Raed Hamdan (@raedmm82) reported@RogersHelps I just did. I got auto response. FYI, I contacted Customer Service, I was told they couldn't assist because I signed up through the Ambassador Program. When I asked to speak with a supervisor to escalate, I was told there is supervisor. I'm very confused !!

Have been online either through dial-up @1200 bps through 100 Mbps, giving up on a home connection. @Rogers won't replace the line they say needs replacing and they run so much interference, Teksavvy doesn't even work. Off to cancel @rogers cell.
