    @RogersHelps My Sonos sound system cannot access via my new Rogers wireless home internet 25 wireless router. Sonos says the problem is in the router settings, but I cannot access the changes they advise.

    @RogersHelps Is there any plan on fixing the buffering issues when streaming to chromecast? I have been patiently waiting for years and had hoped this would be the year but still the same buffering. It is constant on all 3 of my tvs with chromecast!

    @Thinger42 @Rogers Our internet has been going down periodically for 2-3 weeks now. Today, it is going out ever 5-10 minutes :( We are in Cambridge as well.

    @rogers I thought you'd be be _grateful_ to know that your cable box is hanging open, that the door is banging around in the wind, and rain is pouring into it. It's new, full of unshielded electronics, and looks expensive. Your tech support people, simply hung up on me.
