@Rogers just spoke with your tech support who don’t have any info as to the cause or restoration time in Stouffville. It is outrages that this continues to occur and that Rogers provides no updates. Truly considering cancelling my service as this is unacceptable.

@TSN_Sports @RogersHelps why does the Leafs broadcast on TSN keep freezing up on Rogers Ignite? No other channel is an issue so it’s not a wifi or box reset issue.

@RogersHelps Will the next update be fixing the issues everyone has been having? Will there be refunds available to customers who were expecting a product that the nhl and @mlb were providing directly? I don’t think I can continue to use the app in its current state unless major changes.

@Sportsnet your NHL streaming ‘SNnow’ is not working and is a massive downgrade from NHL Live. ‘Contact us’ page is down for support. Cancel subscription page is down. @RogersHelps @NHL can’t wait to cancel this product. What a waste.
