@RogersHelps i pay my bills on time, i expect service to be given for the bill i pay. if you cant deliver your service interrupedly, then issue a refund for the day where you have the entire service day. i have wasted my entire day without the ability to talk or communicate with anyone.

@melishee @Rogers Their latest update says it was a “software update” that went wrong (my words).. I had a flood and my insurance adjuster was to contact me today! Can’t call out, can receive calls.. we are in an emergency pandemic! #Rogers better make this right! Bad enough they have a monopoly👎🏽

@wendykrichards @Rogers @RogersHelps I expect it's more that people want the service they are paying for and if Rogers cannot provide it a reimbursement is in order. No one would expect to pay for a product in a store then walk away empty-handed.

@ScottGeorgeff @KishDean @RogersHelps Probably the single biggest mistake of your life to this point. I was a Rogers customer for 20+ year and never had anything but issues. I went to Bell and made the mistake of coming back when my contract renewed. Biggest Ragret!
