    @RogersHelps internet seems to be down in Richmond Hill

  • TheKarltopia Karl Zenith Nieva (@TheKarltopia) reported from Waterloo, Ontario

    @marty_d_ @Rogers I figured as much. Just wanted to make sure it wasn't a system issue. Looks like a capacity issue

  • SheetalJaitly Sheetal Jaitly (@SheetalJaitly) reported from Toronto, Ontario

    @actyper @RogersHelps Not working, reset phone and network 😢

  • yaynewfriend (((Véronique Bellamy))) (@yaynewfriend) reported from Calgary, Alberta

    So, @rogershelps told me to go to the shop in Deerfoot Centre to be able to activate my Apple Watch and when I got here, they refused to help me and told me to phone tech support. I’m angry they had me go out for nothing. Y’all need to be on the same page, Rogers.

  • shurmanator ℙ𝕖𝕥𝕖𝕣 𝕊𝕙𝕦𝕣𝕞𝕒𝕟 (@shurmanator) reported from Toronto, Ontario

    @georganneb @char_lawyer @Bell @Rogers @TELUS Georganne, nobody dislikes those guys more than me but the systems were not designed for this. Same for internet. It’s like a water pipe to service an apartment complex is a foot in diameter but not if everybody is always home and taking showers simultaneously. Get used to it.

  • mgamble Matthew Gamble (@mgamble) reported from Oakville, Ontario

    @bramabramson @Mark_Goldberg @Bell @Rogers @TELUS @Videotron @ShawInfo The problem today is mostly on inter-carrier calls, so if calls can be routed without using those trunks it would be a big win. I think I’m going to write a follow up post this week with a primer on PSTN routing.

  • KameoCA nevin the dad (@KameoCA) reported from Kamloops, British Columbia

    @n8best @garyvee @koodo @Rogers Might be a carrier issue. I forget the technical term for it.

  • cdnbeer Cody Lobreau (@cdnbeer) reported from Sifton, Manitoba

    @andymoir @RogersHelps @nizon No issue for me
