    @RogersHelps Ignite TV/phone/internet down here in Mount Pearl, NL for past few hours. Can't find any info on outages in my area online. Tech support chat was ended abruptly before reaching agent. Widespread system issue after Hurricane Larry or issue unique to me?

    Don’t you love it when #Rogers owes you $500 in bill credits and you have to call every other week to get your money. June 3 was when this issue started; exactly 100 days ago. @RogersHelps @CRTCeng

    @RogersHelps I phoned that number and they thought I was crazy talking about it! I have a tech coming now to add a new business line to hopefully help with the max upload of 30mb..

    @Rogers @NHL Get Bell at least they teach customer service! Rogers Fido no customer service harass a elderly man for something he never made one payment on phone broken Fido refused to cancel account address on the bill I never lived there! Harassing calls to pay for a broken phone!

    Ok @RogersHelps yesterday your technician was supposed to drop off equipment for me to set up for parents. Instead he set something up which knocked down their phone line. Hours before a hurricane hit. Now I can’t reach them to find out if they’re ok. Live up to your name. Help.
