  • AlexisKnott Lexi_007 (@AlexisKnott) reported

@RogersHelps Your “Rogers Service interruptions” forum seems silly. It only mentions power out in southern Ontario, no mention of eastern Ontario (Ottawa). I’m finding no details, information, help, service, updates, on any platform. Am I not looki. In the right places?

  • JudyAnjowski Judy 🇺🇦 (@JudyAnjowski) reported

@RogersHelps @LSignorella Seriously? Last updated Sunday - all it says is problems in Southern Ontario. Maybe you should check the info in a link before sharing it?

  • Alimaccam Alison Campbell (@Alimaccam) reported

@RogersHelps Let me ask my question in a different way. Once Hydro gets power to lines again, will my internet/tv start working again - immediately or within a few hours? Or, will @Rogers only be able to start fixing problems with its equipment once Hydro is done?

  • aishrai431 Aishwarya Rai (@aishrai431) reported

@Rogers such a bad service, all other networks in my area K2B7Z4 are working except Rogers and Fido. Spent 100s of dollars on mobile data due to WFH n Rogers care isn't ready to reimburse, no ETA mentioned, raised two tickets but no response. Why should we pay you? @RogersHelps

  • JaysonRogers14 Jayson Rogers (@JaysonRogers14) reported

@RogersHelps Service has been working fine here the whole time since the storm, now cable box won't connect and I'm lucky to get 10mbps download on the 500mbps plan

  • tammy_b_m Tammy (@tammy_b_m) reported

@RogersHelps Bell now has a two week installation waiting period, I guess I wasn’t the only customer @Rogers lost this week.

  • vinessaxo Sam (@vinessaxo) reported

@RogersHelps Just wondering if there are any updates as to the progress of fixing this issue? my internet was working ON the day of the storm but stopped 2 days after and is still not working? this is a cellular data eater

@TechTalk2k @RogersHelps @Rogers Finally, the internet is back this afternoon, but, guess what? No updates (that it has been fixed) from the technical support yet!
