Dewar gawd! can customer service @Rogers - @ShawInfo be any worse??? Last week had to call 3 different times and hold each time was over 65 minutes. Not to mention it took 5 tries to even get the hold music. Is anyone in @MarkJCarney office & his cabinet reviewing this pathetic excuse for a company. Seems like a classic case of bigger and no competition & little To no oversight results even worse service, selection & little To no help for customers when needed or to resolve situations

@rogers @telus @bell how on earth is there no signal and so many dead spots in cellular coverage in Huntington Hills and Beddington? This doesn’t even happen in third world countries.

@Rogers after 20mins of navigating their maze of options they return "We are too busy to answer your call, try again another time, goodbye" #awful #disgraceful #shaw. Do yourself a favor a go to @TELUS or @Bell

@yegventures @Shawhelp @RogersHelps I don't watch TV. I wish to cancel this service I am not using. I require this service to be canceled promptly and a registered letter mailed to the address as to the cancellation completion.

@TELUSsupport If you had a call center in Canada, it wouldn't be an issue. Instead, you're leading with profits over service and the customer pays at the end. Telus used to be different, customer focused ... Now, you're no different then @Bell and @Rogers . Shame!

I love in Canada and all the telephone companies told me they wouldn't provide any more service because I have a Xiaomi phone due to a new update. Why is nobody talking about this??? We want answers @Rogers @Bell

@RogersHelps @Bell_Support I helped her file a complaint to the better business bureau so I guess you’ll be hearing from them soon

@RogersHelps When using the voice remote to search for content available on certain apps like Pluto TV, Paramount Plus or CBC Gem, the search results never mention those apps like it does for Netflix and Disney+. This appears to be a bug either with the apps, or with the search.

@RitzChawda @Rogers @Fidomobile Hey Ritesh, our phones here support VoLTE, I have it on has I'm typing this but Rogers is intimidating and extorting customers into their monopoly over what devices we choose to use. They called it grey market, I call it Rogers wanting complete control over us cell usage.

Just a gentle warning. If you are a @Rogers or @Fidomobile customer, they just laid off about 800 people from a 3rd party support centre. Customer service sucks already and is about to get worse. @foundeverglobal
