    Is anyone elses Rogers home Cable and Internet still not working? Mine works for a while, then disconnects for a while, and its been doing that since Saturday morning. ( @RogersHelps )

    @Rogers That's what you told me at beginning of June. I was told it would be solved by now, but it's not. Neighbours are understandably upset with us. Why is this OUR problem? If we knew we would spend over half a year with cables draped across our yard we wouldn't have chosen Rogers.

    @Rogers What you won't do is handle customer complaints. We've had a cable draped across our front lawn since Christmas. We have to duck to mow. The cable goes across our neighbour's driveway & they're understandably upset with us. What the heck??? Fix it. It's mid-June!

    Hey @RogersHelps is there an interruption in the internet service in Downtown T.O today? It really isn't fun taking a 4 hours class through my phone for the 3rd time in a week.

    And done! Thanks to Shree and Harry @RogersBiz’s Brookfield Place store for all of their help. The delay wasn’t their fault, they stayed late (store closed at 6pm), and in the end I got what I needed. Give them some customer service points, @Rogers!

    @Rogers I just got of the phone with management support (IT). They had nothing to offer. They didn't care that Rogers has ruined our relationship with our neighbours. Told us no one should have said we'd have it fixed by mid-June (but Rogers told us end of May; then mid-June). Blamed us.

    @RogersHelps all Ignite TV boxes are not getting a signal and yet my internet connection is "excellent". Can watch YouTube on the TVs but not cable channels. Been like this since at least 5:30am this morning
