@Rogers its been like 14 hours. I had to reschedule an important doctors appointment that had to be done over the phone. You better not be charging anyone for your mistake. Idk whats taking so long to fix it

@RogersHelps Sincerely aplogizing is fine and dandy, but for people that are at work and rely on their phone, what are you actually going to do? An apology doesn't cut it. My wife only had emergency service on her phone since before noon. That's insane.
