Why can @rogers not post outage information about their service.. it is 2022 and technology should not be a barrier. Maybe it is for @rogers!

@RogersHelps we can all understand the weather has impacted your services - a credit for the days that the service is down is standard - so of corse we will be using data to stream during this outage that may be a few days - on call for 2 hrs w/ an offer of 5gb lol what a joke

@Rogers Internet outage in New Edinburgh. Not showing up as out in the Anna assistant, but we’ve been down all day since the storm. Can’t get through to phone support. Hopefully you’re aware already. Good luck getting everyone back online!

@menmcdou_cathy @RogersHelps Rogers customer service sucks ****. Rogers idea of an "update" is to state that their services are out, but will be restored "as soon as possible". As compared to "as late as possible"? 🙄 Rogers eqpt is unreliable. Its Execs must be fired since their service hasn't improved.
