    Looks like my @rogers Ignite TV/Internet promo is about to expire. After the cluster-fudge of the other month I’m tempted to just cancel completely. Would be curious if they have any good deals right now though. @RogersHelps what can you do for me?

    @ettenyl @RogersHelps Same. We have had on and off issues for a month, since their major outage - we have also been told we have nothing going on and should be fine.

    @Rogers down again, called coustomer service no help. No tech available. Working from home and no internet. Its time to switch from @rogers. Coustomer services refused for any help. What kind of service is this? #rogers #timetoswitchfromrogers

    @Rogers @RogersHelps Alternatively, if any of my followers have suggestions for other service providers (don’t you dare say Bell) that can provide fast, reliable internet, and a TV package that’d be great. Tempted to return to TekSavvy or try the CikTel thing I keep seeing ads on YouTube for.

    Hello @RogersHelps , I have gone through an absolutely miserable experience and have not had wifi for two weeks due to Rogers error. See ticket C179209839. If this issue is not resolved soon I will go to the media, and share my experience/story on accounts with more followers.
