@RogersHelps @Rogers We pay the highest rates in the world for cell service and you've been down 14 hours? With nothing but " we're working on it?" You owe us some transparency and truth and I suggest you get on that pretty quickly. I'll be paying to move my service if this continues.

@ryanlocking @Jadenstate @RogersHelps When I tried to turn on Wifi calling it told me I had to contact the provider. I can’t call them so I go online with my computer to their help chat. The response? Not Available. Sadly not an option today.

@RogersHelps Lack of service has ruined what could have been a productive workday. I rely on data to navigate as I drive all over Ontario, and make calls throughout my workday as well. I’ve been stuck at home because only my Wifi works, and there’s only so much I can do in this manner.
