    @RogersHelps I had to sit outside for hours today so I didn't miss my grocery delivery. Rogers has far too many outages. And some of them are ridiculously long, like the time I ended up switching my internet to Bell so at least one service would always work, after a 5 day cable outage..

    @RogersHelps Rogers, please disseminate a PARTIAL explanation that informs subscribers what Rogers knows thus far about the tech issues causing the outage. One would think that transparency would actually benefit their relationship with customers! Maybe time to change service providers🤬🤭?

    Severely behind schedule as is and now I can’t do any work or make any calls because @Rogers has been down since this morning. Most expensive telecommunications in the world and you can’t even keep it running, keep up the good work guys! 👏🏼

    @RogersHelps Not some, all of us, and I lost job because no signal on the phone since yesterday late night. They tried to call me and finally got the mail that my number is out of service. Kindly provide refunds for the bill payments. Poor service.
