BrianM (@briangm11) reported@TorontoStar Such a bad team this year. No better next year, either as all responsible are on long contracts and @Rogers is laughing all the way to the bank with 41,000 tickets sold for every game!
-
Amanda (@copperfoxx) reported@RogersHelps Internet via Rogers w Shaw. It’s been an issue since Roger’s took over, doesn’t matter if I try the site, app or with an agent. I use visa debit. It’s only with Shawgers that I have this issue I don’t have an issue with using my card to pay with any other site or service. 1/2

Audrey (@Audra1978) reported@RogersHelps what's the point of making it compulsory for customers to call in to cancel services and then making them wait on the line for two hours to speak to someone. You lay off tons of employees then provide abysmal services.
-
Sophie (@sophie_everine) reported@Rogers why are you laying off customer service reps??? It’s hard to get through as it is!!! Online tools are difficult for the elderly.
-
Fuad A. (@BusinessMayne) reported@Rogers Internet has to be the absolute worst. Definitely cancelling this ASAP
-
Alan Cross 🇨🇦 (@alancross) reportedHey @Rogers ! I’ve spent FIVE HOURS on the phone today (mostly on hold) trying to book a service call for my Rogers home security. I’ve been transferred 7 times and had the call drop twice. Your customer service is ABYSMAL!
-
The Raven (@wishiwazskiing) reported@RogersHelps Rogers internet is horrible. Constantly down. Lost count of the number of times Rogers has tried to fix it. At what point can I ask for a refund?
-
Andrew Potts (@pottsy1988) reported@alancross @Rogers online help is better! ask for home security specialist
-
Sharon Gregson (@sharongregson) reportedNo I am not a @Rogers customer and the last dozen times your staff called I asked to be taken off your call list. Why do I have to track down the number to call and wait on hold and be transferred to five people just to ask you not to call me every week? #Rogers
