Is anyone elses Rogers home Cable and Internet still not working? Mine works for a while, then disconnects for a while, and its been doing that since Saturday morning. ( @RogersHelps )

I think the goal these days for all Big Corporation Customer Service is to NOT have ANY phone interaction w/ Customers. Just trying to find a phone number to reach anyone is impossible, when you do = 3hr+ wait on hold!!

After shameful cancellation of @hometownhockey_ , @Rogers took another public 'hit' on a greater scale with massive breakdown of various platforms re cell phone, internet, computer, etc. affecting millions of Canadians & especially for people needing to call 911 in an emergency.

@ItsDeanBlundell @Rogers for Billing and support Bell is by far the worst even compared to Rogers. Unfortunately Rogers doesn't keep its infrastructure up to date and the actual internet and TV service suffers a whole lot. Bell had a massive 12 hours TV outage Ontario/Quebec a few weeks back...

@ItsDeanBlundell @Rogers Don't blame them. Posted updates directly to Rogers via twitter copying PM and CRTC. We lost our landline, tv was unwatchable, internet slow. They responded by telling me to send them DM if service had not yet been restored. Mostly back by Tuesday.
