Such disappointment that @Rogers internet can't keep up with 3M upload livestream to @twitch on a 10M upload plan. Looking at the traceroute, they's got a routing issue but it's not like they're going to listen to me...

@RogersHelps How does one get their node congestion fixed after 2+ years of dealing with intermittent connectivity? Two household essential workers who remote and use mobile hotspot 75% of the time when paying for Gigabit internet.... Really great service @Rogers really....

@xxwaspxx @TekSavvyBuzz @Rogers Why wouldn’t they ask? It’s piggybacked off of Rogers network and using Rogers technicians to install and fix any issues that arise. Why doesn’t tech savvy get their own techs then? Problem solved

@RogersHelps No it's been bad for weeks. We moved back to the area and the wireless network is atrocious. It constantly fluctuates between LTE, 4G, even saw E/3G! Occasionally, when we see the 5G icon on top of the phone, we still get ridiculously slow speed of 2 Mbps!

I was warned that @Rogers had terrible customer service, but I didn’t think it would be a rough experience from the get go. 😓

@RogersHelps It’d be really nice if I could enjoy my Ignite TV subscription without the box disconnecting and telling me there’s a connection issue every 10-15 minutes.
