, and they can't get a hold of me, I'll be damn sure to file for grievance .@Rogers, @RogersHelps.

I pay over $100/mo for my phone. I get between 2 and 3 weeks of marginal service and then another 1 to 2 weeks (until my data resets) it’s throttled so badly that I can’t even use Spotify. When are Canadians going to get affordable, unlimited, UNTHROTTLED plans? @RogersHelps
