    @RogersHelps Internet down for 2 days, project deadline approaching, so I was eager to know and after some investigation, found out Rogers ACCIDENTALLY CANCELLED AND PLACED PENALTY on my business account just because I asked how much is cancellation fee 2 days ago. WOOOW!!!

    This was @TheWeeknd's final stop on the current leg of his North American tour, until he comes home to #Toronto to play two make up shows for his single @RogersCentre show that was cancelled due to the @Rogers outage on July 8th.

    @RogersBiz And if you believe the shutdown for 2 days was a mistake/glitch...no way! There are so many fail over systems in place this would never happen...but hey, keep the spin Rogers

    A laughable response to a 25-year customer. Just received a credit from @rogers for $9.35 for the loss of their services for over 24 hours during which time I could do no business by phone or online, couldn’t withdraw cash or buy anything without it. I did save $1.22 in taxes.

    @Rogers hi! We had a great mobile plan with you guys until @Bell contacted me to say they're taking your customers after your outage and offered me a fake deal (which I didn't kno was fake) and scammed me into a bait and switch scheme. Any chance someone can help me out?

    @RogersHelps I was scratching my head when my internet was down for 2 days and all I saw on twitter was outage in Ottawa. I couldn’t work with a project deadline approaching.

    Really, there is no problem just because you couldn't find it. @Rogers has some serious issues with the people who work there. I've been lied to by several employees and told that I'm not qualified to understand the situation. They treat the customer very poorly in my opinion.

    @RogersHelps I've been having intermittent service since Thursday, Sept. 1. In South Frontenac Ontario 3 bars no data. Is this something 5hays known and being addressed? It's not only my phone. It's 4 others and a WiFi hotspot. All 3+ bars no data.
