    @birgitomo @Rogers What monopoly? There is already competition in the market. Could there be more - ABSOLUTELY. Stop government over-regulation that is stopping it. This present issue is a matter of poor system design. The only true monopoly is the government, and look how well they are doing? ๐Ÿคก

    @chethosahalli @RogersHelps @Rogers It's really not okay and it doesn't just "happen". Businesses were greatly affected, and that's millions of dollars lost because of the stupid telecom monopoly we have here in Canada. It's fine if it's just a few hours. But an entire day and counting? Inexcusable.

    @yegDavid @Rogers It is not the first time, I used to work there in the 90s There was a software update that backfired and caused a service interruption It was scheduled for 2 am, so most people slept through it but a large portion of a major Canadian city was out of service for several hours๐Ÿ“ฑ๐Ÿ“บ
