  @Rogers @RogersHelps Been with Rogers for over 20 years. Never seen it this bad. It’s sad and pathetic. Been trying for 3 days to speak directly to a customer service rep to go over a few things on my account. This AI agent system is a joke. I want to cancel my service!

  @RogersHelps Went into a Rogers location yesterday- no help could be given so I am filing with CRTC and canceling my contract. Support with Roger's has become abysmal.

  @Rogers wtf is happening with your customer care! Cant even connect to them, always just your ai is answering and after waiting for more than 15minutes it said just call me later and cut the busy. Do you even have a customer service? If i move to bell you beggars will keep bugg.

  @Rogers I don’t care how many support calls you get… there is no excuse for this long of a call queue. Hire someone to pickup the phone #rogers #customersupport #switchtobell It’s like you know I’m calling to cancel… I was about to come back to Rogers… Yes - I’m still on hold. Even the live chat agent handed me off to the same call queue.

  @Rogers I suggest you have a real person contact me about illegal charges and no detailed bill this month. I'm filing complaints with CCTS about these two problems. I don't need to change my phone number just because I am Using Rogers services.
