    @Rogers Belleville ON im struggling with phone calls especially data usage. Says full signal but thats wrong! Have to put on airplane mode and off to get data

    @RogersHelps @RogersHelps @Rogers Problem is that we were paying $64.40 / month and got a bill of $256.33 from out of the blue.This is causing us unnecessary mental harassment. Customer Care didnot resolved the issue. I have already paid regular amount of $64.40. #Rogers #CustomerService

    @TheTorontoSun @Btowie21 "Voluntary buyouts" are often a face-saving precursor to mass layoffs. Any @Rogers employee who turns down the buyout is playing with fire.

    Trying to cancel @Rogers plan and the agents keep dropping the call before it can be completed. Always after they pitch counter-offers. Extremely shady
