    up&down service all week. 36 hours w no tv,no notice when service was restored, loss of 30$ online during an interaction when service cut, Interruption to 2 work meetings, overage on data plan bc I had to use data when I had no wifi. Rogers offer? 21$. @RogersHelps @Bell ? Hello?

    @TheDownrockRecs @RogersHelps @letsgoyark Even if they did separately contact Rogers, the people answering queries on Twitter won't have any updates without access to the customer's account information.

    @RogersHelps A few times?!?... its been a problem every day since March 2020. So not just a few times! Ita only recently that I started mentioning @Rogers directly on twitter, due to the extensive frustration.

    @rogers @RogersHelps I am being signed out of every app everytime i exit. What can be done to fix this because it is exhausting to have to sign into Netflix every single time.
