Hey @RogersHelps, what's going on with IgniteTV in Brampton? Received a new box today after the last one malfunctioned. It worked for less than two hours and now a blank screen. A hardware issue plus service disruption issues? Not cool, and that's putting it very nicely.

Ugh @Rogers still things aren’t fixed … been putting up with slow internet for days and now tv just freezes repeatedly for the @BacheloretteABC premier. Honestly. 😩😡
