-
Shawn Tock (@TockShawn) reported@RogersHelps @rogers: 15 hours with no internet, using my @telus phone as a hotspot. At 8 am, you said it'd take 4 hours to fix. Then 4-6 hours. Then the Rogers outage page kept extending the resolution time by an hour. Now an agent told me 24 hours. WTF? Unacceptable.

Arsalan S. (@arsalansaleem_) reported@RogersHelps @RogersHelps now technical is transferring me to customer services dept,
-
RainyDayKarma (@MGJSherlock) reported@lynnmercereau Wow that is a new low for @RogersHelps i knew Shaw was bad but whoa this takes the cake
-
Manan Sood (@Manansood20) reported@Rogers Is this really how you treat your customers? I don’t want to spend another hour waiting to explain the same issue again. Please review my account, remove this disputed charge as promised, and confirm that my account will not be suspended because of it.

Blacktop Cowboy (@Blacktop_Cowboy) reported@GunGnome @Rogers I have the same problem, except I'll be in the middle of town and it happens
-
EMTGuy 🇨🇦 (@EMTGuy) reported@TerryMac2 @Rogers Threaten to cancel…they’ll transfer you to someone else…threaten to cancel again….they’ll transfer you to someone who can actually help
-
A Co (@Ady_Co) reported@RogersHelps The estimated time has gone from 2pm to now 5pm. This is very disappointing @Rogers & @RogersHelps. Acknowledging the outage and explaining the local cell tower is overwhelmed does not create confidence in your service.
-
Michael DelPiero (@MikeDelpieroX) reported@TFCin110 @Rogers @RogersHelps Not necessarily by phone. Rogers has to work with you and respond to CCTS within 20 days. Document every failed attempt to get help—it’s evidence. In short: CCTS is free for you, but Rogers pays $ for each accepted complaint. So there’s definitely an incentive to resolve it ASAP
-
Salty Albertan (@FringedCanuck) reported@GunGnome @Rogers 5G is garbage. It’s a scam

SheMet 🇨🇦 (@SheriMetcalfe2) reported@RogersHelps Thank you for responding. I have filled out that form & was given a reference number by back office but Rogers still requires me to call customer service to change account details. This is how I ended up on hold. Im going to try a retail location. Frustrating process!
