    @RogersHelps I need help with registering my online account. I don't have access to my account number & I don't have any way of retrieving it from any of the online services. Also, when I insist on getting in touch with a customer service person, the AI assistant disconnects the call.

    Baffling to me that in the year 2026, @Rogers has such ****** support services. Almost 2hrs on hold, 1hr on hold yesterday, and two days with no resolution. No email to contact either, only phone or online chat which is also backed up. Embarrassing. #Rogers #Shaw #RogersShaw

    @RogersHelps The first time I reached out I was told it was an outage in our area. The other two times the service restored before I could connect to an agent.
