    @RogersHelps What about all the people who couldn’t call 911 in the event of an emergency? It’s not only about monetary loss or inconvenience. Your outage could have cost someone their life. $50 a household isn’t going to even begin to regain my trust in you.

    @strubee @RogersHelps Toronto as well. Was told they have no ETA and to please be understanding lol. I feel bad for the customer service people working for rogers. They're probably getting **** on because the higher ups are morons.

    @MjbOriginal @RogersHelps I called last night. After 78 minutes waiting I was told. Yup. It’s a problem. No idea when it will get fixed. But we thank you for your continued patronage. As my daddy would say “thank you don’t add weight to my wallet “. Lol. It’s impossible to watch anything

    @LeslynLewis A friends cancer treatment was delayed because the hospitals booking system was down with the outage and the appointment was lost. Now they don’t know when it will be rebooked for. @Rogers this is well beyond 5 days of compensation.
