@RogersHelps I am beyond frustrated! I want to upgrade my phone. I tried on Friday, was disconnected, never received a call back (You have my #) I lost cell service. I have called numerous times, transferred from one rep to another and no help! Still no new phone with wrong plan!

Hey @RogersHelps why is it every time I call tech support the wait is 45-60 mins on hold? Do you have that many people having problems with Rogers? Seems like you'd address this by hiring more CS, or is the idea to frustrate your current customers into switching to Bell?

Hey @RogersHelps…what’s going on? Email has been down for several days; says I need to change my password but when I try to do that it tells me that “something’s wrong on your end”. I’m about ready to quit Rogers…certainly will not spend hours on the phone with you!

So @RogersHelps my email has been down since Friday. This morning I have chatted with two different online reps, both gave me wrong info. Called three different numbers. Transferred twice. Now on hold for the last 26 minutes. Wow.

@RogersHelps called Rogers to help an elderly friend 3.5 hour wait it says! Went online - chatbot live chat says not available!!! Tried to change package ourself cant be done says we gotta call someone ! Schedule a call - says it is having technical difficulties! Really??
