@RogersHelps @ToddSmithPC Summer in PEC Quinte region and the internet service is down the toilet again. Network really needs to improve, soon.

@Rogers your new commercial is so disingenuous you should be disgusted. You advertising that your going to invest in making sure you have a reliable network where you can call 911 is like Chernobyl advertising they're investing in safety, after the incident. Too little too late.

@RogersHelps I just spoke to two of your reps and frankly your customer service is atrocious. Your company just goes in and messes with accounts without the customer’s consent and all I got was a “sorry”.

@RogersHelps Contacted Rogers customer service in the afternoon. They informed me about an outage in my area. Internet is finally working now. But highly disappointed with what happened. Almost 7 hours no internet on a Sunday. Not happy :(

Rogers internet again down since afternoon. Its past 22:00hrs and still no internet. Used almost 90% of my data. It’s so frustrating that I have no internet on a Sunday. An outage in our area ruined my weekend plans. I guess time to change my internet provider. @RogersHelps

@PhotoMediaGuy @Rogers We were down for 5 or 6 hours one day last week, and regularly lose connection. I feel bad for our provider, who relies on Rogers. Why is it that the little guys are the ones working to install better infrastructure on the ground instead of just saying it?
