@RogersHelps I recently switched to ignite internet and my 2.4ghz signal constantly disappears, this is an issue as certain things only run on 2.4. I never had this problem before switching to ignite, now its a daily issue - why is that?

Hey @Rogers - interesting customer service tonight. 50+ minutes on hold finally get through to an agent, put on hold again & then you disconnect the call. You have my # any reason I can’t get a call back. #customerservicefail

@Rogers @RogersHelps So I get my bill for the month of May that is suppose to have the credit for the outage in April. And discovered that the credit for the day of lost service equals a whopping $2.50 What a ******* joke! This is unacceptable for the huge inconvenience it caused
