Dr. BRAR (@brar_drs) reported@RogersHelps I just got Roger’s and I don’t have a network coverage at my house. I am trying to turn on WiFi calling and I am having issues. It will be a beach of contract by Roger’s and I can cancel my contract anytime because Roger’s cannot answers my calls, I have network issues at my house and your store does not know how to fix it.

Andy Potter (@aap53) reported@RogersHelps FYI, talked to a great Roger’s tech rep and it turns out that the outage resulted in a factory reset. We will now have to through all of our devices and change the name but at least it all works.

Jeff W (@jeffster1970) reported@RogersHelps @MaretJaks Not just women though. I had a Rogers rep come to my house and start complimenting me in a way that women typically don't complaint "older men" (she was in her 20's). Very awkward. VERY awkward. But I guess whatever gets you the sale.
