    @YourLoneStar @RogersHelps @Rogers We have had the same issue since switching to Rogers ignite - every time a tech comes out they give us a new modem.. Rogers CS can’t seem to understand what we’re trying to tell them when explaining the situation.. super frustrating. Had to buy a new baby monitor too 😒

    @RogersHelps With Fido / Rogers down this long they were either hacked or hit with ransomware. And we will never be told what the issue was.
