    @rovers_jay @JustMeJamie64 @Rogers also customer service isn't technical support. unless they merged you all into care agents now. I heard they were trying that in 2023, maybe they did it

    OMG @Rogers is such a piece of **** company. They completely changed their 611 dial in system to pay an account to AI to make things exponentially more difficult. Previously I could type in a few Numbers baddy bing baddy boom done finito get on with my day. Nope now I gotta AI

    @RogersHelps Bull! The call cuts off after 2 hours, and I’m Not starting again. Either someone contacts me for a service appt, or I’m returning every piece of your ****** equipment to one of your useless outlets
