@RogersHelps You're tech department had an opportunity to send him right back and correct his sloppy, unprofessional work. They did not. Now they gave us a time frame which if not done tomorrow doesn't work for us, and I have to delay a contractor for work it took six months to get.

@Bell_Support I’m having issues with my TV, and now the #BellFibe app. Seriously, @Bell is starting to act like @Rogers and I’m starting to wonder why #TV is even necessary. What’ll you do to make my huge cable bill worth it? I’m ready to scrap Bell.

@agoodrum @Rogers Subcontracted tech was by at 9:45 (really nice guy). We had a good conversation, and he indicated the issue impacted the neighbourhood. It looks like the signal strength is good, but noise on the line is definitely no bueno.

  • GMaissan Greg Maissan (@GMaissan) reported

@agoodrum @Rogers Looks like we're having connectivity issues again today.

  • agoodrum abby goodrum (@agoodrum) reported

@GMaissan @Rogers Me too @rogers in KW not working for the third time this week. I’ve had better connectivity in developing countries. And I paid less! This is unacceptable.
