The wait was worth it! Internet is back up - they needed to reboot the modem on their end. Yvette from @RogersHelps was super nice and quick to get the issue resolved

Not sure about you but our internet with @Rogers is still down. Been on hold for 3.5 hours even though when I called the estimate was 45 minutes to an hour. #rogersoutage

Hey @Rogers I'm not a customer but most of the customers in my shop couldn't use their cards for purchases. Are you reimbursing the small businesses that lost sales because of your "maintenance"? #rogersoutrage

@AboutRogers @Rogers Why is it that Rogers doesn’t have a redundancy plan in place. This isn’t the first time widespread outages have occurred. I don’t have a landline and live in rural MB, I had to drive around knocking on doors looking for one to call the hospital emergency dept. Not acceptable!

@RogersHelps Yeah, phone is displaying LTE+ but won't load or do anything. Useless brick to me unless connected to WiFi. Your "bill credit" better include more than one day of disrupted service.
