Mike Drake (@MikeD340706) reported@RogersHelps Many times over it went to the CCTS and I'm still waiting and I sent an email to the ombudsman. 10 years as a loyal customer and this is how Roger's treats its customers. I left and went to bell and now they want to charge me an early termination fee for a phone they lost.

Howling at the Moon 🐺 (@Jane_Gillon) reported@Rogers I’m glad you understand but that doesn’t really help anything. I will be spending my time avoiding as many “smart” products as possible. There is a big difference between incentives and force. 95% of the people would never turn off the standby feature.
