    @LoveMy7Wood @RogersHelps Every time I would call Rogers I would start the call by saying “pass me through to customer retention because that’s where I’ll end up anyway”.

    @RogersHelps Not the point. You have so much money and you pay off small portion for It and social media people. It's not your customer's job to police your contact information. Your people should hunt this stuff down and get it taken off the internet. Just another instance of carelessness

    @RogersHelps Holding an hour-and-a-half to talk to a real human! No internet today. No outages reported. Did all that’s suggested to troubleshoot the issue. What now!?

    @Berniceness @Rogers @Rogers won’t respond unless you cancel your services or owe them money. After almost 50 years as a loyal customer, I cancelled all my Roger’s services after they contracted out their customer service to people that are clueless and always give contradicting info

    @LoveMy7Wood @RogersHelps The mindless knobs at Bell are just as friggen bad It is never-ending BS problems that never get resolved,especially when it is impossible to get an actual English speaking person or any real person for that matter Good luck
