    @RogersHelps so 2 hours on hold no one answers phone now 45 minutes waiting for chat for a simple thing .......HOW DOES ANYONE COMMUNICATE WITH YOU GUYS??? 2 days late on a bill for myb359 dollars and you communicate...but when need help no one there to help!!!!

    @RogersHelps is it a standard policy to not honour a Service Agreement? I have an agreement for $30 off per month but only $15 is processed on my bill. You now refuse to cancel. #worstservice in @cityoftoronto

    @RogersHelps Yes please. I’d like my home internet to be canceled as I’m moving. I tried calling customer service but I was on hold for 45 minutes. If you could do the needful it’d be great. Thanks though.

    My Day? Hows my DAY? Been on the phone..ON HOLD between @Rogers @RBC these 2 giant corporations today a total of 5 hrs and counting.. for companies that make billions, you think they could actually have customer service. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE! YOU SHOULD BE EMBARASSED
