    @Rogers Last month my 2 yr iPhone randomly died. I was met w/ the worst kind of indifference from a dozen of ur employees only to be w/I a phone 4 a week & forces 2 buy another b/c u refused to replace it. Nobody cared that I’m a woman with a 5 month old and working full time from home.

    @RogersHelps I have been trying to contact roger's support as my internet is down since morning, no one is replying or picking up the call. I have things that need to be done and have an exam today. Please at least update on your website which areas are facing internet outage smh
