@RogersHelps I’m shocked this is how you treat paying customers for years. Cutting my brand new driveway for my neighbours cable even after u said no. The worst part is you said on the phone you would send out another company to see if they could dig around my driveway

@Rogers ROGERS is about MONEY not PEOPLE. Canada suppose to have advanced internet service !. Rural areas close to Urban centers have installed fibra optics transmiters that simply are not activated because Rogers have establish those areas as low ROI . E.g. Rural Uxbridge, Ontario.

@RogersHelps Honestly, you guys do an AWESOME job at customer service – I am a huge fan of yours. But the product just fails constantly & regularly, regardless of many tech visits, not just for me, but for my neighbours too. That's what is making so many of us switch to other providers.
