My friend sent complaints to @Rogers for a month over slower-than-expected internet speeds and they kept insisting everything was fine and that it must have been his devices (!!!) so he made a CRTC complaint and then Rogers came out the next day and found the problem.

@Rogers #Rogers Your service sucks. You disable our cable box before we get the new one and tell us it might not arrive until tomorrow. Will we get compensated for the service interruption?

@Rogers @RogersHelps I have never come across a company that sucks so bad at customer service or simple ethics. Took money sent me a confirmation email and now claim they have no record of the transaction and can't help me! Never again!
