    @Millergram33 @Rogers Customer service sucks They got some stupid AI bullshit and when you ask for a live agent it says calls are at a all time high and please call back later. Then hangs up on me. It’s been 2 months now I can never get through 611. I can only get through the chat through the app

    What is happening with @Rogers right now? Havent been able to get through to the help desk for 10 days and log-in authentication is on a loop. Insane.

    @JayGenXer @Rogers I’ve been trying to call, but the AI just keeps telling me to try again later. Now I have to go to a physical store just to remove one of the add-ons. @Rogers sucks.
