    Is anyone elses Rogers home Cable and Internet still not working? Mine works for a while, then disconnects for a while, and its been doing that since Saturday morning. ( @RogersHelps )

    @RogersHelps @gmarie55 I’ve tweeted at you, actually had to personally find out who the district manager of my local Rogers store was to resolve the issue…. Terrible customer service

    @Rogers seems like you guys don’t honour promised pricing and change the amount without tell customers!!! ***** way of doing business and when you have the proof of such things you deny it and say too bad more or less!! Remember one thing customers are what runs your business.

    So I am trying to change my plan to a better deal they are running BUT WAIT @Rogers won't let me because I am "not a new customer" and instead offered me a plan for... $50 MORE per month... lmao what

    @Rogers I called to move my internet services to my new address and your agent disconnected my services. No internet for 2 days. Waited an hour in the queue tn & was told I had to call tech support. Called. Customer support closed. Told to call tomorrow @ 9AM (when I start work)

    @RogersHelps sorry to give up on you so quickly, I went to the house and checked all the cables, unplugged everything, it came back on very briefly and then went off again. I called tech-support and was put on hold for 41 minutes, hung up. White light on front flashing.

    @RogersHelps Yes! It says there’s no outage and yet my internet is out! You have no idea how increadibly frustrating this is! Please have some call me ASAP. This is not acceptable !

    @RogersHelps We have the accessibility remote but it doesn’t solve the problem of a disabled person that doesn’t know how to use it. Is there anyway we can get an old model set box that doesn’t cut out after 5 hours? I know there are still lots of them in use?

    @RogersHelps The Tech was already here...he said I have to call "my Drywall" guy and get him to wire cable from the basement to our upstairs. I said can't Rogers do this and he said no. Sorry, your signal upstairs is weak @RogersHelps @Rogers #Rogers

    @RogersHelps Wifi. Why would i test using ethernet when all our services work off wifi? Odd question to ask. Reality is, there shouldnt be such issues randomly throughout the day when we pay for services all thru the day.

    @RogersHelps @rogers Can you help explain why your homeowners says I’m 126% of my 1.5g but two independent sites are showing my 10-19 mbps download and under 10 for upload? And this after i unplugged, reset it all as my ignite tv is pixelating like crazy??
