    @Rogers Belleville ON im struggling with phone calls especially data usage. Says full signal but thats wrong! Have to put on airplane mode and off to get data

    @RogersHelps @ToddSmithPC Summer in PEC Quinte region and the internet service is down the toilet again. Network really needs to improve, soon.

    @RogersHelps Went into a Rogers location yesterday- no help could be given so I am filing with CRTC and canceling my contract. Support with Roger's has become abysmal.

    @RogersHelps I’ve been on the phone with multiple Rogers Business agents since 12:30 pm, today. It’s now 2:49pm, multiple agents, long holds and callbacks, all trying to establish a case number so I can report suspected fraud. That’s the issue I’m trying to highlight

    @RogersHelps Wait times are not the issue. Being hung up on after wasting time entering verification info only to get an AI agent to ask more questions & get hung up on, is. I need to verify the legitimacy of an email receive (seemingly) from Roger's. But now, I want to cancel.

    1 of 2. @RogersHelps I'd like to discuss with an agent Rogers' poor execution today of the Rogers Yankee Offer. There's no way for a user to know to take a screenshot of the code or write it down first before tapping on the Rogers mobile in-app notification...

    While most of our work is in network related threats, a reminder.. phone scams keep rising.. and unfortunately, lots of them are south asian based.. if you get a call from say @rogers or @Fidomobile with a heavy accent.. it's now probably a scam. Call them out.. 'Oh, hey a call from one of those India based scam outfits..' then hang up, and block the number.. (They like swearing)

    @RogersHelps The estimated time has gone from 2pm to now 5pm. This is very disappointing @Rogers & @RogersHelps. Acknowledging the outage and explaining the local cell tower is overwhelmed does not create confidence in your service.

    .@Rogers @RogersHelps I’ve been trying to get through to a customer service rep for 3 days now to register a move. I’m told the call volume is too high and drops the call after being on hold for hours. At this point, I want to cancel my service.

    I need assistance and I literally called 13 times within the past 2 hours, only to be given the runaround and get hung up on. I don't call Roger's for this exact reason. I need one simple question answered and your AI cannot help. What's going on over there? @RogersHelps
