Day 6 with no internet: @RogersHelps was no help at all, a tech has told me they think it's because a ticket is stuck open, and Starlink is looking more and more appealing.

@Rogers Hi, can someone please explain to me why I have spent well over 10 hours on calls to your company and had multiple reps come to our house to “fix” our Gigabit internet connection. We lag/cut out multiple times each day and we can’t use the internet for normal things

@RogersHelps spoke to someone an hour and a half ago about an outage in London. No wifi which also means no ignite tv. When will this be resolved? I’m home with a broken arm and you’re really limiting the activities I COULD do.
