@RogersHelps @gmarie55 I’ve tweeted at you, actually had to personally find out who the district manager of my local Rogers store was to resolve the issue…. Terrible customer service

@Rogers Hi, I’m currently in Parksville BC and I have “One Bar” of signal strength… why is your coverage so poor?? I pay over $3K per year for coverage … why do I pay that much if I can’t get proper coverage?

How hard is it to get a response from anyone at @rogers - too busy fighting each other in the boardroom? Your text messaging support doesn’t reply beyond the initial canned response. And live chat is only upsetting me more. Come on… 😡

@Rogers This is the second major outage in 2 weeks. As of now, we've been down for over 7 HOURS! Are you ever going to get your act together? You can't even inform consumers properly as to status etc. This is PATHETIC customer service. #RogersPathetic
