@msjs2021 @RogersHelps It's ridiculous. I told the care rep I had that this is NOT customer service. Locking me into payments that as far as they know, I can't make. So instead of helping out, they offered more gigs for $5 more a month?! I told em politely to pound salt and I'm looking elsewhere

@Rogers @3rdtimewalter Hey Rogers I was told I get a 5 day credit. But is that for each customer or each phone line. I have 4 lines and you guys overcharge $500/mth. I be calling. And how can you get a credit on next bill when you charge a month in advance?

@Rogers @RogerHelps . There is a simple issue for me which rogers cant reslove in 2 years. Every month you add roaming charges to my account as i stay near border then i spend an hour explaing same thing to you guys so frustated #rogers
