@RogersHelps another day of bullshit outages from @rogers. Out 5 times in two hours from 930am this morning. And it’s now dropped twice since 130pm. I’m so done with this horseshit. I’m paying for this service and they have ZERO regard for customers. 2 weeks and counting.

@Rogers @RogersHelps when you guys need a new customer you pick up the call in one minute or less but when the same customer have complain there is 48 min wait time and phone gets hung up no call back nothing. Is this @RogersHelps your regular customer service ?

@Bell_Support So 2 full weeks without internet and tv. Five service calls. Escalated 4 times. It takes 2 weeks to fix some wires? Been told 24-48 hrs 4 times. Also told 2 weeks is normal to restore service.Ridiculous! @RogersHelps how quickly can you install internet and cable?
