Hey @Rogers I’ve DM’d you again... you still have not fixed my billing issue from January, even though I’ve spoken with three people now that tell me it will get fixed on “next billing term.” Please stop wasting my time and fix it.

@RogersHelps so just wondering why the network keeps on going in and out,currently on hold, is there an outage in my area? Or is it just your network being ****** as it has been for the last four days, and the fact that it'll take four days for us to get a tech is a joke.

@gracienatalie @RogersHelps Mine has been dropping for 3 weeks now. Why are these service interruptions constantly occurring? What is going on with the technology? Why aren't there any updates? You claim to be the fastest & most reliable service in Canada. This is not true.
