Mark Burdon (@mark_burdon) reported@RogersHelps my spouse was scammed by someone that had her account info, and she was convinced to order a phone and hand it over to a fraudster claiming to represent Rogers. Her existing device was black listed/blocked instead of the stolen device. Can't get help.

Sir Ahole🇨🇦🇮🇪🏴🏴 (@aarsenault72) reported@JayGenXer @Rogers Teksavvy has hreat customer service, but almost never need to call em. Maybe once in almost 2 decades. Had Teksavvy for maybe 12 or 14 years, then had to switch back to Bell for fibre ( before Bell was forced to share infrastructure), because Teksavvy was being crushed with slower speeds. I despise Bell. Their customer service is even worse then Rogers. I switched to Rogers cable high-speed because I just couldn't take Bell anymore. Rogers sucked as well. Finally, Teksavvy secured a high speed Fibre network a few years ago and I switched back.

Donald Mitchell (@vanriderfan) reported@landoncreasy @Rogers @RogersHelps Landon, did you expect customer service from a near monopoly? Silly boy!
-
JMB (@jmb_photography) reportedHow does @Rogers thank a person for being a customer of 20+ years? They tell them that in order to upgrade their phone and add it to their contract, they have to pay double the amount for their plan. “Cheaper” plans don’t allow for phone upgrades. Do better, Rogers. Such a joke

Terry Murphy (@tyjac2) reported@RogersHelps It seems to back for now What kind of customer service is getting back to someone 12 hours later that’s pathetic

Annie ~ Freedom Enthusiast 🌿 (@westcoastgirl1) reportedRogers just called me, I asked them why? They hung up instead ... great customer service you got going on @Rogers -- if you were wanting me to switch this is not the way
-
GenXHockeyMom🇨🇦 (@CanadaMom73) reported@JayGenXer @Rogers Their service is brutal. This is why we need more cell phone competition in Canada, it’ll force them to have to provide good service or we can go to another provider.
-
Sanwin (@sanwins) reported@JayGenXer @BrendaShawPEng @Rogers They really suck even if online chat support has a 90 minute wait time.
-
Andrea JA (@Godblessedchild) reported@RogersHelps I am unable to get through to Rogers from last week concerning my new location and it is impacting my ability to work from home. This is quiet unacceptable. I need help ASAP
-
Clint (@clintculture) reported@Rogers @RogersHelps Tally of attempts to get this handled to date: 1) 8 calls to the customer service line, each with no help because you don’t get to talk to anyone. Rogers says there are too many calls and won’t let you hold, they kick you off. 1/x
