@RogersHelps @Rogers The credit you give should be enough to win back my trust. A $10 credit isn’t enough to make up for the $200+ I missed out on yesterday because of your incompetent service.

@RogersHelps @Rogers What about the consequences of this so long outage. There were fatalities because it was not possible to call 911. Trauma and despair. HORRIBLE .Now it is about HOW TO COMPENSATE THIS ? You want to save your reputation. Relieve fees from low income families and disabled people !

I'm done with @Fidomobile and @Rogers after being loyal 15 years. For the 3rd time it goes down. I'm sorry but I'm done. Good thing I never signed up again for a new phone. Sayonara. I'm going to a new network.

@HaveWeAllGoneM1 @RogersHelps This isn't a worst case scenario by any stretch. Occams razor, the outage was to patch a vulnerability and no user data or trade secrets were lost or exploited. Users could have their banking, ID, pm's, voice calls all stolen. Etc.

@RogersHelps Wifi not working at all Wired internet is working, but very slow and laggy
