Looks like it's wasn't a defective Modem that was the problem. Internet is still cutting out during streams for 10-15 minute intervals. COAX cable running outside is old. Wondering if that's the issue. Hopefully we solve the problem soon. @Rogers

@RogersHelps getting one tenth the internet speed that I should be getting. Started about 20 minutes ago. Was 100% fine until then. Restarted router/modem, same issue. I just want to game :(

@Joyhenderson78 @Rogers Calling my ISP is a last resort. There is a few things you can on your own to eliminate the "it must be your computer". But look to see if your modem is the latest. None of my ethernet ports were working. They blamed everything but their service before replacing the modem.

So, for the past 3 weeks I've been trying to pay my @Rogers cell service I've been getting "I'm sorry our networks are currently down. Please try again later." But its telling me I have 1 week to pay my account or I'm getting sent to collections #WTFuck Only 1 month "missed"

Absolutly mindblowing that @Rogers has people coming to my door, peddling internet, during a pandemic, while we are at yellow. Wtf? This is dangerous for me, the poor sap doing it, and other people.
