    @RogersHelps What will the compensation be per service and device? There are costs and inconveniences incurred beyond the fee per day. To retain customer loyalty, I hope this is considered

    @RogersHelps @AboutRogers Service is NOT back to normal. Yes, we have Internet. But half the time, connecting to a website ends in a "connection has timed out" failure. Can't seem to reach any website in the EU.

    @Rogers should do a new tv commercial calling themselves "Canada's decrepit network". It seems they only upgrade hardware when it fails completely and causes a major outage. Even then, they don't fix things properly, leaving customers with an unreliable and unstable internet.

    @RogersHelps My wireless data service continually cuts out and it’s day 3! I don’t consider that to be service restored. Any idea on why that’s still happening? In Metro Vancouver for reference.

    @RogersHelps We are on day 3 and calls are dropping. Still not full service. Brutal. 3 days to fix an issue is unacceptable.
